सबेरे तनिक बाहर झाँक्यो, तो, क्या सुन रियो हूँ?

जंगल से एक ध्वनि आ रही थीं। समझ नहीं पायो, कि काहेकी ध्वनि है? कुतूहलवश समीप जाकर देख्यो, तो क्या देखता हूँ? एक तालाब के किनारे बहुत सारा मेंढक इकठ्ठा होकर, डराँओ डराँओ के बदले हराओ, “हराओ-हराओ-हराओ” का घोष कर रहे हैं?

एक बूढ़े मेंढक चाचा को पूछा, कि, आदरणीय चाचा जी, ये किसको हराने को नारो हैं?

बोले अबे मूरख इतनो भी नहीं जानतो?

ये सारे उस नरेंदरवा को हराओ-हराओ-हराओ कह रहे हैं।

सारे विरोधी पक्ष इकठ्ठा हुआ है, ये बिलकुल पक्का ठग बन्धन है.

जो एक दूजे पर भी बिस्वास नहीं करता. कभी हाँ कभी ना?

बगल में दुविधा और मुख पर हँसी, सारा नौटंकी का खेल?

और, देस में एक ही नारो बुलन्द चल रियो है।

“वन पॉइन्ट एजेण्डा ।

नहीं, एजेण्डा पॉइन्टेड टोवार्ड्स ओन्ली वन मॅन।

एक अकेले को हराने के लिए, सारी उठापटक चली है।

पर ये नरेंदरवा कहाँ है? तो बूढ़े मेंढक चाचा ने तर्जनी से दूर संकेत कर दिखाया एक पेड़ के नीचे नरेंदरवा खड़ा था।

दूर, नरेन्दरवा को पेड़ के नीचे खड़ो कियो है, सर पर सेब भी नहीं रख्यो और सारे तीसमारखाँ तीर मार रिया था।

एक को नाम दिग्विजय जो कुछ थको-सो दिखाइ देतो थो, आज कल चुप रहतो है। पहले तोतो बहुत बोलतो थो. । एक दूसरो बुढ्ढो रूइ जैसा बाल वालो, सिब्बल कहलातो है।

एक है, स्वयं घोसित ब्यभिचारी मन्नु आज कल नौकरी से निकालो गयो है. महिला से संभोग करतो पकडो गयो थो. बहुत नरेंदरवा के पीछे पड्यो थो। लगता है अब बेकार है?

और भी कई सारा धनुर्धारी तीर मार रिया था, पर कोई भी तीर लक्ष्य पर लग नहीं रियो थो।

एक झाडुवालों, टोपी-मफलर लपेटकर, खाँसतो खाँसतो, बड़ी-बड़ी चुनौतियाँ बक रियो थो। नौटंकी को डायलॉग बोल रियो थो । चार-छै टोपीवाला सुण भि रिया है। सर डुला-डुलाकर तालियाँ भी बजा रिया है।

कश्मिर के सारे अब्दुल्ले, पण्डितों को हकाल कर बडी बडी बाता चला रहे हैं।

मैं ने बीच में ही बात काटकर, पूछा “चाचा ये अकेले नरेंदरवा के ही पीछे क्यों ?”

चाचा पण्डिताऊ मिली-जुली लॅग्वेज में बोले, बेटा इसका गुप्त कारण है।

उसका कारण, इनका डर है, कि, सघळा काळा काम जो इन लोगांने किया है, वो बंद हो रहा है।

सभी कांग्रेसियों को कारावास भुगतनो पड़ सकतो है। बहुत बहुत रिश्वत को एक दूजे जानते हैं।

सभी को देस से बाहर भागनो पड़ सकतो है। पूरी तैय्यारी कर के आए हैं. सारा पनामा, वेनेझुएला इत्यादि में अकाउन्ट रखकर आए हैं.

स्विस बॅन्क आज कल नही चलतो.

नरेंदरवा को अब की बार बहुमत नहीं मिलनो चइए।

अब तक जिन लोगां को नियुक्ति देकर कांग्रेस ने रिस्वत ली थी…वे ही लोग कांग्रेस को अंदरुनी सहायता पहुँचा रहे हैं। रिस्वत का परस्पर सहायक जाल भी तो था. —’तेरी भी चूप और मेरी भी चूप’ सफल हुयी थी.

