1. Japan has put strict restrictions on the Islam and Muslims! The reasons are:
a) Japan is the only nation that does not give citizenship to Muslims.
b) In Japan permanent residentship is not given to Muslims.
c) There is strong ban on the propagation of Islam in Japan.
d) In the University of Japan Arabic or any Islamic language is not taught.
e) One cannot import ‘Kuran’ published in Arabic language.
f) According to data published by Japanese government, it has given citizenship to only 2 lakhs Muslims. These Muslims speak Japanese and carry their religious ritual in the same.
g) Japan is the only country in the world having negligible number of embassies of Islamic countries.
h) Japanese people are not attracted to Islam at all.
i) Muslims residing in Japan are the employees of foreign companies.
j) Even today Visas are not granted to Muslim doctors, engineers or managers send by foreign company.
k) In majority of the companies, it is stated in their laws that no Muslims should apply for the job.
l) Japan government is of an opinion that Muslims are fundamentalist and even in the era of globalization, they are not willing to change their Muslim laws.
m) Muslims cannot even think about getting a rented house in Japan.
n) If anyone comes to know that his neighbor is a Muslim then the whole colony stays alert.
o) No one can start an Islamic or Arabic ‘Madarsa’ in Japan.
p) There is no personal law in Japan.
q) If Japanese women marry a Muslim then she is banned.
r) According to Mr. Komico Yagi (Head of Department, Tokyo University) “There is a mind frame in Japan that Islam is narrow minded religion and one should stay away from it.”
s) Freelance journalist Mohammad Juber turned (toured) many Islamic countries after 9/11 incidence, and at that time he went even to Japan. He found out Japanese are confident that extremist can do no harm in Japan.
2. Strict restrictions on the conversion to Christianity
a. In Japan there are strong restrictions on conversions to Christianity.
b. If due to any reason one converts his religion then both, one who converts and one who helps, both are severely punished.
c. If a foreign citizen does this then he is given a strict notice to leave Japan immediately.
d. Christen missionaries are influential all over the world, but in Japan they could do no magic.
e. The POPE of Vatican is unhappy on two things: 20th century is about to end, but they could not convert India in to a Christen nation as Greek, and there is no rise in number of Christens in Japan.
f. Japanese do not convert to other religion for the sake of money. They are very loyal to their religion, and do not convert even if they are tempted with large remuneration.

“Transfer of Power Agreement” को जाने और दुसरो को बताएं
14 अगस्त 1947 कि रात को आजादी नहीं आई बल्कि ट्रान्सफर ऑफ़ पॉवर का एग्रीमेंट हुआ था.
सत्ता के हस्तांतरण की संधि ( Transfer of Power Agreement ) यानि भारत के आज़ादी की संधि | ये इतनी खतरनाक संधि है की अगर आप अंग्रेजों द्वारा सन 1615 से लेकर 1857 तक किये गए सभी 565 संधियों या कहें साजिस को जोड़ देंगे तो उस से भी ज्यादा खतरनाक संधि है ये | 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को जो कुछ हुआ है वो आजादी नहीं आई बल्कि ट्रान्सफर ऑफ़ पॉवर का एग्रीमेंट हुआ था पंडित नेहरु और लोर्ड माउन्ट बेटन के बीच में | Transfer of Power और Independence ये दो अलग चीजे है | स्वतंत्रता और सत्ता का हस्तांतरण ये दो अलग चीजे है |
और सत्ता का हस्तांतरण कैसे होता है ? आप देखते होंगे क़ि एक पार्टी की सरकार है, वो चुनाव में हार जाये, दूसरी पार्टी की सरकार आती है तो दूसरी पार्टी का प्रधानमन्त्री जब शपथ ग्रहण करता है, तो वो शपथ ग्रहण करने के तुरंत बाद एक रजिस्टर पर हस्ताक्षर करता है, आप लोगों में से बहुतों ने देखा होगा, तो जिस रजिस्टर पर आने वाला प्रधानमन्त्री हस्ताक्षर करता है, उसी रजिस्टर को ट्रान्सफर ऑफ़ पॉवर की बुक कहते है और उस पर हस्ताक्षर के बाद पुराना प्रधानमन्त्री नए प्रधानमन्त्री को सत्ता सौंप देता है | और पुराना प्रधानमंत्री निकल कर बाहर चला जाता है | यही नाटक हुआ था 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को 12 बजे | लार्ड माउन्ट बेटन ने अपनी सत्ता पंडित नेहरु के हाथ में सौंपी थी, और हमने कह दिया कि स्वराज्य आ गया | कैसा स्वराज्य और काहे का स्वराज्य ? अंग्रेजो के लिए स्वराज्य का मतलब क्या था ? और हमारे लिए स्वराज्य का मतलब क्या था ? ये भी समझ लीजिये | अंग्रेज कहते थे क़ि हमने स्वराज्य दिया, माने अंग्रेजों ने अपना राज तुमको सौंपा है ताकि तुम लोग कुछ दिन इसे चला लो जब जरुरत पड़ेगी तो हम दुबारा आ जायेंगे |
ये अंग्रेजो का interpretation (व्याख्या) था | और हिन्दुस्तानी लोगों की व्याख्या क्या थी कि हमने स्वराज्य ले लिया | और इस संधि के अनुसार ही भारत के दो टुकड़े किये गए और भारत और पाकिस्तान नामक दो Dominion States बनाये गए हैं | ये Dominion State का अर्थ हिंदी में होता है एक बड़े राज्य के अधीन एक छोटा राज्य, ये शाब्दिक अर्थ है और भारत के सन्दर्भ में इसका असल अर्थ भी यही है | अंग्रेजी में इसका एक अर्थ है “One of the self-governing nations in the British Commonwealth” और दूसरा “Dominance or power through legal authority “| Dominion State और Independent Nation में जमीन आसमान का अंतर होता है | मतलब सीधा है क़ि हम (भारत और पाकिस्तान) आज भी अंग्रेजों के अधीन/मातहत ही हैं | दुःख तो ये होता है की उस समय के सत्ता के लालची लोगों ने बिना सोचे समझे या आप कह सकते हैं क़ि पुरे होशो हवास में इस संधि को मान लिया या कहें जानबूझ कर ये सब स्वीकार कर लिया | और ये जो तथाकथित आज़ादी आयी, इसका कानून अंग्रेजों के संसद में बनाया गया और इसका नाम रखा गया Indian Independence Act यानि भारत के स्वतंत्रता का कानून | और ऐसे धोखाधड़ी से अगर इस देश की आजादी आई हो तो वो आजादी, आजादी है कहाँ ? और इसीलिए गाँधी जी (महात्मा गाँधी) 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को दिल्ली में नहीं आये थे | वो नोआखाली में थे | और कोंग्रेस के बड़े नेता गाँधी जी को बुलाने के लिए गए थे कि बापू चलिए आप | गाँधी जी ने मना कर दिया था | क्यों ? गाँधी जी कहते थे कि मै मानता नहीं कि कोई आजादी आ रही है | और गाँधी जी ने स्पस्ट कह दिया था कि ये आजादी नहीं आ रही है सत्ता के हस्तांतरण का समझौता हो रहा है | और गाँधी जी ने नोआखाली से प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी की थी |
उस प्रेस स्टेटमेंट के पहले ही वाक्य में गाँधी जी ने ये कहा कि मै हिन्दुस्तान के उन करोडो लोगों को ये सन्देश देना चाहता हु कि ये जो तथाकथित आजादी (So Called Freedom) आ रही है ये मै नहीं लाया | ये सत्ता के लालची लोग सत्ता के हस्तांतरण के चक्कर में फंस कर लाये है | मै मानता नहीं कि इस देश में कोई आजादी आई है | और 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को गाँधी जी दिल्ली में नहीं थे नोआखाली में थे | माने भारत की राजनीति का सबसे बड़ा पुरोधा जिसने हिन्दुस्तान की आज़ादी की लड़ाई की नीव रखी हो वो आदमी 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को दिल्ली में मौजूद नहीं था | क्यों ?
