[With the Supreme Court accepting a petition which accuses Jammu & Kashmir Governments of siphoning off benefits exclusively meant for minorities, that State’s skewed majority-minority equation has been exposed]

In an act of rare intellectual daring, the beleaguered Hindus of Jammu & Kashmir have taken recourse to the Constitution of India to hit back at the extreme majoritarianism practiced by successive regimes in the State.

The Supreme Court has accepted a public interest petition (489/2016) that was rejected by the Jammu & Kashmir High Court, which accuses successive State Governments of siphoning off benefits exclusively meant for minority communities under various Central and State schemes and giving them to others in an illegal and arbitrary manner.

This is the first time since the Calcutta Quran Petition (1985) that Hindus have acted in such an assertive manner.

Long inured to being treated as second class citizens on account of the special status (Article 370) bestowed upon the State by first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru to pamper Lord Louis Mountbatten’s protégé, Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, Hindus have tended to be quietist for most of the past seven decades.

The situation did not change substantially even after the violent expulsion of Hindu families from the Kashmir valley in the winter of 1990.

But in recent weeks, Jammu families have begun to feel the pressure and to quietly migrate (over 200 so far, according to informed sources) to save themselves from a plight similar to that of Kashmiri Pandits, who have not been rehabilitated after over a quarter of a century of exile.

As militancy spreads in Kashmir valley, with violent mobs not sparing even policemen, Hindus are feeling increasingly insecure.

Many Jammu residents, especially ex-servicemen families, are now organizing to resist.

They won a major victory last month by scuttling the People’s Democratic Party-led Government’s attempt to pass the Jammu & Kashmir Alienation of Land and Transfer of Property Act by getting it referred to a select committee of the Assembly.

The Bill was approved by the Cabinet on June 23, with the BJP members not realizing its implications till Pawan Gupta, MLA (independent, Udhampur), raised the alarm.

The impugned legislation aimed to freeze sale of land by power-of-attorney and agreement-to-sell in Jammu division to prevent non-permanent residents from purchasing land.

This would prevent non-State subjects from buying land to set up industry or businesses in Jammu (as is the case in the Kashmir valley), and deny employment opportunities to Jammu youth.

Another clause denied rights to ancestral property to a woman (and her progeny) if married a non-State subject and living outside the State.

Ultimately these issues would impact the demography of Jammu and create a Kashmir-like situation there.

But now, acting on a petition from Jammu lawyer and social activist, Ankur Sharma, a Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice TS Thakur has issued notices to the Centre and National Commission for Minorities regarding setting up of a State Minority Commission in Jammu & Kashmir to identify religious minorities like Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians and disburse benefits of Central and State welfare schemes to them.

In TMA Pai Foundation & Ors Vs State of Karnataka & Ors (2002) and other decisions, the Supreme Court has ruled that linguistic and religious minorities are covered by the expression “minority” under Article 30 of the Constitution.

Since States were reorganized on a linguistic basis, the State will have to be the unit for the purpose of determining the minority, and not the whole of India.

It follows that religious and linguistic minorities, put at par in Article 30, must be recognized State-wise.

Under this definition, the tiny Jain community in Jammu & Kashmir (not listed as a national minority) would also be eligible for minority benefits.

Despite the unequivocal nature of the judgement, till date, Jammu & Kashmir has not passed the State Minority Commission Act under which it can notify minorities vide the prescribed criteria.

The Constitution of India does not define ‘minority’ but refers to ‘minorities’ which are ‘based on religion or language’. It reserves certain rights for minorities to protect their identity.

Accordingly, the cultural and educational rights of religious and linguistic minorities are embodied in Articles 29 and 30 of the Constitution.

In Jammu & Kashmir, Kashmiri is recognized as the official language of the State along with Urdu, but Hindus resent the imposition of the Nastalik script (akin to Arabic) instead of Devanagari or Sharada script.

Attempts to have the latter scripts recognized at par with Nastalik have failed so far. Intervention by the Supreme Court may change this.