अब सारे रिश्वतशाह, परिवारवादी , घोटालेबाजों के साथी और वाड्रा को सहायता पहुँचाने की इमानदारी दिखाकर प्रमोसन पा ए थे….उनका साथ है.

सारा फ्रण्ट एक ही फ्रण्ट पर लड रिया है; मोदी हराओ, मोदी हराओ, मोदी हराओ।

सारी देसद्रोही पार्टियाँ, चीनवादी, इटलीवादी, अमरु वादी, फोर्ड फाउण्डेशन वादी, सारी पार्टियाँ एकजुट होकर अपणा अस्तित्वकी लड़ाई लड़ रइ है।

इस लिए; ये डराँव डराँव नहीं है, बेटा ये हराओ-हराओ है। और सारा मेंढक अपनी आवाज इस गिरनार के सिंह के सामने डराँव डराँव करके डराने का परयास कर रियो है।

ये नरेंदरवा अग्र अब की बार जितो, तो, सबकी छुट्टी करवाके रएगो?

नोट बन्दी ने इनकी छुट्टी करवा दी है. और मकान सस्ता हुआ है. कर चोरी कम हुयी है.

अमरिका क्या सारे परदेश में भारत की साख बहुत बधी है.

प्रवासी भारतीय भी अमरिका में इज्जत से देखा जाता है.

पर, ये नरेंदरवा ने अवैध कामों में व्यस्त लोगांकी बेकारी बढवा दी है।

वो ही सारा चिल्लाहट कर रिया हैं।

पर, अगर ये हारो तो, फिर सारो भ्रस्ट भारत पछतावेगो।

ये नरेंदरवा से मैं पूछू हूँ, कि ये बेचारा काला धंधावालां (काले धंधेवाले) लोग बेकार हो कर कहाँ जावेगा? इतने सारे लोगां को व्यवसाय डुबायो है, वो, क्या नरेंदरवा को चाचो देगो?

मूरख नहीं जानतो, कि, कितनों की रोटी रोजी को परबंध इस कांग्रेसस सासन ने कियो थो?

राफेल राफेल राफेल चिल्लाकर राहुल की आवाज भी बैठ गई है.

पर रिस्वत वालों ने किसानों को कर्ज माफी की घूस देकर बडी रिश्वत से सत्ता पाई है।

पैसे रिस्वत से कौनसा काम नहीं होता? हमेशा, तो ऐसे ही होता आया है; आज तक का इतिहास यही कहता है।

ये भी हो जाएगा।

महाभारत में ही, लिखा है, कि “अर्थस्य पुरुषो दासः” मनुष्य पैसे का दास (गुलाम) होता है।

पर ध्यान रखना, ये संघवाले चड्डीधारियों को उकसाना महा कठिन है। अब वो भी लम्बी पॅन्ट पहन कर मॉडर्न हो रहे हैं.

उनको फँसाना असंभव ही समझो।

पर बीजेपी को तो, आपस में लड़ाया जा सकता है। पद की लालसा में सारे लड़ेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री पद के लिए सभी को लड़ाओ। झूट-मूट का प्रवाद फैलाओ, कि फलां फलां को को प्रधानमंत्री पद चाहिए।

ये हमार मेंढकों की समस्त जाति की, रोटी रोजी का प्रश्न है।

भारत अब भी तीसरे क्रम पर है। अब नरेंदरवो जीत गयो तो, संसार भर में, सारो बैठो बिठायो ढाँचो बिगड जावेगो।

अब तुम्हीं बताओ, कि, पाकिस्तान भारत के चुनावी महाभारत में इंटरेस्ट क्यों ले रियो है?

माफिया डरा हुआ है। आतंकवादी आस लगाए बैठा हैं। कालाबाजारी और भ्रष्टाचारी त्राहिमाम पुकार रहे हैं।

भारत में महाकाय अपराधी माफिया का विपक्ष गठबंधन को सहायता पहुँचा रहा है.

