Islamic Effect. Take One Country, Tunisia.

In a normal country all the elements of its population work in harmony within the framework of law and social cohesion.

The only exception are the Muslims who wish to be seen as SEPARATE in every aspect and everywhere.

In a non-Muslim country such as America or India they have the fundamental ideological difference with the rest of the population- the Infidels, Kafirs and the Unbelievers who are supposed to be killed or converted as per their deep faith in what they read in Koran.

Since, as per brainwashing, the book was dictated word by word by God Himself how can a humble mortal disagree? Hence all the non-Muslims in that country are living on borrowed time (Unless they united and declare Islam illegal by amending their constitution. – Skanda987).

Years, decades and even centuries later the Muslims will strike to destroy everything while constantly eroding its values, demoralizing its people and damaging its institutions. The Hindus in Lahore, Karachi and East Bengal, did live in peace for a long time but finally the time came when they faced death or flight. Yazidis, betrayed by free world, are on the flight now!

But what happens when a country is blessed by Allah and has 100% population ALL MUSLIM? One would have thought that the population would be happy to live according to the wishes and commands of Hazrat Mohammed, doing namaz five times a day, keeping women indoors or in burka, beating them up when they disobey, and the cry of muezzin (“baang”) five times a day will be soothing music in their ears. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE.

In most countries with 100 % Muslim population, or close to that figure, there is also NO peace but the constant sound of gun fire, constant molestation, abduction and rape of females, political assassinations and terrorist groups coming up like the mushrooms from the earth. People, in general, are unhappy and live their miserable lives, dropping tools to rush to mosque for namaz five times a day, making do with bare necessities.

Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Bangladesh, Somalia and Pakistan are such countries, blessed by God with 100% Muslim populations. But nobody with some brain will go there for a week’s holiday. People living there themselves are looking for every opportunity to flee the Islamic land!

A German radio station reported on the plight of Tunisia, a relatively peaceful Muslim country. But that peace was violently shattered by gunmen who targeted the tourists in the museum and on the beach. The result is that there are no tourists now. Hotels are empty, laying off staff. Shopkeepers are sitting and waiting for customers who are keeping away. Economy is badly suffering and there is big unemployment. The government has increased police patrols and posted the army around hotels and on beaches. But their sight hardly meets with approval of the tourists, especially women, who prefer to go swimming elsewhere where peace prevails without seeing the armed police and the army men around them.

What impact will the MUSLIMS have on the lives of peace loving citizens in our own Hindusthan? The most obvious (deadly) effect has been the Partition itself.

Then we have their high profile presence in Kashmir and their extra high birth rate. Finally, there is always the fear of a terrorist group or an lonely assassin attacking hotels, railway stations, airports, religious gatherings, and key politicians and prominent public & party figures.

In the whole world our BHARAT is the only country that can legally and justifiably require all the Muslims to LEAVE for their especially created homeland called “Pakistan”. No other country suffered the ULTIMATE, that is, sacrificed one third of its area for the creation of an Islamic Republic, literally HELL ON EARTH!

It’s a pleasure to let you know that the attempts made by you and many others to intimidate ongoing Judicial process for providing justice to students accused for anti Indian slogan shouting at JNU university ( Jawahar Lal Nehru ) of Delhi, that has made you eyeball of a section of Indian media who is as usual ill-informed on what is the India in itself.

Have seen a few Indian scholars have responded to Prof Chomsky on personal capacity but I intend to make use of this issue to begin an overt interface between people of two different faith, belief, culture and continents.

Prof Chomsky, I don’t have to criticize you much on ‘JNU’ but to update you on your areas of linguistics with a glimpse on Rigvedic linguistic framework and historicity, something which may leave you in surprise that you who is equipped with most modern neurological lab and surrounded with best breed of neurologists, kind of theses you have been producing to your credit, can be termed as ‘reinventing the wheel’ if we review your theses from perspective of linguistic legacy left by Rigvedic Seers.

In your paper dated, August 26, 2014 titled ‘How Could Language Have Evolved?’ you happen to make a good start stating query that it is uncontroversial that language has evolved, but there is considerably less agreement as to how language evolved and then you note down problems –

First, “language” is not always clearly defined”

Second, “there is often confusion as to the nature of the evolutionary process”

Third, “What it can tell us about the mechanisms of language”

These problems are adequately explained to future generations by Vedic seers, primarily by Rigvedic seers, I can help you having solution that Rigvedic seers already provided in antiquity.