Although Jammu & Kashmir has a separate Constitution, Part III of the Constitution of India has been extended to the State and hence the identification and notification of minorities is essential for enforcing the fundamental rights of citizens enshrined under Articles 29, 30, 14, 19 and 21 of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

In January 2012, the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992 was amended and made applicable to Jammu & Kashmir.

The immediate provocation for the petition was that the Government of India offered 20,000 high value scholarships for 2007-2008 in technical professional education to identified national-level minorities.

In Jammu & Kashmir, Muslims (then 66.97 per cent of the population, 2001 Census) received 717 scholarships (over 95 per cent), Christians (two), Buddhists (22) and Sikhs (12) out of a total of 753.

Yet the guidelines for implementation of the Prime Minister’s new 15-Point Program for Welfare of Minorities stipulate, “in States, where one of the minority communities notified under Section 2 (c) of the NCM Act, 1992 is in fact in majority at State level, the earmarking of physical/financial targets under different schemes will be only for the other notified minorities”.

Jammu & Kashmir is included among the listed States.

As fundamental rights, with few exceptions, are inalienable natural rights, they cannot be taken away by the State Legislature or Parliament by omitting to legislate in this regard.

Diversion of minority rights to the majority community is vote-bank politics and abrogation of the fundamental rights of minorities.

This injustice needs to be rectified by speedy identification and notification of minority communities.

As Jammu & Kashmir comprises three distinct regions (Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh) of widely varying geography, topography, ethnicity, religion, race, language, script and culture, the State cannot sweep identities under carpet and corner rights for a group which comprises 68.31 per cent of the population, as per Census 2011.

Interestingly, ‘Jammu for India’ convener, Prof Hari Om, argues that under international norms, any group comprising over 10 per cent of the population of a country is not regarded as a minority.

India needs to revisit the criterion for designating minorities.

The above statements are contrary to the Vedic ethos since Vedic Society in general did not stop the progress or self-development of any individual. For ascending the social order complete flexibility has been shown by various scriptures. Mahabharata says “A man cannot be a Brahmin on account of his family. Even a Chandal who exercises restraint and has a good conduct is a Brahmin” (Mahabharata Van Parva 226.14). There are numerous instances of children of non-Brahmana parents becoming Brahmana by virtue of their merit, action, learning and temperament. Swami Dayananda Saraswati in Chapter IV of his magnum opus Satyartha Prakasha says “Jabali of the Chhandogya Upanishad whose birth and lineage were unknown became a Brahmana. Sage Vishwamitra was born in a Kshatriya family but became Brahmarshi. Sage Matunga belonged to a very low Chandala family but became Brahmana and called a Rishi”. Apart from the popular verse 10/65, Manusmriti has dozens of other verses downgrading Brahmans to Shudra, such as, 2/37,2/40, 2/103, 4/245, etc. for neglecting their prescribed duties and upgrading shudras (9/335) in accordance with the merit, action and abilities of a particular varna.

OTHER HISTORICAL EXAMPLES REGARDING CHANGE OF VARNA

Kavash Ailush, a son of a slave-woman, and Vatsa, a son of a Shudra-woman became Rigvedic Rishis for their having become seers of Mantras (exponents of Vedic hymns).

2.Valmiki who (according to some legends) was lowly-born acquired the fame which goes with the name of Maharishi Valmiki.

3.Slave woman’s son, Vidur, became the Prime Minister of Raja Dhritarashtra and came to be known as Mahatma.

Shri Ram, a son of King Dashratha, and Shri Krishna, born in a Yadav family, came to be regarded as God. They became venerable even for the Brahmans, their birth in a Kshatriya family notwithstanding.

5.On the other hand, Ravana who was born in a clan of Pulastya Rishi came to be called a Rakshasha ‘demon’ for indulging in evil deeds and for his mis-conduct.

Raghu, the ancestor of Rama had a son named Pravridha. He was outcast from the Kshatriya clan due to his misdeeds and misdemeanor and became a demon.
Trishanku, originally a king became a Chandal.
Many of the Vishwamitra’s sons came to be called Shudras.

