आप इस कंटेंट को ज़रूर पढ़े, और पढ़ कर मुझ पर अत्याधिक क्रोध करें – ये ही मेरे इस कंटेंट का मकसद है। क्योंकि जब तक आपको मुझपे क्रोध नहीं आएगा, तब तक आप आप एक्शन नहीं लेंगे। क्योंकि प्यार से, इज़्ज़त और सम्मान से, संवैधानिक एवं कानूनी तरीके से तो, स्वयं मैं भी, और देश के करोड़ों लोग भी, आपसे नम्र निवेदन कर चुके। लेकिन अब तक आप लोगों ने हमारे उन कानूनी नम्र निवेदनों पर कोई ध्यान नही दिया, न एक्शन लिया। जी हाँ, मैं महाराष्ट्र में हो रहे अत्याचारों की ही बात कर रहा हूँ। एक सम्मानित पत्रकार अर्णब गोस्वामी बेचारा रो-रो कर केंद्र सरकार से, सुप्रीम कोर्ट से, राष्ट्रपति से, जनता से; अपने प्राणों की रक्षा की भीख मांग रहा है – लेकिन आप में से किसी ने भी अभी तक इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की। इतने सारे नागरिक सड़क पर आकर महाराष्ट्र में 356 के तहत आपातकाल(emergency) घोसित करने की प्रार्थना कर रहे है, ताकि महाराष्ट्र में राष्ट्रपति शाशन लागू किया जा सके। लेकिन वो भी आपको दिखाई नही दे रहा। ये तो वाकई में बड़ा बहादुरी का काम कर रहे हो आप। अच्छा है, मारने दो सालों को। वैसे भी आम लोग जीकर क्या करेंगे, फालतू मैं देश की जनसंख्या बढ़ाएंगे – क्यों सही कहा न मैंने? प्रधानमंत्री जी और गृहमंत्री जी की एक आवाज़ पर हम दीपक भी जलाते है, हम ताली-बर्तन भी बजाते है, हम आज्ञा का पालन भी करते है और हम ज़रूरत पड़ने पर क्षमा भी मांग लेते है। लेकिन ये अंबेडकर जी का कौनसा संविधान या कानून है, जो आपकी एक आवाज पर तुरंत कार्य करे, और जनता के हज़ारों-लाखों आवाज़ पर, एक बार भी सुनवाई न करें? इसलिए आज के कंटेंट के टाइटल मैं, मैंने अपराधियों, गुंडो, खूनियों, आतंकवादियों और गुनाहगारों से मदद माँगने की बात लिखी है। ताकि आप सभी पढ़ने वालों को कुछ एहसास हो, अपनी ज़िम्मेदारीयों के पालन का। The complaints/grievances registered by my does contain several strong reasons for termination of Maharahtra Government. It’s not just about Mr. Arnab Goswami. It’s about a large amount of population in general, who are suffering due to misuse and abuse of powers by state government, state administration and state police.
 
Finally: The point is that, please take action on my pending grievances to PMO, HM, SC, PRESIDENT, etc. for termination of Maharashtra Government under rule 356 of constitution. The unattended pending grievance complaint numbers are:

If anything happens to Mr. Arnab Goswami under the Maharashtra Government and Maharashtra Police; you all responsible for maintaining law and order, judicial process and the constitutional dignity; shall all be equally considered responsible, if you don’t take immediate actions without any delay. That’s the point to note and understand!