इसका अर्थ है कि गाँधी जी इससे सहमत नहीं थे | (नोआखाली के दंगे तो एक बहाना था असल बात तो ये सत्ता का हस्तांतरण ही था) और 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को जो कुछ हुआ है वो आजादी नहीं आई …. ट्रान्सफर ऑफ़ पॉवर का एग्रीमेंट लागू हुआ था पंडित नेहरु और अंग्रेजी सरकार के बीच में | अब शर्तों की बात करता हूँ , सब का जिक्र करना तो संभव नहीं है लेकिन कुछ महत्वपूर्ण शर्तों की जिक्र जरूर करूंगा जिसे एक आम भारतीय जानता है और उनसे परिचित है. इस संधि की शर्तों के मुताबिक हम आज भी अंग्रेजों के अधीन/मातहत ही हैं | वो एक शब्द आप सब सुनते हैं न Commonwealth Nations | अभी कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली में Commonwealth Game हुए थे आप सब को याद होगा ही और उसी में बहुत बड़ा घोटाला भी हुआ है | ये Commonwealth का मतलब होता है समान सम्पति | किसकी समान सम्पति ? ब्रिटेन की रानी की समान सम्पति | आप जानते हैं ब्रिटेन की महारानी हमारे भारत की भी महारानी है और वो आज भी भारत की नागरिक है और हमारे जैसे 71 देशों की महारानी है वो | Commonwealth में 71 देश है और इन सभी 71 देशों में जाने के लिए ब्रिटेन की महारानी को वीजा की जरूरत नहीं होती है क्योंकि वो अपने ही देश में जा रही है लेकिन भारत के प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति को ब्रिटेन में जाने के लिए वीजा की जरूरत होती है क्योंकि वो दुसरे देश में जा रहे हैं | मतलब इसका निकाले तो ये हुआ कि या तो ब्रिटेन की महारानी भारत की नागरिक है या फिर भारत आज भी ब्रिटेन का उपनिवेश है इसलिए ब्रिटेन की रानी को पासपोर्ट और वीजा की जरूरत नहीं होती है अगर दोनों बाते सही है तो 15 अगस्त 1947 को हमारी आज़ादी की बात कही जाती है वो झूठ है | और Commonwealth Nations में हमारी एंट्री जो है वो एक Dominion State के रूप में है न क़ि Independent Nation के रूप में| इस देश में प्रोटोकोल है क़ि जब भी नए राष्ट्रपति बनेंगे तो 21 तोपों की सलामी दी जाएगी उसके अलावा किसी को भी नहीं | लेकिन ब्रिटेन की महारानी आती है तो उनको भी 21 तोपों की सलामी दी जाती है, इसका क्या मतलब है? और पिछली बार ब्रिटेन की महारानी यहाँ आयी थी तो एक निमंत्रण पत्र छपा था और उस निमंत्रण पत्र में ऊपर जो नाम था वो ब्रिटेन की महारानी का था और उसके नीचे भारत के राष्ट्रपति का नाम था मतलब हमारे देश का राष्ट्रपति देश का प्रथम नागरिक नहीं है | ये है राजनितिक गुलामी, हम कैसे माने क़ि हम एक स्वतंत्र देश में रह रहे हैं | एक शब्द आप सुनते होंगे High Commission ये अंग्रेजों का एक गुलाम देश दुसरे गुलाम देश के यहाँ खोलता है लेकिन इसे Embassy नहीं कहा जाता | एक मानसिक गुलामी का उदहारण भी देखिये ……. हमारे यहाँ के अख़बारों में आप देखते होंगे क़ि कैसे शब्द प्रयोग होते हैं – (ब्रिटेन की महारानी नहीं) महारानी एलिज़ाबेथ, (ब्रिटेन के प्रिन्स चार्ल्स नहीं) प्रिन्स चार्ल्स , (ब्रिटेन की प्रिंसेस नहीं) प्रिंसेस डैना (अब तो वो हैं नहीं), अब तो एक और प्रिन्स विलियम भी आ गए है |
भारत का नाम INDIA रहेगा और सारी दुनिया में भारत का नाम इंडिया प्रचारित किया जायेगा और सारे सरकारी दस्तावेजों में इसे इंडिया के ही नाम से संबोधित किया जायेगा | हमारे और आपके लिए ये भारत है लेकिन दस्तावेजों में ये इंडिया है | संविधान के प्रस्तावना में ये लिखा गया है “India that is Bharat ” जब क़ि होना ये चाहिए था “Bharat that was India ” लेकिन दुर्भाग्य इस देश का क़ि ये भारत के जगह इंडिया हो गया | ये इसी संधि के शर्तों में से एक है | अब हम भारत के लोग जो इंडिया कहते हैं वो कहीं से भी भारत नहीं है | कुछ दिन पहले मैं एक लेख पढ़ रहा था अब किसका था याद नहीं आ रहा है उसमे उस व्यक्ति ने बताया था कि इंडिया का नाम बदल के भारत कर दिया जाये तो इस देश में आश्चर्यजनक बदलाव आ जायेगा और ये विश्व की बड़ी शक्ति बन जायेगा अब उस शख्स के बात में कितनी सच्चाई है मैं नहीं जानता, लेकिन भारत जब तक भारत था तब तक तो दुनिया में सबसे आगे था और ये जब से इंडिया हुआ है तब से पीछे, पीछे और पीछे ही होता जा रहा है |
भारत के संसद में वन्दे मातरम नहीं गया जायेगा अगले 50 वर्षों तक यानि 1997 तक | 1997 में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री चंद्रशेखर ने इस मुद्दे को संसद में उठाया तब जाकर पहली बार इस तथाकथित आजाद देश की संसद में वन्देमातरम गाया गया | 50 वर्षों तक नहीं गाया गया क्योंकि ये भी इसी संधि की शर्तों में से एक है | और वन्देमातरम को ले के मुसलमानों में जो भ्रम फैलाया गया वो अंग्रेजों के दिशानिर्देश पर ही हुआ था | इस गीत में कुछ भी ऐसा आपत्तिजनक नहीं है जो मुसलमानों के दिल को ठेस पहुचाये | आपत्तिजनक तो जन,गन,मन में है जिसमे एक शख्स को भारत भाग्यविधाता यानि भारत के हर व्यक्ति का भगवान बताया गया है या कहें भगवान से भी बढ़कर |