अनेक (मल्टाय ट्रिलियन) ट्रिलियन डॉलर लेन-देन वाला, माफ़ियाओं का बड़ा जाल है। यह काले धन से चलनेवाला अवैध व्यापार है। खाद्य पदार्थ, जल, बिजली, प्राकृतिक संसाधन, मुद्रा, स्टाम्प पेपर, अवैध कतलखाने, ऐसे अनेक अवैध कामों में काले लेन-देन से जुड़ा हुआ है।

नरेंद्र मोदी ने इनकी टांगे तोड़ दी है। वहां तो, ये बेकार हो चुके हैं।

पर, झाडुवालों को कौन फण्डींग कर रियो है? ये झाडुवाला कब भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी बन गया?

या नरेन्दरवा का विरोधी हैं?

कोई दंगा बंगा करवाओ।

इस मोदी के गुजरात में क्या, २००२ के बाद दंगा भी नहीं हुआ? अचरज है।

कोई दंगा बंगा करवाओ।

थोड़ी दंगाखोरी के बिज़नेस में तेजी लाओ। बेकारी कम हो जाएगी.

सुना है, कि, बहुतेरे पढे लिखे मुसलमान और मुसलमान महिलाएँ, भी नरेंदरवा को साथ दे रहे हैं ?

ये महिलाएँ सच्ची मुसलमान भी है, या नहीं? इनको बुरखा पस्न्द नहीं क्या? कितना सुहाना दिखता है?

और तीन तलाक तो बडी अच्छी चिज है.

कोई सुपारी लेनेवाला ढूंढ़ो- नहीं मिलता क्या? पड़ोसी पाकिस्तान कब काम आयेगा ?

ऐसे संकट में पड़ोसी ही तारण हार होता है. भाईचारा किसे कहते हैं?

ऐसा पाकिस्तान भी काम न आया तो क्या काम का?

मणी शन्कर को या शसि थरुर को पाकिस्तान भेज कर भारत के आतंकवादियों का वोट पक्का करो.

सारे भारत द्वेष्टा ओं की मण्डली संगठित करो.

शैतान ने क्या क्या कर रखा है।

अहमदाबाद में २४ घण्टे पानी देता है। ये सच नहीं लगता. सरदार पटेल का ऊंचा स्टेच्यु लगाकर गुजरात में वोट लेगा.

लगभग सारे गुजरात में क्या, पूरा पानी मिलता है?

किंतु इस पानी के २४ घण्टोंवाले अहमदाबाद के समाचार पर विश्वास नहीं होता।

लगता है, ये झूट बोलता है और जूठा प्रचार किया जा रहा है।

कांग्रेसवालों को अहमदाबाद पर झूठ फैलाने के लिए न्यायालय में जाना चाहिए।

ये निर्वाचन आयोग क्या कर रहा है?

यहाँ दिल्ली में जब केजरीवालों से ७०० लीटर पानी मिलनेकी भी मारा मारी है, तो अहमदाबाद में २४ घण्टे पानी? हो ही नहीं सकता! नरेन्दरवा झूठ बोलता है।

नर्मदा की नहर के उपर सौर ऊर्जा ग्रहण करने वाली छत, लगा रखी हैं राक्षस ने। एक तो पानी पर छाया करके, सूरज की गरमी से पानी बचाता है; और साथ साथ चालबाज़ सौर ऊर्जा से, बिजली का निर्माण भी कर लेता है। कहाँ से लाता है ऐसी युक्तियाँ, है बड़ा चालाक।

सुनते हैं कि, सूखे कच्छ में भी पानी पहुंचा दिया है। चार चार फसले होती है.

लगता है, झूठ फैला रहा है. वोटों के लिए.

पर अब कांग्रेस किसानों का कर्जा माफ करने भारतीय रिज़र्व बॅंक का दिवाला निकाल देगी. और दोष नरेन्दरवा पर डालेगी. लेकिन नरेन्दरवा को बिस्तर सहित वापस गुजरात में भेजेगी.

सत्ता से इसे दूर भगाएगी.

सारी योजनाएँ हमारी ही कांग्रेस की ही थी, पर क्रेडिट नरेंदरवा ले रहा है। यह आइडिया चुराता है। पर हमारे

चूहे अभी ही हमारे जहाज से कूद-कूदकर बाहर भागना चाहते हैं.

अब बचे हैं सारे भ्रष्टाचारी जा ही नहीं सकते.

उनका राज रहस्य हम जानते हैं. अब कोई चूहा कूदकर भाग न पाए!