However, that you argue that “..the basic principle that underlies language’s hierarchical syntactic structure is consistent with a relatively recent evolutionary emergence..” gets falsified as the very foundation of your argument the evolutionary thesis itself is getting rejected in 21’st century as it appears pseudo scientific thesis that was perpetuated in colonial world.

You seem to not to have noted that for AnatomicallyModern Humans (AMH), no conclusive genetic evidences or otherwise have ever been found in Africa, this absence of evidence is further attested if we take a look of linguistic tree of Indo-European (‘IE’henceforth) languages. I trust that it’s known to you that IE languages are entirely different than languages spoken to Africa right from the phonemes to roots and stems of words. Hardly a minimum amount of cognates to imagine possibility of African origin of IE languages which was first spoken by modern humans, are found in African and IE languages and therefore your premise of your argument that “language’s hierarchical syntactic structure is consistent with a relatively recent evolutionary emergence” stands rejected.

You also miss the point in all your linguistic theses that it is the Sanskrit that is foundational to all IE languages, which could be a topic that may be taken up separately with you and Judith provided she is interested.

A linguistic survey of Rigveda tells us that language of Rigveda is older than the advent of agriculture and that Rigveda indicates beginning of agriculture in basin of Saraswati Sindhu which is archaeologically proven atexcavation of Mehargarh where farming is found ever since 7000 BCE ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mehrgarh ) rejects Anatolian origin of Indo European languages and therefore the thesis given by Dr. Atkinson (University of Auckland ) using innovative method called Bayesian phylogeny or by Lord Colin Renfrew get’s rejected. One may not believe that in *PIE ( Proto Indo European Language) there is no word for domesticated bull which shows domestication of bulls didn’t happen in Anatolia, however, Sanskrit has this magic word ‘balivarda’ (बलिवर्द) for domesticated bull, a word that is most commonly spoken by even uneducated tribes of remote country areas of India.

Rigvedic record suggests that the ‘वाक (‘vak’) or first language of the modern human was born with the birth of cognitive intelligence which is called ‘मेधा’ (‘medha’), a point to where you are reaching but with many unanswered questions.

Rigveda suggests that intelligent humans, learnt sounds of flowing water, songs of birds, sounds of amphibians like frog and filtered out the sounds that he found meaningful to his business, you can refer to beautiful Rigvedic hymn (10.71) where forming words through filtration of sounds is explained and for surprise to everybody the hymn is dedicated to God of Knowledge (ज्ञान), First mantra of this hymn narrates naming of objects and second mantra narrates careful filtration of sounds (vācamakrata).

Last but not the least and very remarkable but ignored is the invention of mathematical tables by Rigvedic seers Rigveda records both forward and reverse tables. Neuroscientists and neurologists marked in email can understand that mathematical tables are a neurological aid to a child’s learning which doesn’t not require memory of processing calculation but involves a search process into reserved memory of brain.

You may like to laugh at kind of people employed at Harvard’s Sanskrit and History departments who theorize that Rigvedic Indians were not knowing how to read and write but they could discover mathematics and taught to rest of world of their times. I am grateful to Prof Dr Vinod Menon of Stanford university who confirmed to me that without writing such an advanced mathematics is not possible and with this 150 years old blemish concocted in colonial era and falsely perpetuated by JNU’s historians such that Romila Thapar, S R Sharma and by many others that Vedic Indians didn’t know how to read stands rejected.

His employer Mubarak Ali died in mysterious circumstances so Moti grabbed the opportunity of marrying his widow who came with a lot of wealth and 2 sons (Jawaharlal and Syed Hussain).

[6] Wazir Khan who cut up Banda Bairagi, limb by limb, and also beheaded 700 of his companions FAILED to convert any to Islam. Such was the beastly intolerance and savagery of the followers of Mohammed in Hindusthan.

[7] Governor Wazir Khan had wall erected around the two minor sons of Guru Govind Singh ji, Fateh Singh and Zorawar Singh, aged 7 and 5 years respectively, to suffocate them to death because they refused to accept Islam.