इस संधि की शर्तों के अनुसार सुभाष चन्द्र बोस को जिन्दा या मुर्दा अंग्रेजों के हवाले करना था | यही वजह रही क़ि सुभाष चन्द्र बोस अपने देश के लिए लापता रहे और कहाँ मर खप गए ये आज तक किसी को मालूम नहीं है | समय समय पर कई अफवाहें फैली लेकिन सुभाष चन्द्र बोस का पता नहीं लगा और न ही किसी ने उनको ढूँढने में रूचि दिखाई | मतलब भारत का एक महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानी अपने ही देश के लिए बेगाना हो गया | सुभाष चन्द्र बोस ने आजाद हिंद फौज बनाई थी ये तो आप सब लोगों को मालूम होगा ही लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण बात ये है क़ि ये 1942 में बनाया गया था और उसी समय द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध चल रहा था और सुभाष चन्द्र बोस ने इस काम में जर्मन और जापानी लोगों से मदद ली थी जो कि अंग्रेजो के दुश्मन थे और इस आजाद हिंद फौज ने अंग्रेजों को सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान पहुँचाया था | और जर्मनी के हिटलर और इंग्लैंड के एटली और चर्चिल के व्यक्तिगत विवादों की वजह से ये द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध हुआ था और दोनों देश एक दुसरे के कट्टर दुश्मन थे | एक दुश्मन देश की मदद से सुभाष चन्द्र बोस ने अंग्रेजों के नाकों चने चबवा दिए थे | एक तो अंग्रेज उधर विश्वयुद्ध में लगे थे दूसरी तरफ उन्हें भारत में भी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की वजह से परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था | इसलिए वे सुभाष चन्द्र बोस के दुश्मन थे | इस संधि की शर्तों के अनुसार भगत सिंह, चंद्रशेखर आजाद, अशफाकुल्लाह, रामप्रसाद विस्मिल जैसे लोग आतंकवादी थे और यही हमारे syllabus में पढाया जाता था बहुत दिनों तक | और अभी एक महीने पहले तक ICSE बोर्ड के किताबों में भगत सिंह को आतंकवादी ही बताया जा रहा था, वो तो भला हो कुछ लोगों का जिन्होंने अदालत में एक केस किया और अदालत ने इसे हटाने का आदेश दिया है (ये समाचार मैंने इन्टरनेट पर ही अभी कुछ दिन पहले देखा था) |
आप भारत के सभी बड़े रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक किताब की दुकान देखते होंगे “व्हीलर बुक स्टोर” वो इसी संधि की शर्तों के अनुसार है | ये व्हीलर कौन था ? ये व्हीलर सबसे बड़ा अत्याचारी था | इसने इस देश क़ि हजारों माँ, बहन और बेटियों के साथ बलात्कार किया था | इसने किसानों पर सबसे ज्यादा गोलियां चलवाई थी | 1857 की क्रांति के बाद कानपुर के नजदीक बिठुर में व्हीलर और नील नामक दो अंग्रजों ने यहाँ के सभी 24 हजार लोगों को जान से मरवा दिया था चाहे वो गोदी का बच्चा हो या मरणासन्न हालत में पड़ा कोई बुड्ढा | इस व्हीलर के नाम से इंग्लैंड में एक एजेंसी शुरू हुई थी और वही भारत में आ गयी | भारत आजाद हुआ तो ये ख़त्म होना चाहिए था, नहीं तो कम से कम नाम भी बदल देते | लेकिन वो नहीं बदला गया क्योंकि ये इस संधि में है |
इस संधि की शर्तों के अनुसार अंग्रेज देश छोड़ के चले जायेगे लेकिन इस देश में कोई भी कानून चाहे वो किसी क्षेत्र में हो नहीं बदला जायेगा | इसलिए आज भी इस देश में 34735 कानून वैसे के वैसे चल रहे हैं जैसे अंग्रेजों के समय चलता था | Indian Police Act, Indian Civil Services Act (अब इसका नाम है Indian Civil Administrative Act), Indian Penal Code (Ireland में भी IPC चलता है और Ireland में जहाँ “I” का मतलब Irish है वही भारत के IPC में “I” का मतलब Indian है बाकि सब के सब कंटेंट एक ही है, कौमा और फुल स्टॉप का भी अंतर नहीं है) Indian
Citizenship Act, Indian Advocates Act, Indian Education Act, Land Acquisition Act, Criminal Procedure Act, Indian Evidence Act, Indian Income Tax Act, Indian Forest Act, Indian Agricultural Price Commission Act सब के सब आज भी वैसे ही चल रहे हैं बिना फुल स्टॉप और कौमा बदले हुए |
इस संधि के अनुसार अंग्रेजों द्वारा बनाये गए भवन जैसे के तैसे रखे जायेंगे | शहर का नाम, सड़क का नाम सब के सब वैसे ही रखे जायेंगे | आज देश का संसद भवन, सुप्रीम कोर्ट, हाई कोर्ट, राष्ट्रपति भवन कितने नाम गिनाऊँ सब के सब वैसे ही खड़े हैं और हमें मुंह चिढ़ा रहे हैं | लार्ड डलहौजी के नाम पर डलहौजी शहर है , वास्को डी गामा नामक शहर है (हाला क़ि वो पुर्तगाली था ) रिपन रोड, कर्जन रोड, मेयो रोड, बेंटिक रोड, (पटना में) फ्रेजर रोड, बेली रोड, ऐसे हजारों भवन और रोड हैं, सब के सब वैसे के वैसे ही हैं | आप भी अपने शहर में देखिएगा वहां भी कोई न कोई भवन, सड़क उन लोगों के नाम से होंगे | हमारे गुजरात में एक शहर है सूरत, इस सूरत शहर में एक बिल्डिंग है उसका नाम है कूपर विला | अंग्रेजों को जब जहाँगीर ने व्यापार का लाइसेंस दिया था तो सबसे पहले वो सूरत में आये थे और सूरत में उन्होंने इस बिल्डिंग का निर्माण किया था | ये गुलामी का पहला अध्याय आज तक सूरत शहर में खड़ा है |
हमारे यहाँ शिक्षा व्यवस्था अंग्रेजों की है क्योंकि ये इस संधि में लिखा है और मजे क़ि बात ये है क़ि अंग्रेजों ने हमारे यहाँ एक शिक्षा व्यवस्था दी और अपने यहाँ अलग किस्म क़ि शिक्षा व्यवस्था रखी है | हमारे यहाँ शिक्षा में डिग्री का महत्व है और उनके यहाँ ठीक उल्टा है | मेरे पास ज्ञान है और मैं कोई अविष्कार करता हूँ तो भारत में पूछा जायेगा क़ि तुम्हारे पास कौन सी डिग्री है ? अगर नहीं है तो मेरे अविष्कार और ज्ञान का कोई मतलब नहीं है | जबकि उनके यहाँ ऐसा बिलकुल नहीं है आप अगर कोई अविष्कार करते हैं और आपके पास ज्ञान है लेकिन कोई डिग्री नहीं हैं तो कोई बात नहीं आपको प्रोत्साहित किया जायेगा | नोबेल पुरस्कार पाने के लिए आपको डिग्री की जरूरत नहीं होती है | हमारे शिक्षा तंत्र को अंग्रेजों ने डिग्री में बांध दिया था जो आज भी वैसे के वैसा ही चल रहा है | ये जो 30 नंबर का पास मार्क्स आप देखते हैं वो उसी शिक्षा व्यवस्था क़ि देन है, मतलब ये है क़ि आप भले ही