डराँव डराँव नहीं हराओ-हराओ-हराओ… नरेंदरवा हराओ नहीं तो हम मरे!

अभी देश में 29 राज्य और सात केंद्र शाषित प्रदेश हैं. इनमें अधिकतर राज्य आजादी के बाद ही अस्तित्व में आए. वर्ष 1947 में संयुक्त अवध प्रांत और आगरा प्रांत के क्षेत्रों को मिलाकर संयुक्त प्रांत बनाया गया, जिसे आगे चलकर 1950 में उत्तर प्रदेश नाम दिया गया.

इसी प्रकार पश्चिम बंगाल जो कि 1905 में बंगाल के दो भागों के विभाजन के साथ अस्तित्व में आया, से अलग होकर 1950 में बिहार और उड़ीसा राज्य बने. 1956 में राज्य पुनर्गठन आयोग द्वारा भाषा को आधार मानते हुए, मद्रास से तेलुगु भाषी क्षेत्रों को अलग कर उसमें हैदराबाद प्रांत को मिलाते हुए आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य बनाया गया, जो कि भाषाई आधार पर बनने वाला पहला राज्य बना.

मैसूर प्रांत में कन्नड़ भाषी क्षेत्रों को मिलाकर कर्नाटक राज्य बनाया गया और ब्रिटिश इंडिया के केंद्रीय प्रांत और बेरार क्षेत्र को मध्य भारत, विंध्य प्रदेश और भोपाल के साथ मिलाकर मध्य प्रदेश राज्य बना. 1960 में बॉम्बे प्रांत को दो भागों में बांटकर पश्चिमी भारत के दो बड़े राज्यों महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात बनाया गया.

वर्ष 1957 में नागा हिल्स का तेसांग क्षेत्र केंद्रीय अधिकार में आ गया, जिसे असम राज्य से प्रशासित किया जाने लगा, मगर आगे चल कर नागालैंड की विशेष पहचान और संस्कृति को संरक्षित करने के लिए हुए लगातार आंदोलनों के परिणामस्वरूप 1963 में नागालैंड को असम से पृथक राज्य बना दिया गया.

आजादी के बाद पटियाला प्रिंसली स्टेट को अन्य आठ राज्यों से जोड़कर ‘पटियाला एंड ईस्ट पंजाब स्टेट यूनियन (पेप्सू)’ बनाया गया था, जिनमें कुछ अन्य क्षेत्रों को जोड़कर 1956 में पंजाब राज्य बना और वर्ष 1966 में हरियाणा को पंजाब से ही पृथक कर अलग राज्य बनाया गया.

वर्ष 1970 में असम के क्षेत्र मेघालय को स्वायत्त घोषित कर दिया गया, जिसे वर्ष 1972 में पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा प्राप्त हुआ. इसी प्रकार असम राज्य में ही नार्थ ईस्ट फ्रंटियर एजेंसी का एक भाग, जो कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा प्रशासित होता था, को अलग करके 1972 में अरुणाचल प्रदेश बनाया गया.

इसके अलावा 1972 में ही असम के जिले मिजोरम को केंद्र शासित प्रदेश घोषित किया गया, जिसे वर्ष 1986 में मिजो नेशनल फ्रंट के साथ संधि करके वर्ष 1987 में पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिया गया. इसके अलावा वर्ष 2000 में झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़ क्रमशः बिहार और मध्य प्रदेश से अलग करके बनाए गए, जबकि 2000 में ही उत्तर प्रदेश के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों को उनकी प्राकृतिक विशेषताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए और उनके संरक्षण और विकास के लिए उत्तरांचल राज्य बना, जिसका वर्ष 2007 में नाम बदलकर उत्तराखंड कर दिया गया और वर्ष 2014 में आंध्र प्रदेश से अलग होकर तेलंगाना राज्य अस्तित्व में आया.