आप सबको गुजारिश है कि हमने हिन्दुस्तान पर 800 साल हुकूमत की है। अब भी हमारी हुकूमत चलती है पर सीधी तरह से नहीं। सब पार्टियां और इनके काफिर नेता हमारे इशारे पर नाचते हैं।
हमको आज मदरसों, मस्जिदों और हज के लिये पैसा मिलता है।

2004 और 2009 के चुनाव में हिन्दुओं की पार्टी भाजपा को मुंह की खानी पड़ी मगर हमारी पूरी हुकूमत तो तब मानी जायेगी जब पूरा हिन्दुस्तान इस्लाम के झण्डे के नीचे होगा। जल्दी ही हमारे मुजाहिद्दीन लड़ाके सफ़ेद दाड़ी वाले गुजराती को मार देंगे फिर हिन्दुओं का अंतिम रहनुमा भी हमारे रास्ते से हट जायेगा !

इसलिये हर मुसलमान का फर्ज है कि खाना जंगी के लिये तैयार रहें। इसके लिये हथियारों के अलावा बम्ब बनाना सीखें और कुरान की 24 आयातें रोज पढ़ें और उसी के मुताबिक काफिरों के मारने, जलाने और धोखे से पकड़ने का काम सरंजाम दें और उनको लूट और उनकी औरतों को भगा कर शादी करें। वैसे तो ये सिलसिला 70 साल से चल रहा है। पर अब पूरा जोर तब लगायें जब खाना जंगी के लिये आईएसआई और इंडियन मुजाहिद्दीन के लिये हुकुम देंगे।

हर मुसलमान को दूसरा कलमा रोज पढ़ना चाहिये। वो यह है- हंस के लिये लिया है पाकिस्तान और लड़के लेंगे हिन्दुस्तान।

अगरचे मदरसा जैल बातों पर आप लोग चल रहे हो फिर भी तबज्जो दें।

1-बिजनौर यू0पी0 फार्मूलाः- यहां पर मुसलमान जवान लड़के हिन्दुओं से दोस्ती करके अपने घर बुलाकर मछली, मुर्गा खिलाते हैं और फिर काफिरों के घर उनकी औरतों से यारी करके फंसाते हैं। ये औरतें मुसलमानों को माल भी खिलाती हैं और पैसा भी देती हैं। बहुत सी काफिर लड़कियों ने मुसलमानों से शादी कर ली है। वाह अल्ला तेरा शुक्र है।

2-बोतल फार्मूला- गरीब बस्तियों में काफिरों को ज्यादा शराब पिला कर नामर्द बनाओ और उनकी औरतों से ऐश करो। 9 करोड़ हिंदु तो मुसलमानों से मिल चुके हैं और उनकी औरतें तो आराम से मुसलमानों के बगल में आ जाती हैं।

3-चोरी डकैती- काफिरों के घरों में धोखा देकर चोरियां करो उनके खेतों की फसल काटो और उनके जानवरों की भी चोरी करो।

4-शहरी फार्मूला-(1) मुसलमान अकल से काम लें, अपने छोटे लड़कों को काफिरों के घर नौकर रखो और 25/25 बच्चे कैसे पालोगे, 8/10 साल के बाद आपके बच्चे जवान होकर घर की हिन्दू औरतों से दोस्ती करेंगे और ऐश के साथ-साथ पैसा भी खूब मारेंगे।

शहरी फार्मूला-(2) मुसलमान जवान नौकर, ड्राइवर, खानसामा, रोटी पकाने वाला, माली, चैकीदार बन हिन्दू नामों से रहो और मौका मिलते ही उपर वाली बातों पर अमल करें। इसके अलावा उनकी गाड़ियों, स्कूटरों वगैरा भी चोरी कर सकते हैं। ये शहर के इमाम से हर तरह के उस्तादों का पता लग जायेगा। काफिरों को जब पता लगा अपनी औरतों के बारे में पता लगा तो उन्होंने नौकरी से निकालने की कोशिश की तो औरतें ही कहने लगी-अच्छा भला ईमानदारी से काम करता है इसे नौकरी से क्यों निकालते हो। कई बार औरतें मुसलमानों के साथ भाग गईं। कई मुसलमान निकाले जाने के बाद दिन में जब काफिर घर पर नहीं होते आकर ऐश, ईशरत करते हैं। माल खाते हैं और पैसे भी ले जाते हैं। या अल्ला तेरा शुकर है तूने किसलिये हिन्दू को अंधा बनाकर रखा है, जिसको पैसा कमाने के अलावा कुछ भी नजर नहीं आता। ये इस्लाम की जीत है।