70 नंबर में फेल है लेकिन 30 नंबर लाये है तो पास हैं, ऐसा शिक्षा तंत्र से सिर्फ गदहे ही पैदा हो सकते हैं और यही अंग्रेज चाहते थे | आप देखते होंगे क़ि हमारे देश में एक विषय चलता है जिसका नाम है Anthropology | जानते है इसमें क्या पढाया जाता है ? इसमें गुलाम लोगों क़ि मानसिक अवस्था के बारे में पढाया जाता है | और ये अंग्रेजों ने ही इस देश में शुरू किया था और आज आज़ादी के 64 साल बाद भी ये इस देश के विश्वविद्यालयों में पढाया जाता है और यहाँ तक क़ि सिविल सर्विस की परीक्षा में भी ये चलता है |
इस संधि की शर्तों के हिसाब से हमारे देश में आयुर्वेद को कोई सहयोग नहीं दिया जायेगा मतलब हमारे देश की विद्या हमारे ही देश में ख़त्म हो जाये ये साजिस की गयी | आयुर्वेद को अंग्रेजों ने नष्ट करने का भरसक प्रयास किया था लेकिन ऐसा कर नहीं पाए | दुनिया में जितने भी पैथी हैं उनमे ये होता है क़ि पहले आप बीमार हों तो आपका इलाज होगा लेकिन आयुर्वेद एक ऐसी विद्या है जिसमे कहा जाता है क़ि आप बीमार ही मत पड़िए | आपको मैं एक सच्ची घटना बताता हूँ -जोर्ज वाशिंगटन जो क़ि अमेरिका का पहला राष्ट्रपति था वो दिसम्बर 1799 में बीमार पड़ा और जब उसका बुखार ठीक नहीं हो रहा था तो उसके डाक्टरों ने कहा क़ि इनके शरीर का खून गन्दा हो गया है जब इसको निकाला जायेगा तो ये बुखार ठीक होगा और उसके दोनों हाथों क़ि नसें डाक्टरों ने काट दी और खून निकल जाने की वजह से जोर्ज वाशिंगटन मर गया | ये घटना 1799 की है और 1780 में एक अंग्रेज भारत आया था और यहाँ से प्लास्टिक सर्जरी सीख के गया था | मतलब कहने का ये है क़ि हमारे देश का चिकित्सा विज्ञान कितना विकसित था उस समय | और ये सब आयुर्वेद की वजह से था और उसी आयुर्वेद को आज हमारे सरकार ने हाशिये पर पंहुचा दिया है |
इस संधि के हिसाब से हमारे देश में गुरुकुल संस्कृति को कोई प्रोत्साहन नहीं दिया जायेगा | हमारे देश के समृद्धि और यहाँ मौजूद उच्च तकनीक की वजह ये गुरुकुल ही थे | और अंग्रेजों ने सबसे पहले इस देश की गुरुकुल परंपरा को ही तोडा था, मैं यहाँ लार्ड मेकॉले की एक उक्ति को यहाँ बताना चाहूँगा जो उसने 2 फ़रवरी 1835 को ब्रिटिश संसद में दिया था, उसने कहा था “”I have traveled across the length and breadth of India and have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief, such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such caliber, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and, therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient ducation system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self esteem, their ative culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation” |
गुरुकुल का मतलब हम लोग केवल वेद, पुराण,उपनिषद ही समझते हैं जो की हमारी मुर्खता है गर आज की भाषा में कहूं तो ये गुरुकुल जो होते थे वो सब के सब Higher Learning Institute हुआ करते थे | इस संधि में एक और खास बात है | इसमें कहा गया है क़ि अगर हमारे देश के (भारत के) अदालत में कोई ऐसा मुक़दमा आ जाये जिसके फैसले के लिए कोई कानून न हो इस देश में या उसके फैसले को लेकर संबिधान में भी कोई जानकारी न हो तो साफ़ साफ़ संधि में लिखा गया है क़ि वो सारे मुकदमों का फैसला अंग्रेजों के न्याय पद्धति के आदर्शों के आधार पर ही होगा, भारतीय न्याय पद्धति का आदर्श उसमे लागू नहीं होगा | कितनी शर्मनाक स्थिति है ये क़ि हमें अभी भी अंग्रेजों का ही अनुसरण करना होगा |
भारत में आज़ादी की लड़ाई हुई तो वो ईस्ट इंडिया कम्पनी के खिलाफ था और संधि के हिसाब से ईस्ट इंडिया कम्पनी को भारत छोड़ के जाना था और वो चली भी गयी लेकिन इस संधि में ये भी है क़ि ईस्ट इंडिया कम्पनी तो जाएगी भारत से लेकिन बाकि 126 विदेशी कंपनियां भारत में रहेंगी और भारत सरकार उनको पूरा संरक्षण देगी | और उसी का नतीजा है क़ि ब्रुक बोंड, लिप्टन, बाटा, हिंदुस्तान लीवर (अब हिंदुस्तान यूनिलीवर) जैसी 126 कंपनियां आज़ादी के बाद इस देश में बची रह गयी और लुटती रही और आज भी वो सिलसिला जारी है |
अंग्रेजी का स्थान अंग्रेजों के जाने के बाद वैसे ही रहेगा भारत में जैसा क़ि अभी (1946 में) है और ये भी इसी संधि का हिस्सा है | आप देखिये क़ि हमारे देश में, संसद में, न्यायपालिका में, कार्यालयों में हर कहीं अंग्रेजी, अंग्रेजी और अंग्रेजी है जब क़ि इस देश में 99% लोगों को अंग्रेजी नहीं आती है | और उन 1% लोगों क़ि हालत देखिये क़ि उन्हें मालूम ही नहीं रहता है क़ि उनको पढना क्या है और UNO में जा के भारत के जगह पुर्तगाल का भाषण पढ़ जाते हैं | प में से बहुत लोगों को याद होगा क़ि हमारे देश में आजादी के 50 साल बाद तक संसद में वार्षिक बजट शाम को 5:00 बजे पेश किया जाता था | जानते है क्यों ? क्योंकि जब हमारे देश में शाम के 5:00 बजते हैं तो लन्दन में सुबह के 11:30 बजते हैं और अंग्रेज अपनी सुविधा से उनको सुन सके और उस बजट की समीक्षा कर सके | इतनी गुलामी में रहा है ये देश | ये भी इसी संधि का हिस्सा है |
1939 में द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध शुरू हुआ तो अंग्रेजों ने भारत में राशन कार्ड का सिस्टम शुरू किया क्योंकि द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध में अंग्रेजों को अनाज क़ि जरूरत थी और वे ये अनाज भारत से चाहते थे | इसीलिए उन्होंने यहाँ जनवितरण प्रणाली और राशन कार्ड क़ि शुरुआत क़ि | वो प्रणाली आज भी लागू है इस देश में क्योंकि वो इस संधि में है | और इस राशन कार्ड को पहचान पत्र के रूप में इस्तेमाल उसी समय शुरू किया गया और वो आज भी जारी है | जिनके पास राशन कार्ड होता था उन्हें ही वोट देने का अधिकार होता था | आज भी देखिये राशन कार्ड ही मुख्य पहचान पत्र है इस देश में |