संस्कृति को अज्ञानता की चुनौती Posted: 14 Nov 2018 11:22 PM PST आधी रात को सीबीआई के निदेशक और विशेष निदेशक को छुट्‌टी पर भेजे जाने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले के बाद जिस तरह का घटनाक्रम चला उसमें एक महत्वपूर्ण बहस दब गई. केंद्र सरकार के इस फैसले के ठीक पहले केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने मुंबई में एक बयान दिया था, जो सबरीमला मंदिर में महिलाओं के प्रवेश के संदर्भ में था. स्मृति ईरानी ने कहा कि उनका इस बात में विश्वास है कि उनको प्रार्थना या पूजा का अधिकार है, लेकिन अपवित्र करने का अधिकार नहीं है. अपनी इस बात को आगे बढ़ाते हुए उन्होंने यह भी सवाल पूछा था कि क्या कोई रजस्वला स्त्री अपने दोस्त के घर सैनिटरी नैपकिन लेकर जाती है. ईरानी की पूरी बात को समग्रता में समझे बगैर उसपर हंगामा मचा दिया गया. खुद को प्रगतिशील कहने वाली चंद महिलाओं ने इस बयान को इस तरह से पेश किया जैसे कि रजस्वला स्त्री को अपवित्र कहा जा रहा है. ये किसी भी बात को संदर्भ से काटकर पेश करने का नमूना था. संदर्भ सबरीमला मंदिर का था, जहां से इस तरह की खबरें आ रही थीं कि कुछ महिला कार्यकर्ता सैनिटरी नैपकिन लेकर मंदिर में प्रवेश करने की जुगत में थीं दरअसल, सबरीमला मंदिर को लेकर यह परंपरा लंबे समय से चली आ रही थी कि वहां 10 से 50 साल की किशोरियों और महिलाओं का प्रवेश नहीं होता था. लेकिन 28 सितंबर के अपने फैसले में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने सभी आयुवर्ग की महिलाओं को सबरीमला मंदिर में प्रवेश की इजाजत दे दी थी. उसके बाद से मंदिर में प्रवेश को लेकर केरल में काफी विवाद हो रहा है. मंदिर में प्रवेश को लेकर ये विवाद काफी लंबे समय से चल रहा है, माना यह जाता रहा है कि इस तय आयुवर्ग में किशोरियां और महिलाएं रजस्वला हो जाती हैं तो उस दौर में मंदिर में ही नहीं जाना चाहिए. अब इसको परंपरा कह लें या रूढ़ियां कि ये आम भारतीय परिवारों में माना जाता है कि रजस्वला स्त्रियां पूजा पाठ नहीं करती हैं. स्त्रियां इसको स्वयं मानती हैं और उन दिनों में उसी के अनुसार काम करती हैं. दरअसल, परंपरा और रूढ़ियों से ज्यादा ये मसला संस्कार और संस्कृति का है. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसले के बाद महिला अधिकारों के झंडाबरदार काफी आगे चली गईं. उनको लगने लगा कि ये महिला अधिकारों का हनन है, स्त्री स्वातंत्र्य का गला घोंटा जा रहा है. उनको अगर ये महसूस हो रहा है तो यह उनका अधिकार है, लेकिन भारतीय समाज में स्त्रियों के जो संस्कार हैं या उनके त्याग के जो उदाहरण हैं, वो अप्रतिम हैं. वो अपनी संस्कृति की रक्षा के लिए अपने अंग तक काट सकती हैं और कई उदाहरण तो ऐसे हैं कि स्त्रियों ने अपने प्राण भी त्याग दिए. पौराणिक कथा है जिसको देखा जाना आवश्यक है. कहानी के मुताबिक, उत्तरापथ जनपद में उत्पलावती नाम का एक शहर था. उस शहर में भयंकर अकाल की वजह से लोगों का जीना कठिन हो गया था, भोजन मिलना अत्यंत मुश्किल था. उस दौर में वहां रूपावती नाम की एक बेहद सुंदर स्त्री रहती थी. एक बार रूपावती शहर घूमने निकली और घूमते-घूमते एक घर में पहुंची, जहां एक स्त्री ने बच्चे को जन्म दिया था. जन्म देने वाली स्त्री इतनी भूखी थी कि उसने अपने जन्म दिए हुए बच्चे को ही खाने की इच्छा जताई. यह जानकर रूपावती ने उससे पूछा कि ये क्या कर रही हो. उस स्त्री ने कहा कि बहुत भूखी हूं इस वजह से अपने बच्चे के मांस से ही भूख मिटाना चाहती हूं. रूपावती ने फिर पूछा कि क्या तुम्हारे घर में अन्न नहीं है, क्योंकि संतान तो दुर्लभ होती है. स्त्री ने रूपावती को उत्तर दिया कि मेरे घर में खाने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं है और संसार में सबसे दुर्लभ तो जीवन है. रूपावती उसको भरोसा देती है कि वो अपने घर जाकर खाने का कुछ सामान लेकर आती है, लेकिन वो स्त्री भूख से इतनी व्याकुल थी कि उसने कहा कि जब तक तुम घर जाकर खाना लाओगी, तब तक मेरी मृत्यु हो जाएगी. अब रूपावती के सामने संकट था. वो