[8] Khwaza Nijamuddin Chisti of Ajmer asked Queen Sanyogita to become Muslim but she refused. She was stripped NAKED and then thrown before the Mughal (Mohammedan) soldiers to be gang raped.

[9] Sikander Lodhi destroyed Jwalamukhi Durga Temple (mandir) at Nagarkot and broke the statue into pieces and distributed these among the Muslim butchers to use them for weighing mutton and beef.

[ 10] Babar destroyed the holiest Temple, Sri Raam mandir in Ayoddya, and killed lacs of Hindus in the town.

[ 11] Shahjehan used to rape a Hindu girl every day while another lecherous Emperor, AKBAR, had to be provided with a virgin Rajput princess every other month to satisfy his lust.

Al Taubah (9 – 123): O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you and let them find harshness in you and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty.

Al Dukhan (44 – 40.49): The fruit of the Zaqqum tree shall be the unbelievers’ fruit. Like dregs of oil, like scalding water, it shall simmer in his belly. A voice will cry: “Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell.” Then pour out scalding water over his head, saying: “Taste this, illustrious and honorable man!” This is the punishment which you have doubted.

Al Dahr (76 – 1.5): For the unbelievers, we have prepared chains and fetters and a blazing Fire.

Al Bayinah (98 – 1.8): The unbelievers among the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) and the pagans shall burn forever in the fire of Hell. They are the vilest of all creatures.

How Pakistan subverts the Indian elite

It’s uncanny.

After every terror attack on India from Pakistani soil, a rash of articles appears in Indian newspapers.

Some are carried on the front pages of well-known dailies, others on the editorial page.

All stress caution.

Don’t blame Pakistan yet, they chant in chorus.

Simultaneously, television studios erupt with choreographed debates.

Panelists urge viewers in dulcet tones not to jump to conclusions about Pakistani involvement in the latest terror strike.

This orchestrated campaign has a single point objective: dilute the perception that Pakistan, ‘the state’, had anything to do with the terror attack on India.

It places the blame squarely on ‘non-state’ actors over whom Pakistan’s army generals, wringing their hands in helplessness, have no control.

Perception

This unadulterated nonsense continues to be spread by sections of the Indian media despite David Headley’s confession this week to an Indian court of the Pakistani army’s direct involvement in terror strikes on India.

The narrative echoes Islamabad’s standard line and is a result of a long-standing Pakistani project.

The project, generously funded by Islamabad, is aimed at subverting India’s effete elite.

Let’s analyze how it works.

For a rogue state like Pakistan, perception matters disproportionately.

Islamabad bases its existence on being the antithesis of India.

And yet it craves attention from India.

With the United States, China and Saudi Arabia, Pakistan’s relationship is that of a vendor-serf.

It provides geostrategic real estate to the US and China, and outsources nuclear capability to Saudi Arabia.

In return, it receives money but no respect.

The Pakistan army is a well-oiled, professional machine.

Its officers are paid generously.

Retired generals have a lifestyle that is entirely un-Islamic, lubricated by Scotch, golf, and holidays in Dubai and Macau.

The ISI’s mandate, as Headley confirmed this week, is to play a dual role in India.

Its principal task is to fund terror groups against Indian civilian and military targets.

Its parallel role is to build a cabal of Indian opinion-makers who will provide credible alibis for Pakistan after terror attacks by the terrorist groups the ISI has nurtured for decades.

Who are these opinion-makers and how are they subverted?

In the top tier are journalists and retired army officers.

They can be relied upon to defend Pakistan in newspaper columns and television debates.

In the second tier lie filmmakers, artistes and writers who constantly seek people-to-people contacts and sporting links with Pakistan – irrespective of its terror strikes on India.

In the third tier lurk opposition politicians who are quick to find excuses for Pakistan-sponsored terrorism (“But Pakistan is also a victim of terror”) while criticizing the Indian government’s response.

In the fourth and final tier dwell former Indian diplomats. They are track-II specialists who eagerly attend peace seminars in Pakistan and return with mellifluous tales of Pakistani hospitality.

The ISI nurtures its Indian apologists as generously as it nurtures its terror groups.

India’s chattering classes have always been susceptible to Pakistani wiles.