Dear President,
A political figure that also of the stature of CM of an important
State of Bharat is intolerant and too narrow minded that he is offended
by a CARTOON!  His goons do not hesitate to openly thrash a Great warrior
in the open.  He is so stubborn and NAPUSANK that he cannot leash his
GOONS and makes no Statements/Comments at all. He is so Shameless!
He ought to know that his father was also a known Cartoonist of his time
and established himself as a CRUEL STARIST and entered into Politics.
I agree with you that Bala Sahib Thackray is being portrayed now against
his actual deeds.  He was a very narrow minded person always mired into
dirty PROVINCIALISM. It was him, who made the slogan very infamous,
MUMBAI HAMCHI.  It was him who set the precedent of vendetta against
the South Indians and threatened  and carried out violence at the slightest cause.
Beating, extorting, humiliating even shaving persons in the open.
The legacy continued with impunity by his illustrious tribesmen.  They even
beat up the EXAMINEE CANDIDATES, when they were deep asleep at the
Railway Stations.  The list continues.
While doing so they forgot the Great Contribution of Maharashtra in the struggle
for Independence and the other Sacrifices which the Great Marathas have made.
The excellent Leaders like Economists CD Deshmukh, Social and Political Assets
like Bal Gangadharji and many others mean nothing to these Goons.  Savarkarji
will be crying in heaven at this type of predicament.  And what about the BHARAT GAURAV
CHATTRAPATTI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ, who had principles, even for the enemies!
Yesterday in an ugly write up of their mouthpiece SAaMNA it has been openly claimed
that MAHARASHTRA MEIN HI DESH HAI, whereas a sensible DESH BAKHT will say that DESH MEIN HI
MAHARASHTRA HAI.  How separatists and narrow regionalism has plagued their mindset?
Finally, in a discussion in DANGAL of AAJ TAK, their representative Kishore Tiwari did not leave
any room to reaffirm the disgusting credentials of SHAV Sena (Shaitan Seva).  He was treating the
occasion as if he was in a MACHHLI BAZAR!

विषय: “मन की बात” कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्रहित हेतू कुछ आवश्यक सुझाव___

1__जब सन् 1947 में देश के विभाजन का आधार ही हिन्दू-मुस्लिम था और पाकिस्तान इस्लामिक देश घोषित हुआ तो उस समय यह स्वाभाविक मान लिया गया था कि भारत एक हिन्दू राष्ट्र होगा। लेकिन 73 वर्ष उपरांत भी भारत को अभी तक हिन्दू राष्ट्र घोषित न किया जाना देशवासियों के साथ क्या विश्वासघात नहीं है? अत: इस सन्दर्भ में आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि  सभी आवश्यक संवैधानिक संशोधन करके भारत को हिन्दू राष्ट्र घोषित किया जाना चाहिये।

2__भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 44 के अनुसार देश के समस्त नागरिकों में समानता हो इसके लिये  “समान नागरिक संहिता” का प्रावधान करना होगा। इस सन्दर्भ में  “सर्वोच्च न्यायालय” ने भी अनेक बार शासन को निर्देश दिये हैं। “संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ” ने भी सभी नागरिकों के लिये एक समान आचार संहिता का सुझाव पूर्व में तत्कालीन भारत सरकार को दिये थे।अत: इसमें आने वाले सभी व्यवधानों को हटवा कर “समान नागरिक संहिता” की अविलंब व्यवस्था करके राष्ट्रीय विकास को गति प्रदान की जा सकती है।

3__यह भी सर्वविदित है कि आज  देश की विभिन्न समस्याओं की जड़ बढती जनसंख्या भयंकर रूप ले चुकी है।अत: अनेक राष्ट्रीय समस्याओं के समाधान के लिये सभी देशवासियों के लिये एक समान “जनसंख्या नियन्त्रण कानून” बनाना आवश्यक हो गया है।

4_बहुसंख्यकों व अल्पसंख्यकों में परस्पर बढते संघर्षों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिये “अल्पसंख्यक मंत्रालय” व “अल्पसंख्यक आयोग” आदि व इससे सम्बंधित सभी संस्थाओं को निरस्त करके समस्त देशवासियों में सामाजिक व साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव बनाने का सार्थक प्रयास किया जाना चाहिये ।

5_क्या यह विचार करना अनुचित होगा कि विदेशी आक्रांताओं के धर्म/मजहब को हमारे देश में धार्मिक आधार पर अल्पसंख्यक नहीं माना जा सकता हैं? क्योंकि उन धर्मों का उद्गम भारत भूमि पर नहीं हुआ है। ऐसे में  “संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ” के अनुसार “अल्पसंख्यक” कौन को परिभाषित करके सुनिश्चित किया जाना उचित होगा।

6__आपातकाल में धर्मनिरपेक्षता को संविधान में जोड़ना न्यायसंगत नहीं था, अत: इसकी पुन: विवेचना करके राष्ट्रहित में इसे हटाया जाए। Comment by Suresh Vyas: The word ‘secular’ was inserted in the constitution during Indira’s emergency time by her w/o any due democratic process. Therefore, it must be deleted just by the order of the President. No lengthy process should be required to correct what was illegal in the first place. Jaya sri krishna!