सोच रही थी कि अगर बच्चे को लेकर गई तो स्त्री भूख से मर जाएगी और अगर बच्चे को छोड़कर गई, तो ये स्त्री उसको खा लेगी. उसी वक्त रूपावती सोचती है कि अगर वो अपने आत्मतेज, बल और उत्साह का सहारा लेकर इस स्त्री को अपने मांस से तृप्त कर दे तो दोनों की जान बच जाएगी. रूपावती ने उस स्त्री से पूछा कि तुम्हारे घर में कोई हथियार है. उस स्त्री ने उसको वह जगह बताई जहां कटार रखी थी. रूपावती ने उस तीखी कटार से अपने दोनों स्तन काटकर उस स्त्री को रक्त और मांस से तृप्त कर दिया. उसके बाद रूपावती ने उस स्त्री से वादा लिया कि वो जबतक अपने घर से उसके लिए खाने का सामान लेकर आती है, तब तक वो अपने बच्चे को सुरक्षित रखेगी. रूपावती अपने घर पहुंची तो उसके शरीर से रक्त बहता देख पति ने पूछा कि क्या हुआ तो उसने पूरा वाकया बताया और अनुरोध किया कि खाना लेकर उसके घर जाओ. यह सुनकर उसके पति ने कहा कि भोजन लेकर तो तुम ही जाओगी. रूपावती के पति ने सत्य की शपथ की और कहा कि तेरे जिस सत्य वचन से इस प्रकार का आश्चर्यमय अभूतपूर्व धर्म हुआ है, वह कभी न तो देखा गया और न ही कभी सुना गया. उस सत्य की महिमा  तेरे दोनों स्तन पूर्ववत हो जाएं. सत्य के शपथ के उच्चारण के साथ ही महिला के दोनों स्तन पूर्ववत हो गए. कहा जाता है कि रूपावती के इस त्याग को देखकर इंद्र का सिंहासन भी हिल उठा था. इंद्र भेष बदलकर रूपावती के मन की थाह लेने पहुंचे और पूछा कि तुम्हारे मन में क्या विचार आए थे जो तुमने ऐसा किया. रूपावती ने कहा कि उसने जो किया वो न तो राज्य के लिए, न भोगों के लिए, न इंद्रपद के लिए और न चक्रवर्ती राजाओं जैसे साम्राज्य के लिए था. दरअसल, सच्चे कार्यकर्ता का जो त्याग होता है उसका ध्येय यही होता है कि जो बंधन में हैं वो बंधन मुक्त हो जाएं, जो देखा जाना आवश्यक है और मुझे तो कई बार लगता है कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को अपने फैसले के बाद इन घटनाओं पर भी नजर रखनी चाहिए. होना चाहिए कि कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद कोई रजस्वला स्त्री अगर चाहे तो मंदिर जाए और पूजा-दर्शन करके लौट आए. यही भाव होना चाहिए. अपने रजस्वला होने का प्रदर्शन करते हुए पूजा करने जाना तो मंशा पर सवाल खड़े करता ही है. जब कोई स्त्री अपने रसजस्वला होने का प्रदर्शन कर मंदिर जा रही होती है, तो उसका भाव पूजा का या भगवान के दर्शन का नहीं होता है, बल्कि ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वो प्रदर्शन के लिए जा रही है. स्मृति ईरानी का बयान इसी भाव को ध्यान में रखकर दिया गया प्रतीक होता है. उन्होंने तो इस बयान के साथ अपने व्यक्तिगत अनुभव भी साझा किए. उनके बयान को छद्म-प्रगतिशीलता के आईने में देखा गया और बेवजह वितंडा खड़ा करने की कोशिश की गई. अगर बयान के भाव को समझा गया होता, अगर भारतीय संस्कृति और संस्कार का ध्यान रखा जाता, तो इस तरह से विवाद खड़ा नहीं होता. विवाद खड़ा करने के लिए आवश्यक था कि बयान के साथ-साथ पूरे मसले को इस तरह से पेश किया जाए कि इससे स्त्री का अपमान हुआ है और यह कोई नई बात नहीं है, इस तरह से भारतीय संस्कृति को नीचा दिखाने की पहले भी कोशिश हुई है. स्मृति ने कहीं ऐसा नहीं कहा कि मंदिर में रजस्वला स्त्री को नहीं जाना चाहिए. उन्होंने कहीं नहीं कहा कि रजस्वला स्त्री अपवित्र होती है, लेकिन इसको प्रचारित इसी तरह से किया गया. स्त्री को अधिकार दिलाने के लिए यह आवश्यक नहीं है कि किसी धार्मिक भावना को ठेस पहुंचाई जाए, सैकडों सालों से चली आ रही मान्यताओं पर प्रहार किया जाए. To the singing of Ayyappa bhajans and dancing to the Lord, slogan shouting against Kerala communist Government atrocities on Sabarimala devotees and the need to free Hindu Temples from Government control, with messages on unfair judicial overreach of Supreme Court on the issue, the connection of the missionary and divisive forces in the country, the crowd has made a very effective statement on the Sabarimala issue.