जेहाद- खाना जंगी के जेहाद में यदि मुसलमान शहीद होगा तो उसे जन्नत मिलेगी, अगर जिन्दा बचता है तो हिन्दुस्तान के काफिरों की सारी जायदादें मुसलमानों को मिलेंगी और सारी हिन्दू औरतें भी मिलेंगी तो यह भी जन्नत होगी। जैसे पाकिस्तान, कश्मीर और बांग्लादेश की सब कोठियां बंगले मुसलमानों को मिले थे। जेहाद के लिये 2 लाख सीमी के जवान 1 लाख अलकायदा के लिये मुसलमान तैयार हैं। अब हम 20 करोड़ हो गये हैं इसके अलावा 5 करोड़ बंग्लादेशी जिसमें 1 लाख मुजाहिद्दीन लड़ाके हैं। इसलिये घबराने की जरूरत नही है। हिन्दुस्तान की मिलिट्री में भी काफी मुसलमान हैं और बहुत से तो हिन्दू नामों से भर्ती हैं। पुलिस में भी काफी मुसलमान हैं और वक्त आने पर काफिरों को दोजख पहुचायेंगे।

आम हिन्दू लोगों में मुसलमानों के लिय नरम रूख है जिसकी वजह ऊपर बतायी वजह हिन्दू औरतों से दोस्ती है। केरल, मद्रास और हैदराबाद में काफी असलाह पाकिस्तान और अरब मुल्कों से आ चुका है। बिहार में चीन और बांग्लादेश से 60 हजार एके-47 आ चुकी हैं। इसलिये लाल किला पर झण्डा जल्दी झूलेगा।

अरब मुल्कों में हिन्दू औरतों को नर्स, आया, खाना बनाने वाली बनाकर ज्यादा से ज्यादा भेजें। अच्छी तनख्वाह के लालच में गरीब व दरम्यान घर की लड़कियां खुशी से जाती हैं और वहां जाकर रात को सारी की सारी अरबों के पास सो जाती हैं और मुसलमानों की आबादी बढ़ाने में काफी मददगार हैं।

हिन्दू लड़की से शादी, ::-+-
हिन्दू लड़की जो भगाकर लायी जाये उसे 2 दिन भूखा रखें फिर अच्छा-अच्छा खाना दें। उनकी सतत या खतना जरूर करायें। अगर उसके रिश्तेदार कोर्ट केस करें तो कोर्ट में ले जाने से पहले 50/60 बंदूकों के हथियार दिखायें और खबरदार करें। अगर हमारे खिलाफ बयान दिये तो तेरे भाई और खानदान को भून देंगे। ऐसी लड़की को वश में करने वाले ताबीज पहनाना न भूलें। ये भी कमाल का काम करता है।

हरियाणा के मुसलमानों का कमाल- ::–
गांधी की मेहरबानी से मेवात के मुसलमान पाकिस्तान नही गये थे।
पिछले 15 सालों से40 लाख मुसलमान बिहार, यूपी, राजस्थान में आकर बस गये हैं। 70 फीसदी तो हिन्दू नामों से रह रहे हैं और ऊपर लिखी बाते अच्छी तरह सरंजाम दे रहे हैं।

पंजाब में भी लाखों मुसलमान पहुंच चुका है। वक्त आने पर ये सब जेहाद के लिये कुरान के मुताबिक काफिरों को दोजख पहुचाने के लिये तैयार हैं। अल्ला हमारे साथ है।