अत: अन्त में आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आज जब “सबका साथ, सबका विकास व सबका विश्वास” राष्ट्रीय मन्त्र बन चुका है तो सशक्त व समर्थ भारत के लिये ऐसे कुछ कठोर निर्णय लेकर माँ भारती के प्रधान सेवक की भूमिका को चरितार्थ करें।

PM Modi’s skill in sailing India have been extraordinary for the good citizen of India. As far as I am concerned, there is no other leader of any party, including BJP who did dare to make so many unprecedented decisions and act on it. However, just think over why majority of Hindus in India are living in deep doubts about their land transforming steadily towards Hindustan/ Bharat? Only two best options available to Modi and he must use as mandate in order to assure his largest base:
1 Discontinue Polygamy and Two Children (girl or boy) per family as soon as possible to bring equality within law and as law of the land.
2.Discontinue Reservation based upon Caste & Creed, allow 10 years reservation (limited time) ONLY based upon Total Family income assessed.

Therefore, I humbly ask you to withdraw your defamatory statement amounting to defamation.

If Swami Dayanand is accused of splitting Punjab, (it) is debatable. The massive Christian conversion taking place presently in Punjab is cause for concern, and Swami Dayanand is not there.

Arya Samaj got into tussle with Muslim population in Punjab. Had Arya Samaj not printed Rangeela Rasool, murder of owner of Lahore book depot would not have occurred. And Jinnah would not have come to punjab from gujarat to defend assassin in lahore court.

Rest is history, Gujarati Gandhi and Gujarati Jinnah caused split of Punjab.

Arya Samaj has only institutions left in Punjab and has failed now. Arya Samaj never had any base anywhere else in India apart from Punjab. Talking to people from Gujarat or Maharashtra or Bihar no one has not even heard the word Arya Samaj.

Dear Mayor Sadiq Khan,

If you are Mr. Sadiq Khan, and if you have termed MK Gandhi who died in Jan, 1948 a racist, and if you think you are logical in your conclusion, then kindly first define according to your logic, as to what do you mean by Racist, and then give some details based on which you have concluded MK Gandhi as a racist.

You must know that you have to prove that MK Gandhi had died as a racist. You cannot take him as a racist when he was walking with perambulator. MK Gandhi had committed his all mistakes by 1933. Based on one of mistakes if you are declaring him a racist, then you are proving yourself not only prejudicial and Radical Muslim. but a supporter of Islamic Terrorist also.

Please also indicate your purpose of terming MK Gandhi a racist.

In the event he did not have to put even a finger on Gandhi’s head who foresaw the mass slaughter of the Hindus as if Ahmed Shah Abdali had struck “Lady Bharat” again. Demand for PARTITION was approved instantly, and NEHRU even sent a congratulatory TELEGRAM to Mr Jinnah when he (JINN) became the Governor General of the new Islamic State of PAKISTAN created within the borders of India.
Leena ji, today we have clear HINDSIGHT about the Muslims and by the Grace of God also the FORESIGHT to see the plight of Hindus in LAHORE repeated in DELHI in a few decades’ time.
You and I will not be there but we can safeguard the lives of our grandsons and the dignity of our granddaughters right now!
Please do come back if you have nothing to do with the two million Hindus who perished at Partition, and if you do not “relate” to the (Hindu) Lahore and the (Buddhist) Chittagong, and if you see NO difference to the SECURITY of Bharat whether the frontier is at KHYBER PASS or at WAGAH / ATARI!