अंग्रेजों के आने के पहले इस देश में गायों को काटने का कोई कत्लखाना नहीं था | मुगलों के समय तो ये कानून था क़ि कोई अगर गाय को काट दे तो उसका हाथ काट दिया जाता था | अंग्रेज यहाँ आये तो उन्होंने पहली बार कलकत्ता में गाय काटने का कत्लखाना शुरू किया, पहला शराबखाना शुरू किया, पहला वेश्यालय शुरू किया और इस देश में जहाँ जहाँ अंग्रेजों की छावनी हुआ करती थी वहां वहां वेश्याघर बनाये गए, वहां वहां शराबखाना खुला, वहां वहां गाय के काटने के लिए कत्लखाना खुला | ऐसे पुरे देश में 355 छावनियां थी उन अंग्रेजों के | अब ये सब क्यों बनाये गए थे ये आप सब आसानी से समझ सकते हैं | अंग्रेजों के जाने के बाद ये सब ख़त्म हो जाना चाहिए था लेकिन नहीं हुआ क्योंक़ि ये भी इसी संधि में है |
हमारे देश में जो संसदीय लोकतंत्र है वो दरअसल अंग्रेजों का वेस्टमिन्स्टर सिस्टम है | ये अंग्रेजो के इंग्लैंड क़ि संसदीय प्रणाली है | ये कहीं से भी न संसदीय है और न ही लोकतान्त्रिक है| लेकिन इस देश में वही सिस्टम है क्योंकि वो इस संधि में कहा गया है | और इसी वेस्टमिन्स्टर सिस्टम को महात्मा गाँधी बाँझ और वेश्या कहते थे (मतलब आप समझ गए होंगे) |
ऐसी हजारों शर्तें हैं | मैंने अभी जितना जरूरी समझा उतना लिखा है | मतलब यही है क़ि इस देश में जो कुछ भी अभी चल रहा है वो सब अंग्रेजों का है हमारा कुछ नहीं है | अब आप के मन में ये सवाल हो रहा होगा क़ि पहले के राजाओं को तो अंग्रेजी नहीं आती थी तो वो खतरनाक संधियों (साजिस) के जाल में फँस कर अपना राज्य गवां बैठे लेकिन आज़ादी के समय वाले नेताओं को तो अच्छी अंग्रेजी आती थी फिर वो कैसे इन संधियों के जाल में फँस गए | इसका कारण थोडा भिन्न है क्योंकि आज़ादी के समय वाले नेता अंग्रेजों को अपना आदर्श मानते थे इसलिए उन्होंने जानबूझ कर ये संधि क़ि थी | वो मानते थे क़ि अंग्रेजों से बढियां कोई नहीं है इस दुनिया में | भारत की आज़ादी के समय के नेताओं के भाषण आप पढेंगे तो आप पाएंगे क़ि वो केवल देखने में ही भारतीय थे लेकिन मन,कर्म और वचन से अंग्रेज ही थे | वे कहते थे क़ि सारा आदर्श है तो अंग्रेजों में, आदर्श शिक्षा व्यवस्था है तो अंग्रेजों की, आदर्श अर्थव्यवस्था है तो अंग्रेजों की, आदर्श चिकित्सा व्यवस्था है तो अंग्रेजों की, आदर्श कृषि व्यवस्था है तो अंग्रेजों की, आदर्श न्याय व्यवस्था है तो अंग्रेजों की, आदर्श कानून व्यवस्था है तो अंग्रेजों की | हमारे आज़ादी के समय के नेताओं को अंग्रेजों से बड़ा आदर्श कोई दिखता नहीं था और वे ताल ठोक ठोक कर कहते थे क़ि हमें भारत अंग्रेजों जैसा बनाना है | अंग्रेज हमें जिस रस्ते पर चलाएंगे उसी रास्ते पर हम चलेंगे | इसीलिए वे ऐसी मूर्खतापूर्ण संधियों में फंसे |
अगर आप अभी तक उन्हें देशभक्त मान रहे थे तो ये भ्रम दिल से निकाल दीजिये | और आप अगर समझ रहे हैं क़ि वो ABC पार्टी के नेता ख़राब थे या हैं तो XYZ पार्टी के नेता भी दूध के धुले नहीं हैं | आप किसी को भी अच्छा मत समझिएगा क्योंक़ि आज़ादी के बाद के इन 64 सालों में सब ने चाहे वो राष्ट्रीय पार्टी हो या प्रादेशिक पार्टी, प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सत्ता का स्वाद तो सबो ने चखा ही है | खैर ……………
तो भारत क़ि गुलामी जो अंग्रेजों के ज़माने में थी, अंग्रेजों के जाने के 64 साल बाद आज 2011 में जस क़ि तस है क्योंकि हमने संधि कर रखी है और देश को इन खतरनाक संधियों के मकडजाल में फंसा रखा है | बहुत दुःख होता है अपने देश के बारे जानकार और सोच कर | मैं ये सब कोई ख़ुशी से नहीं लिखता हूँ ये मेरे दिल का दर्द होता है जो मैं आप लोगों से शेयर करता हूँ |
ये सब बदलना जरूरी है लेकिन हमें सरकार नहीं व्यवस्था बदलनी होगी और आप अगर सोच रहे हैं क़ि कोई मसीहा आएगा और सब बदल देगा तो आप ग़लतफ़हमी में जी रहे हैं | कोई हनुमान जी, कोई राम जी, या कोई कृष्ण जी नहीं आने वाले | आपको और हमको ही ये सारे अवतार में आना होगा, हमें ही सड़कों पर उतरना होगा और और इस व्यवस्था को जड मूल से समाप्त करना होगा |
भगवान भी उसी की मदद करते हैं जो अपनी मदद स्वयं करता है |
ब्रिटेन की संसद द्वारा पास किये गए “भारत की आज़ादी का कानून-1947” की छायाप्रति संलग्न है- pdf Copy of “Indian Independance Act-1947” यह वही कानून जिसकी वजह से भारत का बटवारा हुआ और इसके बारे में हमें कभी भी नहीं बताया गया| इसमे साफ-साफ़ लिखा है कि इंडिया और पाकिस्तान ब्रिटेन की सत्ता के अधीन होंगे और इसी में लिखा है कि इन अधीन राज्यों का गठन 15 अगस्त-1947 को किया जायेगा| इसी के आधार पर “ट्रांसफर ऑफ़ पॉवर अग्रीमेंट” हुआ था जिस पर नेहरू और माउन्ट बेटन ने 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को हस्ताक्षर किया था |
इस सच को सभी भारतियों तक पहुँचा कर अपना राष्ट्र धर्म निभाएं वन्देमातरम !

1) The philosophical schools like Advaita Vedanta, Vishishtha Advaita Vedanta , Dvaita Vedanta are started by great acharyas (prophets* sent by God and they were NOT limited as scholar) and they have written commentaries for Vedas and Upanishads, Bhagavad-gita, etc. They have not opposed idol worship. Then why it is opposed in the religions like Islam, Sikh, Arya Samaj, etc? There is a reason for this which you can find in point 3.