काफिरों का बंटवारा::+–
– वैसे तो हिन्दू जांत-पांत में बंटा है आप लोग इनके SC/ST के दिमाग में हिन्दुओं के लिये खूब नफरत भरें
कि हिन्दुओं ने इनके ऊपर सैकड़ों साल जुल्म ढाये।
मुसलमानों शाबास।

आसाम और कश्मीर- ::
आसाम और कश्मीर पर तो मुसलमानों का कब्जा हो चुका है। सारे बुतखाने तोड़ दिये गये हैं। महलों व सड़कों का नाम बदलकर जिन्हा रोड व अली रोड कर दिये हैं। आसाम पर भी काफी हद तक मुसलमानों का कब्जा है। काफिरों का कत्ल करके दहशत फैला कर भगाया जा रहा है। इस तरह कश्मीर की तरह हिन्दुओं की जायदाद व औरतें अल्ला की फजल से हम मुसलमानों को मिल रही हैं। इन्शाह अल्लाह जल्दी ही सारे हिन्दुस्तान को इस्लाम के झंडे के नीचे आयेगा।

सन् 1947 में हमारे जवानों ने काफिरों के छोटे-छोटे बच्चे आसमान में उछालकर नैजे व भाले पर लिये थे। इनकी औरतों के साथ 10/10 मुसलमानों ने जिन्हा किया था और अल्हादानी लोहे की नोहर गर्म करके लाल-लाल उनके थनों पर चिपकाई गई थी। कई औरतों के थन काट दिये थे। उनके बच्चों को मारकर पकाकर खिलाया भी था।

राजीव गांधी के राज में फार्मूला काश्मीर में आजमाया गया।
नतीजा यह निकला कि साढ़े तीन लाख पण्डितों से कश्मीर 3 दिन में खाली हो गया और करोड़ों बल्कि अरबों रूपये की काफिरों की जायदाद पर मुसलमानों का कब्जा हो गया।

जेहाद में औरतों के लिये खास दस्ता::++
मुसलमान जवान का यह दस्ता स्कूटर कार छोटे ट्रक वगैरा पर हिन्दू देवताओं की फोटों चिपकाकर रखें।
ड्राइवर व कंडक्टर हिन्दू वेश में हो।
जब अफरा-तफरी फैले तो काफिरों को जिनमें औरतें ज्यादा हों मुसलमान मोहल्लों में भगाकर ले जायें। औरतें को वहां पहुंचा दी जायें। काफिर मर्द और बच्चे मारकर दोजख भेज दें।

ये नुस्खा 40 साल pahle आजमाया गया था, उस समय वाई वी चैहान होम मिनिस्टर थे। इसी दस्ते के लिये जयपुर फार्मूला कई साल पहले हमारे मुसलमाना जवानों ने जयपुर में फसाद शुरू किये थे और हिन्दू घरों से व लड़कियों के स्कूलों से उठा ली थी। 6 माह बाद जब 2/3 लड़कियों ने अपने घर खबर भेजी तो खानदान के उन लोगों ने उन लड़कियों को वापस लेने से इन्कार कर दिया। 1948 में जब हिन्दू मिलिट्री, हिन्दू औरतों को निकालकर हिन्दुस्तान लाई तो उनके खानदान वालों ने लेने से इंकार कर दिया। इस वास्ते कुछ ने तो खुदकुशी कर ली।

ये सब मुसलमानों के लिये अच्छा हुआ। इसके लिये हिन्दुओं की दाद देनी चाहिये।

मुसलमानों और हिन्दुओं के मरने की निस्बतः-
जब पाकिस्तान बना तो एक मुसलमान शहीद हुआ था और 100 काफिर मारे गये थे अब तो बम्बों और एके 47 का जमाना है,
अल्ला ने चाहा तो एक मुसलमान के मारे जाने पर 1000 हिन्दू मरेंगे अल्ला हमारे साथ है।