In the 1980s they thrilled to pre-satellite TV serials from Pakistan.

In the 2000s no international summit in Delhi was complete without a swaggering Pervez Musharraf or supercilious Imran Khan.

The recent controversy over actor Anupam Kher being denied a visa to attend Karachi Literature Festival is a rare example of Pakistan’s slick subversive machinery in India breaking down.

Error

Pakistan high commissioner Abdul Basit then made a cardinal error which even the ISI’s Indian apologists could not credibly defend.

He denied that Kher had been denied a visa: Kher, he said, simply hadn’t applied for one.

Usually though, Pakistan’s strategy of cultivating Trojan Horses in India has worked well.

Most card-holding members of the Indian elite come from inconspicuous backgrounds.

They have over the years climbed up the social, political and economic ladder, rung by rung.

They host networking parties where politicians across the ideological spectrum mix with the rest of Delhi’s nouveaux riches.

Pakistani guests are often invited – visiting human rights activists from Karachi, TV anchors from Islamabad, retired army officers from Rawalpindi, and social butterflies from Lahore.

The fact that Pakistan has subverted a significant section of India’s opinion-makers reflects poorly on successive Indian governments.

During the 10 years of the UPA-I and UPA-II, the atmosphere was especially congenial for the ISI to make deep inroads into the country’s chattering classes.

Track-II meetings, aman ki asha seminars and cultural exchanges were the flavor of the decade, rudely interrupted by the 26/11 terror attack.

But even that was a temporary setback.

The Modi government’s inconsistent policy on Pakistan-sponsored terrorism has emboldened those in India who continue to speak for Pakistan.

Headley’s testimony won’t change that: the subverted rarely reform.

A lawyer who is fighting for the rights of women to enter the famous Sabarimala Ayyappa temple in Kerala has told the Supreme court that he has received hundreds of death threats warning him to drop the petition, making him seek police protection.

Naushad Ahmed Khan, President of the Indian Young Lawyer’s Association, is one of the two lawyers who had filed a plea in the Supreme Court against women been barred from entering the temple.

Mr. Naushad Ahmad Khan, have you traveled in Air Plane? There while giving security instructions, they say, fix your own safety mask first before helping others. I request you to fix women’s rights problem in your own religion first before helping other religions.

I am a Hindu Woman from Kerala and I don’t want to go to Sabarimala. You will find hundreds of thousands of us in Kerala and elsewhere. Highly educated, professionals, writers etc., who will agree with me. Why? Because, Kerala Hindu women have Temples and festivals exclusively for themselves. Ours was a Matriarchal society where only the women inherited.

We have a Temple where once a year the Priests there will wash the feet of every woman devotee who comes there because a woman is the representation of the Goddess. We have a Temple in Mannarashala where the Priests are exclusively women. We have Thiruvathira, which is an exclusively women’s festival and no men allowed in the vicinity. We have Pongala a pooja where lakhs and lakhs of women take part in it at Tiruvanantha-puram. Since the Temple cannot hold all these vast numbers, Trivandrum literally shuts down and its streets are full of women. Yes, exclusively Women.

Contrary to that, Sabarimala is the one place in Kerala which is exclusively for men. This is where our men go together. It’s a male bonding Thing like fathers and sons, brothers, uncles, grandfathers….all male members in a family, or community, or friends. The whole community irrespective of caste, wealth, creed, joins in including the women…Yes, many of us keep fast with the men in our family. Also women, of young age and older ones above 60 are allowed inside Sabarimala, which is never shown by Media. This is done because Lord Ayyappa was a Brahmachari, which, pseudo secular morons fail to understand.

These forty days are a source of great joy and peace for us. In many homes, it is the only time of the year when men don’t drink, no non-veg food, everyone gets up very early in the morning around 4:00 a.m., bathes, does pooja and visits the nearest Temple, then family gets together at home.

Our men don’t do this bonding by drinking, drugs or whoring. Instead, it is through 40 days of detox…everyone is in it. The women as well.

There is peace in society ‘cos many alcoholics are detoxing. There is a bond not only in the family but in the whole community. One goes for bhajans in the evening. Again the family goes together. The community gets together, very important in this day and age when everyone is working, especially in Kerala.