Most of the participants in the rally are women who made statement that they join with millions of women who stand to respect the age-old traditions.  The participants drove home the Sabarimala issue from various aspects of the case in their interactions with the media as given below. Judicial aspects:  There are many issues of the Judiciary handling of this case.

Whose fundamental rights is Supreme Court protecting by their judgement?

Who are those initiating the request?

While they may have Hindu sounding names, does the 4 out of 5 justices who delivered majority judgment have any basic knowledge of Hindu customs and traditions, especially of the region?

Why is it only Hindu temples and Hindu festivals/activities subjected to state control of limiting time for burning Diwali firecrackers, or to Jallikatttu?

Why these are on the receiving end of the SC judgments?

What business SC has got in delivering judgments on age old traditions when there is no institutional discrimination?

India’s traditions and customs are based on 10,000-year-old ancient heritage/ tradition. So how can Supreme Court view this case based on foreign concept of ‘denomination’ instead of concept of ‘the muurti as living God’ in Hindu tradition?

Do these judges have any common sense? Why it does not look at the way these cases are being brought to court by shady anti-Hindu NGOs with missionary and leftist leanings who have little respect to India’s ancient heritage and are bent on destroying the ancient Indian traditions so as to convert and divide India?

Do they care to study all the history of missionary activities to destroy the Sabarimala temple precisely because it is the place where largest number of devotees visit in any worship place in the world (50 million compared to 3 million to Mecca per year for example)? Why destroying and exploiting it becomes the first priority?

When you read the judges arguments about the case, one wonders whether this case is being heard in Indian court or in the court during the era of colonialist judges.  These justices need to study Mahatma Gandhiji’s abhorrence to missionary ways and the threat it poses to nationhood!  Living in ivory towers, connected mostly only to rich and powerful, disconnected from the roots of their own country, the judiciary of India has become an increasingly corrupt institution that needs serious intervention.

A lot can be said about SC Judges’ behavior, their overreach in case of Hindus and cowardice in case of non-Hindus, particularly Muslims and Christians.   In the case of Triple Tallak the same Supreme Court insisted on the victims to file, but in case of Sabarimala they cared little on who is filing the case.  As it turned out, most of those who attempted entry to Sabarimala are Christians, and even a Muslim woman who is believed to have carried a soiled sanitary napkin as an offering to the Lord to insult and disgrace.    It is the women devotees who faced the brutal police beatings and arrests that resisted their entry and calling for respecting traditions.

Did these so-called learned judges consider the traditions of the region where there are festivals, only women are allowed; and the concept of muurti as ‘the living God’ that needs to respect celibacy status?