2) Fire is also a natural object (one of the pancha-mahabutas) like a murthi (prithvi tatva) and Yagna is supported in Vedas. So called murthi is a medium through worship of God is done just like in Yagna, the God is invited through fire. One of my friend had quoted from Brahma Sutra 1st adhyaya 1st paada about murthi pooja which Acharya Madhwa, one of the prophets of God has written a commentary as following:
For those who do yagnas God is realized in fire. For a yogi, God is realized in heart. For aprabudda (who is not very intelligent) God is realized in so called images or idols but for true intelligent person God is found everywhere.
So the so called murthi pooja is Vedic but it was perhaps followed for getting the blessing in a more easy way (or for those who cannot do Tapasya like Yogi).
3) The Puranas that recommend so called idol worship also condemns the type of idol worship in which does not worship the omnipresence aspect of God. Here is the verse from Bhagavatha which clarifies how idol worship should NOT to be:
“Man performs the farce, that is worshipping idols etc., abandoning me, who is eternally existent in all beings. One, who is deserting the all pervading me and is worshipping the idols, is pouring fat to the ash. I am not pleased in him, who disrespects his fellow beings, though he worships me in my idol form, with an assortment of materials. Until one feels me, the omniscient, residing in one’s heart, one has to worship me in idols, observing one’s Dharma.
[Sreemadbhagavathamritha – Third Skanda P. 124]
Here is the verse which clarifies what idol worship to be:
Atmanam tanmayan dhyayan Moorthim sampoojyayet harehe.
“The idol of Hari should be worshiped by divinely contemplating on the spirit (since The Lord is the controller of all energies, and the living entities are parts and parcels of one of the energies.). “[11:3:54]Here is another:
“Some people religiously perform Pooja on the idol. If they hurt others even when they pray, such prayers do not yield result.” [Ibid. seventh Skanda P. 340]

4) The manuals of so called idol worship are called as Agamas. This is not considered as non-Vedic by any prophets or gurus perhaps till Daya-nanda Saraswathi. Of course, there is reason for this since more and more people were thinking that God is limited to idol and were believing in the omni-presence aspect of God. According to Agama scripture, God manifests Himself in five-fold forms: Para, Vyūha, Vibhava, Antaryamin, and Archa. The so called idols that Hindus worship is rightly called as Vigraha. Vigraha means one which influences (raham means same thing) in a special way (vi- stands for vishesha). There are many instances in which God has reacted with his devotees with the vigraha as the interface. 5) The Agamas state three essential requirements for a place of pilgrimage – Sthala, Teertham and Murthy. Sthala refers to the temple, Teertham, to the temple tank and Murthy to the deity(ies) worshipped. There are many instances or testimony in which the diseases or problems of the devotees are cured after visiting the temples or after doing pooja of certain deity or after bathing in a Teertha. This cannot be co-incidence or by chance since such miracles happening in such a large number means a possible one. 5) There is Naga-natheshwara Linga near Begur, Bangalore which is known to have miraculous power. If anybody stands near the idol concentrating on God, you feel a force pulling you away. This has been tested by even Atheist and they have accepted this truth. There is similar kind of powerful Linga in Kanthavara (Udupi). A scientist who conducted research using a device in that temple found that there is huge amount of positive energy around this world which is due to none other than Linga. So the scholars know God only through books but devotees experience the power of God who knows about God much better than a scholar. They are blessed by God.
6) Read the following 2 verses from Shruthi:
” avidyanatho vidyathaha” = God is not someone who is knowable (fully by anyone), Apart from this, none has understood him. (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3 – 7 – 23 )
” Eko Avarno ” = It is difficult to describe God. ( Svetasvatara-Upanisad 4 – 1 )
This means God is not just limited to the description given in Shruthis like He has no form. God is beyond form. This means God can take any spiritual form He likes. Devotees know God better than a scholar.

Muurti Pujaa Stated in Scriptures

In Satyarth Prakash (samulla 11) it is stated that murtipuja is un-Vedic and started with the advent of Jainism; this could not be further from the truth. In fact, the worship of mUrtIs is well documented and mentioned in Veda Samhita such as:
अर्चत प्रार्चत प्रियमेधासो अर्चत।
arcata prArcata priyamedhAso arcata | Rig VIII.69.7
“Oh enlightened ones, perform pooja (arca) to the pratima; worship it properly.” The word “arca” in veda only means adoration to a deity in the form of a murti. Had it meant agnihotra/havan then “yaj” would have been used; similarly if it had inferred simply ‘to praise’ then upAsanA is the correct word as in the mantra “ya AtmadA baladA yasya vishva upAsate..”.
Veda itself tells us that Brahman has two forms, the subtle and the manifest which is concrete (mUrtI):
द्वे वाव ब्राह्मणो रूपे मूर्तम् च अमूर्तम् च।
dve vAva brAhmaNo rUpe mUrtam ca amUrtam ca | bRhadAranyaka 2.3
Our itishAs such as Ramayan and Mahabharat describe the presence of the pradhAna kalasham and other kalashas in all yajnas which are the focal point and embodiment of the devata for whom the yajna is consecrated. The kalashas are first established and worshipped (through puja) prior to conducting Havan.
The kalasha is the embodiment (mUrti) of all the devatAs and it is described as such by shruti:
कलशस्य मुखे विष्णु कंठे रूद्राः समाश्रीताः
मूले तत्र स्थितो ब्रह्मा मध्ये मातृगणाः स्मृताः।
कुक्षौदु सागराः सर्वे सप्त द्वीपाव वसुन्धराः
ऋग्वेदोत यजुर्वेदः सामवेदोभ्य अथर्वणः॥
अंगैश्च सहिताः सर्वे कलशाम्बु समाश्रिताः॥
kalashasya mukhe vishNu, kanThe rUdrAH samAshrItAH mUle tatra sthito brahmA madhye mAtRgaNAH smRtAH kukshaudu sAgarAH sarve sapta dvIpAva vasundarAH Rgvedota yajurvedaH sAmavedObhya atharvaNaH angaishcha sahitAH sarve kalashhAmbu saMAshhritAH
Vishnu resides in the mouth and the Rudras in the neck of the vessel. At the nethermost is Brahma and in the middle are the (water) devis Kukshaudu. seas All seven islands on this earth Rig, Yajur, Sama, Atharvana vedas with all vedAngas are present in the water in the vessel.
We invariably observe in Havans performed by Arya Samaj ritvik four metal glasses containing water are placed around the Havan kund representing varuNa devatA (water deity). The presence of the pAnca-tatva (five elements) is an essential element of any yajna.
Archaeological evidence unearthed from the ancient settlement of Harappa dated to before 3300BCE clearly demonstrates that the Shiva linga was worshiped by the civilization of this era usually in the form of a short cylindrical pillar with a rounded top. It had no functional use other than an object of veneration. This further demonstrates that murtipuja existed well before the Jain period as wrongly stated in Satyarth Prakash.
It is suggested for further proof of early murtipuja that one should refer to the records of ancient visitors to India such as Cyrus of Persia or for example in the Chronicles of Megasthenes, Arrian (Greeks) or Demetrius of Bactria which describe in depth the existence of temples with murtis and the worship of these in the aforementioned method (i.e. Puja/Archana). Even our own iconic scholars such as Vishnugupta (Chanakya) have recorded the worship of murtis through puja existing many thousands of years prior to the advent of Mahavir and Jainism.
The recent discovery of the ancient city of dvArakA off the west coast of India in the Bay of Cambay dates back to the dvApar-yuga and has been dated to before the last ice-age which clearly pre-dates the advent of jains.