After 40 days the men go to Sabarimala, sometimes taking their aged mothers with them and maybe the older children including girls who haven’t yet menstruated.

The women have the home to themselves. 3 days or until the men come back to do as they please. What do they call this is modern terms…..? Yes…. men having their own space and women their own space and time out …Well….we have been doing this for a long time….keeping our cultural ethos and values in mind while doing so.

So, I request all the pseudo-secular people, media and peaceful minority to mind their own business and work on women equality in their society, which is indeed in a shameful state.

Please mind your own business and let us do the same.

I was 15 then and can recall the details of bloodshed and refugee stampede of millions. There were instances of fathers killing their teenage daughters to save them from falling into the hands of Muslim mobs. And not only the sick and the very old, even infants were not spared. Houses were set on fire with inmates behind locked doors with crowds outside baying for their murder and abduction of the girls sheltering inside. What we saw then and our ancestors saw for centuries before 1947, the Western world is seeing only now in the shape of Isil in Syria and Irak and the treatment of YAZIDIS and Christians, men, women and children!

The massacres of Hindukush and all the previous invasions from Sindh to Somnath, Mathura, Varanasi and Ayodhya, have lost much of topicality for the Hindus who were too easy to be massacred and are too quick to forget. Forgetting all these and especially PARTITION in 1947 is a cardinal crime in which President to Peon, all are accomplices.

All this should be recorded and mentioned without worrying about pc. There was no pc then in the barbarity inflicted on Hindus and Sikhs across the newly established Pakistan then- courtesy NEHRU’S treason and GANDHI’S cowardice and his appeasement policy.

It is incomprehensible as to why the widespread massacres in RAWALPINDI district in Punjab that started on March 11, 1947 to eliminate the SIKH (DEFENCE) factor at the very beginning of the final Muslim onslaught for Partition are not often mentioned. The Sikhs had been foremost in the struggle for Independence. We can recall Jallianwala Bagh massacre and martyrs like Bhagat Singh and Udham Singh. Very large number of Sikhs joined the Azad Hind Fauj of Netaji as highly motivated volunteers. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the secret enemy of Hindus and a friend of Islam, identified NETAJI BOSE for elimination and also marked the SIKHS for decimation & degradation. They were seen by him as being the backbone of India’s defence who were too willing to follow a strong patriotic leader like Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

Nehru swore enmity towards Netaji, forcing him to leave India, and against the Sikhs by maliciously surrendering even the birth place of Guru Nanak Devji at Nankana Sahib and the capital Lahore with 75% Hindu/Sikh inhabitants!

The Sikhs, once a strong community (“Sword arm” of Hindu nation) that defeated the Afghans to capture KHYBER PASS and established a sovereign Kingdom in Punjab and Kashmir, were marked for decimation by NEHRU. In ferocity and barbarity the massacres in RAWALPINDI District and throughout West Punjab and NOAKHALI District in East Bengal have no parallel in history in savagery and brutality.

We hope that one day FREE Bharat’s history books will highlight your article (below) with the additional information provided above, making it compulsory study to understand Partition and the betrayal of the MAJORITY community (Hindus) then.

Since that day, Jan 30, 1948 enough encomiums were paid to Gandhi to the exclusion of many stalwarts of Freedom movement, now is high time to honestly assess his contributions for independence of India. Please note India did not win anything but was ‘granted’ independence only after dividing into 3 pieces, a partition that never happened in the entire hoary history of thousands of years despite many alien reigns. India as a nation remained one thought several regions were under different rulers.

So for that extraordinary outcome who is responsible ?

The consequence of partition are very evident then and now. Some retrospection is in order here because of Gandhi’s pivotal role during those days , when India was emerging into freedom.

Even in subjugation both nation of India which is ageless, timeless and state of India clearly with well delineated borders existed along with masses of people with their distinct culture also existed as long as mountains and rivers of India. Yet when this ancient nation emerged into freedom there was no joy in the hearts, minds and faces of people for achieving their independence as noted by Sardar Patel .

The reason for lack of any joy or happiness among people of India in that fateful month and preceding period leading to ‘independence’ will become understandable even for those who were born much, much later after August 1947, if they see the pictures with each worth more than 1000 words and more than thousands of tears. So they too like contemporaries of August 15th 1947 will mourn and should mourn even in 2016.