मुसलमानों को अल्ला का शुक्रगुजार होना चाहिये कि वो सब भूल गयें अल्ला ने उसका दिमाग बड़ा कमजोर दिया है। इसलिये हमने 800 साल हुकूमत की और इन्शाह अल्ला फिर करेंगे। इस बात से साबित होता है कि अल्ला भी चाहता है कि मुसलमानों को हिन्दुस्तान की हुकूमत मिले और हिन्दुओं की औरतों के साथ मौज मस्ती मिले ।

चीन, पाकिस्तान और बंग्लादेश से हथियार व नकली नोट हम मुसलमानों की मदद के लिये अल्ला भिजवा रहा है।
हिन्दू अफसर और पुलिस वाले इसी पैसे से अंधे बना दिये जाते हैं।

यह खत मस्जिदों में जुमे के रोज सब मुसलमानों को सुनाया जाये। खाना जंगी के वक्त पाकिस्तान, चीन और बांग्लादेश भी हमारी मदद के लिये हिन्दुस्तान पर हमला बोल देंगे।
नेपाल में काफी मंदिर तोड़ दिये गये हैं और आईएसआई की मदद से काफी लोग मुसलमान हो गये हैं।

कलावा :–मोटर साईकिल-मुसलमान जवानों को चाहिये अपने हाथ में कलावा बांध कर अपना नाम बदलकर हिन्दू नाम अपना लें। मोटर साईकिल पर सवार होकर हिन्दू मोहल्ले में कालेजों और स्कूलों के पास खड़े होकर हिन्दू लड़कियों से इश्क लड़ायें। होटलों में भी खुद भी ऐश करें और उनसे काल गर्ल्स का काम लें।

इस कमाई से कुछ हिस्सा हथियारों पर खर्च करें। कारों वाले भाई जान भी करें। अरब मुल्कों में इसके लिये काफी पैसा हम तक पहुंच रहा ै ! जिसे हमने तुम्हारे मौलानाओं से तुम्हे काफिरों की लौडियों को फंसाने के बाद तुम्हे देने को कह दिया है !

भूल कर भी सिखों को न छेड़ें।
ये जालिम होते हैं बल्कि चक्कर चलाकर उनको हिन्दुओं से दूर रखें।
हिन्दुओं के बाद इनसे भी निबट लेंगे !

सब आराम से निर्यात होता है और हर किसान लाखों में खेलता है.. कम से कम आय एक आदमी की 1 लाख 25 हज़ार महीने है याने 19000 डॉलर सालाना !

इस देश का राष्ट्रीय चिन्ह सूर्य व राष्ट्रीय प्रगति चिन्ह गाय व घोडा हैं !!इस देश में गाय हत्या पर तत्काल फाँसी का कानून हैं !

सनातन धर्म कुदरत के कण-कण में भगवान को देखता है। इसी आस्था से कई देवी-देवताओं की भी पूजा की जाती है।

इसलिए हर देवालय मन, विचार व व्यवहार को पवित्र व साधने वाली ऊर्जा देने वाले शक्तिस्थल भी माने जाते हैं।

हर देवी-देवता विशेष शक्ति साधना के लिए पूजनीय हैं। देव उपासना से कार्य विशेष को साधने के लिए बुद्धि और विवेक मिलने की आस्था ही भक्त को देवालय तक खींच लाती है। चूंकि देव शक्ति से जुड़ी यही श्रद्धा और आस्था सब कुछ संभव करने वाली मानी गई है। इसलिए यह भी जरूरी है कि देवालय में पहुंच देव दर्शन की मर्यादाओं का पालन हो।

यहां बताई जा रही मंदिर में देवी-देवताओं के दर्शन के तरीके न केवल खुद के साथ दूसरों की भी देव आस्था खंडित होने से बचाएंगे, बल्कि औरों को भी धर्म आचरण के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।

– मंदिर में प्रवेश करते वक्त बहुत ही धीमी आवाज में घंटा बजाएं ताकि ज्यादा आवाज से दूसरों का भी देव ध्यान भंग न हो।

– मंदिर के अंदर देव प्रतिमा के सामने जो भी देव विशेष का वाहन हो (जैसे देवी का सिंह, शिवजी का नंदी, गणेशजी का चूहा आदि) के बगल में खड़े होकर, दोनों हाथों को जोड़ दर्शन करें।