The references to archana or puja of Shiva linga and other murtis through the pouring of libations and application of sandalwood etc. in Ramayan, Bhagvat and Mahabharata are legion and some examples are quoted here: Once again kindly note that the verb “arca” is a specific reference to this kind of worship (i.e. puja) as opposed to “yajna”.
In this citation Bhagavan Shri Ram is showing Mata Sita Devi the Tirtham (place of pilgrimage) where he had worshipped Bhagavan Shiva:
अत्र पूर्वम् महादेवः प्रसादम्-अकरोत् विभुः।
एतत् दृष्यते तीर्थम् सागरस्य महात्मनः॥
सेतुबन्ध इति ख्यातम् त्रैलोक्येन च पूजितम्॥
Atra pUrvam MahAdevah prasAdam-akarot vibhuh/
Etat dRshyate tIrtham SAgarasya mahAtmanah//
Setubandh iti khyAtam Trailokyena ch pUjitam / Ramayan 6:123:20-21
Satyarth Prakash wrongly states that Rameshvaram was not a place of worship for Shiva (Mahadeva) prior to Shri Ram’s arrival and that a King of the South named Rama had erected the mandir later. The use of the word “tIrtham” by Shri Rama Chandra ji to describe this spot in Ramayan proves that it was already a well established place of pilgrimage (i.e. tIrtham).
In these quotes from Ramayan, Ravana’s puja through murtis is clearly related:
यत्र यत्र च याति स्म रावणो राक्षसेवरः।
जाम्बूनद् मयम् लिंगम् तत्र तत्र स्म नीयते॥
Yatra yatra ch yAti sma rAvaNo rAkshasevarah/
jAmbUnadmayam lingam tatra tatra sma nIyate// 7:31:12
क्रुत्-उदक शुचिर्-भूत्वा काले हुत्-हुताश्णः।
देवागारम् जगामाशु पुन्यम्-इक्ष्वाकु-सेवितम् ।
तत्र देवा पित्रुन् विप्रान् अर्चयित्वा यथा-विधिः॥
Krut-udaka, shuchir-bhUtvA, kAle hut-hutAshnah,
devAgAram jagAmAshu punyam-ikshvAku-sevitam/
Tatra devA, pitrun, viprAn archayitvA yathA-vidhih// 7:37:13-14
Bhagvatam relates in 10.22 that the puja of Mata Durga Murti in Temples (Katyayani Devi) and fasting was prevalent among Shri Krishna’s kula of Vraj :
हेमन्ते प्रथमे मासि नंद-व्रज-कमारिकाः।
चेरुर् हविष्यं भुंजानाः कात्यायन्य-अर्चन-व्रतम्॥१॥
आप् लुत्यांभसि कालिन्द्या जलान्ते चोदिते रुणे।
कृत्वा प्रतिकृतिम् देवीम् आनर्चुर् नृप सैकतीम्॥२॥
गंधैर् माल्यैः सुरभिभिर् बलिभिर् धूप-दीपकैः।
उच्चावचैश् चोपहारैः प्रवाल-फल-तण्डुलैः॥३॥

Further evidence in Bhagvat of murti puja is found after Shri Krishna Maharaj destroys Narakasur and saves the 16,000 damsels, Narada Muni visits Shri Krishna Bhagavan in Dvaraka (vide 10.69) and relates Shri Krishna’s multiple leela and describes charming devalaya/ mandirs/ temples (ruchiram suralayaih) and Bhagvan participating in many pujas with his patnis:
In Mahabharata there are many episodes describing murtipuja (archana):
शरण्यम् शरणम् गत्वा भगवंतम् पिनाकिनम् ।
म्रुण्-मयम् स्थंदिलम् कृत्वा माल्येन-अपूजयद् भवम् ॥

The ancient Shiva temple of Katasraj (KatAka-sheela) near Saain da Choh district Chakwal, Pakistan where the infamous encounter of the Pandava with the Yaksha ensued related in the Mahabharata and the lake along with the Shiva temple have been there prior to the visit of the Pandavas.
We would point out that murtipuja was prevalent in the early part of Creation, that is, in Satya Yuga and this is ratified through the ancient epics of Bhakta Dhruva and Bhakta Prahlad. After all did not Prahlad refuse to worship his father Hiranyakashipu as God and clung to his murti of Shri Vishnu Narayan? Even Shri Krishna Maharaj mentions in Bhagavad Gita that “prahalAdash-chAsmi daityAnAm” (10.30) that among the Daityas he is Bhakta Prahlad. One can still see the ruins of the famous mandir in Prahaladpura in the southern subrbs of modern day Multan now in Pakistan.
More than this- let us not forget our great Kings such as Ambarish of the Ikshvaku dynasty who were ardent devotees of Lord Vishnu and built many temples in his honour. Maharaja Ambarish engaged daily in the puja of Shri Bhagvan’s murti, in the cleaning of his temples etc. He relished visiting temples of Shri Hari and taking darshan of his divine murtis. Maharaj Ambarish kept the fast of Ekadashi,Dvadashi for one year with his Queen and the fast (vrat) of Kartik Maas.
Here are the scriptural evidences from Bhagvatam 9.4 :
करौ हरेर् मंदिरम् आर्जनादिषु ।१८।
मुकुन्द लिंगालय दर्शने ।१९।
अरि राधयिषुः कृष्णम् महिष्या तुल्य शीलया।
युक्तः सांवत्सरं वीरो दधार द्वादशि व्रतम् ॥२९॥

We see here that Maharaj Ambarish undertook the mahabhishekam (bathing with milk, honey, curd etc.) of the pratima of Shri Vishnu, dressed the murti, offered flowers and other puja materials:
महाभिषेक विधिना सर्वोपस् कर सम्पदा।
अभिषिच्याम् बराकल्पैर् गन्धमाल्यार् हणादिभिः॥ ३१॥
तद् गतन्तर भावेन पूजयामास केशवम् ।
ब्राह्मणांश्च महाभागान् सिद्धार्थान् अपि भक्तितः॥३२॥
mahAbhiShekavidhinA sarvopaskarasampadA |
abhiShichyAmbarAkalpairgandhamAlyArhaNAdibhiH || 31||
tadgatntarabhAvena pUjayAmAsa keshavam
brAhmaNAMshcha mahAbhAgAn siddhArthAn api bhaktitaH ||32||
It is most disenchanting that purported Hindus in this very forum would happily allow these remaining evidences to be destroyed like the Bamiyan Buddhas in Afghanistan so that they can further their argument that mUrti-puja never existed before the Jains.
In conclusion, to assert that murti puja is only two-three thousand years old and was not prevalent in Vedic times is the height of ignorance and the greatest of untruths. In light of these glaring evidences any discerning and intelligent Hindu would reject this canard being repeatedly spread by some within this august forum. We know that murti puja has been part and parcel of our Dharma since time immemorial and it is not un-Vedic.

A short time ago, Iran ‘s Supreme Leader Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei urged the Muslim World to boycott anything and everything that originates with the Jewish people.

“10-year-old girls can marry,” says Saudi grand mufti

It is permissible for girls to get married at age 10, Saudi Arabia’s grand mufti has said, criticizing those who want to raise the legal marriageable age, the World Observer reported on its website April 24.