Crucial role in bringing about partition of India was played by;

For Pakistanis, Nehru and Gandhi are the villains. For Indians, Jinnah is the villain. This is how history is written and interpreted everywhere.

Since all of us, Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis once belonged to the same nation, Bharath, it is right and proper to consider all those responsible for partition as villains for robbing the joy out of millions and millions of people of India at a time she was emerging into freedom after centuries of struggle. While it is true that there are many other players in the tragedy of dividing India, some of them in London while one, Mountbatten was in Delhi doing the dirty work for departing colonialists., the main roles belongs to those three pictured above because they were chosen or picked to represent the two major communities in India, Hindus and Moslems and all of them failed the very people whose interests they are supposed to represent. Gandhi himself confessed he could be held guilty for betraying Hindus, his third son Ramadas Gandhi emphasized the same point that Gandhi betrayed Hindus of India. Nehru betrayed India- just three weeks before he signed on partition deed, he bombastically declared Pakistan was a fantastic nonsense.

It will be unfair to give all credit to just those three tall leaders pictured above for originating an Islamic State out of India then. There are many more , many in London pulling strings-Sir Winston Churchill and M A Jinnah were in correspondence with each other secretly using code words like lovers. And on the scene in New Delhi carrying out the mandate to carve India to pieces for her temerity to demand freedom was Earl Mountbatten, Viceroy .

The result of machinations of all such people was great hurt to nation, civilization of India. Regarding what culture and civilization of India has done and given to the world can be seen in brief quote here from Will Durant.

He wrote in his book on India in 1931 about great harm done to such great nation, people, by British rule The book that banned then in India.

You can access the contents via on line. It is worth reading because what he said about merciless exploitation of India by British was not present in history books prescribed for students in India, perhaps only country in the world that reads history written by her enemies.

Thus as a result of Colonialism ,especially as a result of partition , India’s civilization still remains as V. S. Naipaul pointed out a ‘Wounded Civilization’.

In those days Congress party was recognized only as a Hindu party to negotiate on behalf of Hindus while Jinnah of Moslem league was there to press demands for a Moslem homeland .

The violence that broke out when India was divided was not a surprise, if any body had any doubt about what to expect, Jinnah cleared all doubts and showed what to expect when he gave call for ‘Direct action’ to press his demand an year before and all the hell broke lose in Calcutta in August 1946 , in Bengal whose Chief minister was Suhravardy of Moslem league, Hindus were made to pay very heavily to say the least. Jinnah himself openly stated that he and Moslem league will not hesitate to use ‘extra-Constitutional methods to achieve their goal of dividing India for an exclusive home land for Moslems who he said constituted a different nation. And as you can see in pictures below the results of his call for direct action . These scenes continued to be repeated all through process of dividing India and even afterwards , even to date all over undivided India .

A Hindu in India converts to Islam, he becomes a Moslem but not a different national. This two nation theory of barrister MA Jinnah was absurd then and absurd now. Even in theory, background the concept was flawed and disastrous. In practice Pakistan failure is even worse. Of all states cobbled together to form Pakistan, Balochistan is largest.

What happened in Pakistan in general to Hindus is matter of history by now. Except for a token few, rest were cleansed out which is the meaning of Pakistan-Cleansed State. Now it is the turn of various sections of Moslems themselves to suffer. Of them Balochis are still fighting while resistance from people of Gilgit and Baltistan got extinguished .

Sri Tarek Fatah reminds us about civilization of India, and nation of India whose limbs were cut off with participation of ‘India’s villain’, Jinnah whose demand was conceded at sword point by ‘Pakistan’s villains’- Gandhi and Nehru. Both arms of India were cut off to form Pakistan, west and east.

Even the legs were sought to be cut little later , when Razakars and Nizam of Hyderabad were plotting to do so, but few things happened then in Sept 48. Mountbatten went back to London, his last act was to remind Govt of India to take the matter of Junagadh accession to United Nations. Gandhi was no longer on the scene, Nehru was away in London visiting . And Sardar Patel was acting Prime Minister of Govt of India. With the result there was no ‘Nizam E Mustafa’ , another Islamic State in South India, and since ‘Mountie’ and Jawaharlal were not involved, the accession was complete without any article 370 either.