– दर्शन के दौरान सबसे पहले देवता के चरणों में नजर को केन्द्रित करें। फिर भगवान के वक्षस्थल या छाती पर मन को टिकाएं और आखिर में देव प्रतिमा के नेत्र पर दृष्टि साध उनके पूरे स्वरूप को आंखों व ह्रदय में उतारें।

– देव प्रतिमा पर दूर से फूलों को फेंके नहीं, बल्कि उनके चरण कमलों में स्वयं या पुजारी के जरिए अर्पित करें। ऐसा भी संभव न हो तो भेंट थाली में पूजा सामग्री रख सकते हैं। अक्सर परिजनों को कई मौकों पर घर के बड़े-बुजुर्गों से परिवार के अशांत माहौल या व्यक्तिगत जीवन को सुकूनभरा बनाने के लिए मन या घर को मंदिर बनाने की नसीहत मिलती है। क्या कभी आपने भी इन बातों पर गौर किया है कि आखिर घर या मन को मंदिर से जोड़ने के पीछे असल भावना क्या होती है।

दरअसल, इसमें मंदिर से जुड़ी उस खास खूबी की ओर संकेत भी होता है जो मानसिक तौर पर सुखी रहने के लिए बेहद जरूरी है। मन व घर के लिए अहम यह बात है– शांति। शांति की ही बात करें तो यह देवता व मंदिर की मर्यादा बनाए रखने के अलावा कुछ खास वजहों से भी जरूरी मानी गई है।

आखिर मंदिर जाएं तो क्यों वहां शांति बनाए रखना चाहिए, जानिए इसकी कुछ खास वजहें – – शास्त्रों में बताया गया है कि प्रकृति तीन गुणों से बनी है। ये तीन गुण हैं- सत या सात्विक गुण, रज या रजोगुणी व तम या तमोगुणी। देवता सत्त्व गुणों के प्रतीक हैं। इसलिए माना जाता है कि मंदिर की देव मूर्तियों से भी सात्विक ऊर्जा निकल चारों और फैलती हैं। किंतु पूजा, कीर्तन या आरती को छोड़ दूसरी तरह की अनावश्यक बातों या अपशब्दों से निकलने वाली रजोगुणी व तमोगुणी ऊर्जा इसमें रुकावट बनती हैं। इससे भक्त व श्रद्धालुओं को देवीय ऊर्जा का पूरा लाभ नहीं मिल पाता।

– मन की शांति के लिए जरूरी है– एकाग्रता, जो मंदिर में शांति बनाए रखने से ही मुमकिन है।

– शोरगुल से पैदा किसी भी रूप में कलह देवालय की पवित्रता व चैतन्यता भी कम करता है।

I may add another incident in which he showed guts to defy the prime minister, a secret convert to Islam.

During war against Pakistan (1971-72) when our troops were advancing rapidly, the Musalmaani Indira (Maimoona Begum) got jittery. She called Maneckshaw and asked him to cease fire to avoid needless carnage of Pakistani soldiers and the Bengali citizens.

Maneckshaw was shrewd enough to see through her pro Pakistani orientation and her contempt of our own army that she regarded as mercenaries. He was horrified to hear the words “cease fire” over which he, and his soldiers, had been seething with anger since they were held back by her pro Pakistani father Jawaharlal Nehru in Kashmir.

He told her point blank, “Bibi, leave the fighting to me. I am a professional soldier, not a mercenary. My next step will be to blast the “cease-fire” ordered by your father in Kashmir!

Indira flew in rage. She asked the Field Marshal to leave at once. Thereafter the ruling establishment never gave him the respect he deserved. Neither the prime minister nor the defense minister attended the funeral of India’s most illustrious and distinguished soldier!

In 1947 the armed forces put Nehru above our Akhand Bharat. In 1999 our armed forces put Atal Bihari Vajpayee known for his “bottle” than his “baton” above our Jawans’ lives!