Are they living in another world, not to know that the Indian heritage and Hinduism is the only major religion in the world that grandly celebrates feminine in divinity as observed by worship of feminine during 9-day Navarathri, and many in the West who are struggling to bring feminine in divinity are awed by India’s traditions of respecting feminine in divinity?

The lawyers brought to the attention of the court the Hindu concept of ‘Ardha Nareeswara’ where man and woman are equal halves in Hindu religion, but they ignored and argued based on foreign concept of denominations.   They say they are protecting the fundamental rights, but in truth are cowards who dare not address the institutional discrimination in every single one of the millions of Mosques that do not permit Muslim women to worship.   Even the Mosque right close to Sabarimala temple made clear that they will not allow women to enter the Mosque!

Don’t the Judges know that only Hindu temples are being looted to the hilt by State Governments; but they have scant respect to the concerns of Hindus and dismiss the cases that brought attention to them.  They care little; the same loot (from Hindu temples) is used for secular purposes and even to fund the trips to Hajj and Bethlehem while their worship places are never touched!

If Delhi is believed to have pollution due to Diwali crackers (which is not true because it is now understood due to Monsanto dictated schedule of burning the crops) why would they restrict Diwali fire crackers throughout the country?

Millions of animals are slaughtered in the worst possible display with enormous amount of water and pollution during Eid and other festivals; and is that not pollution?

Jallikattu is supposedly animal cruelty, but mass slaughtering of animals filling large parts of the country with blood and animal waste is not animal cruelty?

They are concerned about rights of Rohingyas, but the little concern for plight of half million Kashmiri Hindus who were thrown out of their own homes for last 30 years.

The Green Tribunal is even concerned about devotees chanting in Amarnath! Reasons are invented that even Ganesha worship is contributing to pollution.   There is an organized and coordinated attack of India’s ancient heritage/ traditional way of life, and the anti-Hindus are inventing all kinds of methods and excuses using Courts and Green Tribunals with its corrupt and pliable justices by the missionary, leftists and divisive forces and the country need to wake up to what is going on.

State Government aspects:   Even if Supreme Court passed judgement, what is the reason for State Government to hurry to implement using such large police forces, resorting to beatings and arrests of unarmed devotees begging to respect traditions?

There are many Supreme Court cases’ (judgements?) including the noise pollution of the Mosques 5-times a day, 365 days a year they have not implemented.

Why would they appoint non-Hindus to Devaswom (Devasthan) board?

The truth is the missionary/ leftist complex want to convert the Sabarimala temple into ‘Museum’ and exploit the surrounding rich area, and the money from devotees for corruption and other activities just as they did throughout the history to the native religions in the world (e. g, the pagan harvest festival is today Halloween with black Friday sales activity in US).   The same secular Government loots the devotee’s contributions with hefty charges, but provides land for a nearby church free.

Missionary and divisive forces:  The biggest factor in the coordinated attacks on India’s heritage, of which Sabarimala is only one of cases, is caused by the of missionary and divisive forces of India.   The history of missionary attacks on Sabarimala is well known, in 1950 they set fire and burnt the temple down.  They invented a bogus cross which they implanted to take over the area that was quickly exposed.   The history of missionary activity throughout the world, and how they treated so called, ‘pagan’ religions, is well known from Americas to Africa to Asia.

Before long, even Ganesha worship will be categorized as devil worship.  Using millions of dollars of foreign funds, they are working with corrupt leftists Governments, courts and dubious tribunals inventing all kinds of excuses to deal a final blow to Hindu way of life.

Social aspects:   There are many social aspects to Sabarimala tradition where devotees follow 41 days of austere practices of prayers, abstaining from meat, alcohol and treating every other person as ‘Swami’ equivalent to Ayyappa.   This has for many become a redirection of compass, their physical and mental health.   For many poor families where women and children suffer from drinking habits of male members, this practice has helped them to stop drinking and improve the conditions of the family.

It is the women and families who will be affected most by sacrilege of the faith they dearly hold. Hindus worldwide are waking up to the civilizational challenges especially in a corrupt system of missionaries, judiciary, media, politicians.    They (the Hindus) do not want to me mute observers to this assault.

As the rally dispersed, they mused that Mahatma Gandhi will be turning around in his grave to see what missionaries with local colluders are doing to Hindu way of life and assaulting India, with determination to fight back.

It is deja vu again.