India’s civilization rightly pointed out by Sri Tarek Fatah, is built around rivers, in forests , mountains and such places where eyes can look at unlimited cosmos and imagination can soar without even sky being the limit.

The two rivers that made India’s civilization and became basis of culture, Indus and Ganges were both lost to India at present. Ganges delta is in a ‘different’ country just as most of Indus is in a ‘different’ country. Imagine how many rivers would have been lost to India had Nizam’s demands were met, the area got surrendered. Gandhi was negotiating with Diwan of Hyderabad and toying with idea of conducting yet another ‘Experiment with truth’ in case of Hyderabad also, which meant paralyzing Government of India from doing any thing . However as noted before events took their own course.

Nathuram Godse points this out as one of reason that prompted him to take the extreme step. He also said while he was in prison, he heard the news of Govt of India taking ‘police action’ against Razakars and Nizam of Hyderabad, he felt glad.

The future course of many nations was determined by mostly what they did when they became free or soon after.

The same trick , to divide and quit, was sought to be played in South Africa, to divided it and form a Zulu Land but determined Nelson Mandela stood firm against division, to day S A remains intact.

United States after it became free purchased Louisiana, and became double its size. Demand to divide or separate took place in US nearly 100 years later, however with Abraham Lincoln risked civil war and kept ‘one nation under God’ intact. Germany kept reunification of its divided parts as a goal and aim and achieved it .

India too could have done it. The mutineers of India’s armed forces starting with Navy at Bombay clearly served battered British during II war, that their time was up and should leave. Had India’s implicitly trusted leaders put their foot down much like Mandela et al, or for that matter like our own people led by likes of Aurobindo in 1905 when Lord Curzon partitioned Bengal on Hindu-Moslem basis, but was forced to undo it, India too would have remained intact without deleterious effects not only to India but also to the world in general with partitioned part, Pakistan becoming an international hub and training ground of terrorism.

Now out of that lost 1/3 of former India’s territory , instead of development or progress as Sardar Patel hoped, ‘let each nation according to its genius ‘ he said, what we see is entirely different . Even those who were once most violent protagonists for partition, like E Bengalis, Balochis have rebelled against Pakistan. E Bengal turmoil is history , now the unrest is in Balochistan.

Before Pakistan came into existence , State of Kalat and Balochistan were different countries and independent. Kalat opted to join India , just like North West Frontier Province under leadership of Khan Abdul Gafar Khan. But their entreaties were rebuffed by Nehru led Govt of India. ‘Frontier Gandhi’ as venerable Khan Abdul Gafar Khan was known, remarked they were thrown to wolves. And that exactly what happened when they were annexed by Pakistan.

The fate suffered by Hindus and Sikhs at the time of partition in parts now called Pakistan, came to be shared by

Balochis. Gilgit and Baltistan are other parts that fell to ‘wolves’.

Result of all these is ‘wounded civilization’ as V S Naipaul termed . All these parts under Pakistan, Pakistan itself, Kashmir on one side of India , E Bengal, Ganges delta on the other were cradle of civilization of India just as Kashmir was from ancient times when it was adorned with Taxsila University and Saraswathi temple till composite culture took hold .

All the people of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, as the Baloch leader Tarek Fatah reminds us belong to same civilization, Indian. Instead of constantly harping still on reservations and quotas based on religion , despite havoc

relatively recently caused by religion based politics, it is high time emphasis is shifted to civilization which is common to all the people in Hindusthan peninsula. Many Indonesian Muslims take pride in their Hindu past which was the origin of their culture and civilization. Similar development can take place in ‘Subcontinent or South Asia’ which will end great deal of existing as well as potentially more dangerous turmoil for the benefit of entire area and beyond.

Having a clear vision in that direction, strength and prosperity being built in India which by themselves will act as centripetal forces, the Himalayan blunders of yesterday’s tall leaders can and should be corrected. With artificial , unnatural borders, lines of control thus erased ,with same culture and civilization prevailing as it was in the days of yore not even sky will be limit to progress and development of India.

Conclusion:

India of the ages is not dead nor has she spoken her last creative word; she lives and has still something to do for herself and the human peoples.

India is the meeting place of the religions and among these Hinduism alone is by itself a vast and complex thing, not so much a religion as a great diversified and yet subtly unified mass of spiritual thought, realization and aspiration.

In his famous Uttarpara Speech, he outlined the essence and the goal of India’s nationalist movement thus:

“I say no longer that nationalism is a creed, a religion, a faith; I say that it is the Sanatan Dharma which for us is nationalism. This Hindu nation was born with the Sanatan Dharma, with it, it moves and with it, it grows. When the Sanatan Dharma declines, then the nation declines, and if the Sanatan Dharma were capable of perishing, with the Sanatan Dharma it would perish.”

“But what is the Hindu religion ? What is this religion which we call Sanatan, eternal ? It is the Hindu religion only because the Hindu nation has kept it, because in this Peninsula it grew up in the seclusion of the sea and the Himalayas, because in this sacred and ancient land it was given as a charge to the Aryan race to preserve through the ages.

But it is not circumscribed by the confines of a single country, it does not belong peculiarly and for ever to a bounded part of the world. That which we call the Hindu religion is really the eternal religion, because it is the universal religion which embraces all others. If a religion is not universal, it cannot be eternal. A narrow religion, a sectarian religion, an exclusive religion can live only for a limited time and a limited purpose. This is the one religion that can triumph over materialism by including and anticipating the discoveries of science and the speculations of philosophy.”

In 1910, he withdrew from political life and spent his remaining life doing spiritual exercises and writing.[13] But his works kept inspiring revolutionaries and struggles for independence, including the famous Chittagong Uprising.[16] Both Swami Vivekananda and Sri Aurobindo are credited with having founded the basis for a vision of freedom and glory for India in the spiritual richness and heritage of Hinduism. Aurobindo also confidently predicted the artificial partition of India , unnatural state Pakistan will not survive the test of time. Developing events, favorable geopolitical atmosphere and recently emerged Hindu nationalist led government point to prediction of Rsi of modern times, Aurobindo to come true. Aurobindo also was a great Vedic scholar .

There are thus many more martyrs, patriots, saints , scholars and soldiers who made great contributions towards freedom, development and progress of India. All of them deserve to be remembered on this day or any other day.

It is sad and disturbing that a court of Hindustan determined so. I request the Vedic leaders to consider following facts and help the courts understand it too.

Hindustan (Bhaarat) is homeland for the Vedics (Hindus) since thousands of years. That means the courts of Hindustan should not be against the Vedic dharma, which is non-sectarian and universal religion for mankind. The Vedic dharma provides complete spiritual science for mankind to advance spiritually. This cannot be said for other invaded non-Vedic religions. Spiritual advancement does not negate material advancement.
Bhagavan Krishna in Bhagavad Gita verse 18.2 defines who is called a sanyasi. He says:

काम्यानाम् कर्मणाम् न्यासम् सन्यासम् कवयो विदुः ।

सर्व-कर्म-फल-त्यागम् प्राहुस् त्यागम् विचक्षणाः ॥ Gita 18.2

Madhvacarya’s Commentary on the verse: Lord Krishna explains that the absence of prescribed Vedic actions which hold even a miniscule residue for rewards is renunciation known as sannyasa or relinquishing of actions. Tyaja is renunciation by abandoning the desire for rewards and not the prescribed actions themselves. Both sannyasa and tyaja are considered renunciation.

A sanyasi, as the Vedics understand, does not do any karma in order to satisfy his/her own material senses. A sanyasi does karma to advance the self and others spiritually. He does such karma, but leaves the fruit of karma to God and remain unattached with the fruits. This reminds Gita 2.47 verse where Krishna says:

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।

मा कर्म फल हेतुर् भूमा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥

“You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.”

From the above it is clear that a sanyasi has right to act, right to reveal any truth that benefits innocent person(s). A sanyasi of Hindustan is a citizen of Hindustan. Therefore, his rights as the citizen should never be taken away as long as he/she is a citizen. Thus he has right to give testimony in courts, and the right could not be denied. A sanyasi has no interest to lie or cheat. The courts have the mission to find and know the truth from any trustworthy source. Therefore, no court of Hindustan should ever reject hearing a sanyasi or a true Vedic dharma guru. If the courts do not understand this, then it is very likely that many Vedic institutions and swamis of Hindustan will protest strongly against the courts.