A girl becomes ready for marriage at the age of 10 or 12 according to Islam, Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul-Aziz al-Sheikh said while stressing that Islamic law did not oppress women.
“Those who call for raising the age of marriage to 25 are absolutely mistaken,” al-Sheikh reportedly said in a lecture he gave at the faculty housing the mosque of Imam Mohamed bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh.
“Our mothers and grandmothers got married when they were barely 12. Good upbringing makes a girl ready to perform all marital duties at that age,” al-Sheikh said in response to a question raised by a female attendee on the practice of marrying minor girls without their consent.
The Saudi Nation Human Rights Association (NHRA) has criticized the marriage of minors in the kingdom, considering it to be a “violation of childhood.”
NHRA said the practice of underage marriage was a breach of several U.N. treaties, including the Child Rights Treaty, which was signed by Saudi Arabia in 1996, and the Treaty for the Rights of Women, which the kingdom adopted in 2000.

The Importance of the Cow in Vedic Culture

Our West-influenced intellectuals sneer at the mention of the cow. The same intellectuals first sneered at yoga. Now it is a fashion to do pranayama at cocktail parties the arguments in the West for cow slaughter are no more uncontested. They also sneered at our sanyasis as ‘godmen’. Now they flock to ashrams with their white friends ever since the Beatles. Who knows, they may soon have a cow in their backyards.
India has 150 million cows, each of them giving an average of less than 200 litres of milk per year. If they could be fed and looked after, they can give 11,000 litres, as Israeli cows do. That would provide milk for the whole world. The milk we produce today is the cheapest in the world. With enhanced production we could become the world’s largest exporter of milk and it could be India’s biggest foreign exchange earner.
For those of us who are desi by pedigree and conviction, I place some facts about the cow in the perspective of modern Hindutva.
The cow was elevated to divinity in the Rig Veda. In Book VI, Hymn XXVIII attributed to Rishi Bhardwaja extols the virtue of the cow. In Atharva Veda (Book X, Hymn X), the cow is formally designated as Vishnu, and `all that the Sun surveys’.
Indian society has addressed the cow as gow mata. The Churning of the Sea episode brings to light the story of the creation of the cow. Five divine Kamadhenus (wish cows), viz, Nanda, Subhadra, Surabhi, Sushila, Bahula emerged in the churning.
Thousands of names in our country are cow-related: Gauhati, Gorakhpur, Goa, Godhra, Gondiya, Godavari, Goverdhan, Gautam, Gomukh, Gokarna, Goyal, Gochar etc.
They signify reverence for the cow, and our abiding faith that the cow is Annapurna.
In 2003, the National Commission on Cattle under Justice G. M. Lodha submitted its recommendations to the NDA government. The report called for stringent laws to protect the cow and its progeny in the interest of the rural economy, a constitutional requirement under Directive Principles of State Policy. Article 48 of the Constitution says: `The State shall endeavour to organise agriculture and animal husbandry on modern and scientific lines and shall, in particular, take steps for preserving and improving the breeds, and prohibiting the slaughter of cows and calves and other milch and draught cattle’. During the First War of Independence in 1857, when Bahadur Shah `Zafar’ was installed as emperor by the Hindus in Delhi for a brief period, his Hindu prime minister, on the emperor’s proclamation, made cow killing a capital offence. In Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s kingdom, the only crime that invited capital punishment was cow slaughter.
The cow, according to the Vedas, provides four products for human use: (i) Godugdha (cow milk): As per Ayurveda, cow milk has fat, carbohydrates, minerals and Vitamin B, and even a capacity for body resistance to radiation and for regenerating brain cells. (ii) Goghruta (ghee): The best ghee, it is, as per Ayurveda useful in many disorders. In yajna, it improves the air’s oxygen level. (iii) Gomutra (urine): Eight types of urine are used for medicinal purpose nowadays, among which cow urine is held to be the best. The Americans are busy patenting it. It has anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antioxidant properties.
It has immune-modulator properties, which makes it useful for immune deficiency diseases. In the classics there are many references to cow urine as a drug of choice. Even the Parsis follow this practice.
Lastly, (iv), Gomaya (dung) is considered as valuable as Gomutra and used to purify the environment, as it has radium and checks radiation effects.
Ancient Hindu wisdom on the medicinal properties of cow urine is borne out by two patents granted in the US for cow urine distillate (Patent numbers 6410059 and 6896907).
Even China has granted the distillate a patent as a DNA protector. A global patent has been granted for cow urine, neem and garlic as a pest repellent and for fungicidal and growth promoting properties for different crops (WHO 2004/ 087618A1). A US patent has been granted for strains from Sahiwal cow milk for plant growth promoter phytopathogenic fungi controlling activity, abiotic stress tolerating capability, phosphatic solubilisation capability, etc. And CSIR has filed for a US patent for amrit pani, a mixture of cow dung, cow urine and jiggery, for soil health improvement properties.
These claims were initially made in the Charaka Samhita, Sushrut, Vaghbhati and Nighantu, Ratnakar, etc. They prove the utility of cow dung and urine for sustainable agriculture as well as for disease prevention.
The arguments in the West for cow slaughter are no more uncontested. There are better sources of protein than beef. Any dietician’s chart shows that beef with 22 per cent protein ranks below soya-bean (43), groundnut (31) and pulses (24 per cent). One kilogram of beef takes seven kg of crops and 7,000 kg of water to produce.
Thus cow protection makes economic and ecological sense. Swami Dayananda Saraswati, convenor of the Hindu Dharma Acharya Sabha, has argued that non-vegetarianism indirectly contributes heavily to greenhouse gases and other pollution.
He quotes a UN report from 2006 that says, “Raising animals for meat as food generates more greenhouse gases than all the cars and trucks in the world combined”. Ten of billions of animals farmed for food release gases such as methane, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide through their massive amounts of manure. “The released methane”, the report says, “has 23 times the global warming potential of CO2”. For these animals to graze, virgin forests are cleared. The livestock industry also needs vast stretches of land to raise mono-crops to feed the animals. The CO2 that the trees and plants store escapes into the air when they are destroyed.
Growing fodder implies heavy use of synthetic fertilizers produced with fossil fuels.
While this process emits a huge amount of CO2, the fertilizer itself releases nitrous oxide (3) — a greenhouse gas that is 296 times more potent than CO2. Alarming though these facts are, all that people have to do is to avoid red meat. There will be no need to breed millions of animals for daily slaughter. The animal population will consequently decline.
A single individual by not consuming meat prevents the equivalent of 1.5 tonnes of CO2 emissions in a year. This is more than the one tonne of CO 2 prevented by switching from a large sedan to a small car.
So there are a number of reasons to be a vegetarian. People who eat meat think a pure vegetarian diet is optional. But now they have no choice if they are alive to what is happening to this life-bearing planet. There is no justification for eating meat, given the devastating consequences for the planet.
A new fervour for a cow renaissance is necessary. It is constitutional (for India) and we should defend it with all our might.

FACT:
An important component of the Ranjit Singh’s empire was the hill regions of present day Himachal Pradesh and Jammu stretching into the mountainous regions of what is today northern Pakistan.
The Jamwal family – otherwise known as the three Dogra brothers were in defacto control over this region and during the lifetime of Ranjit Singh remained loyal to him.
In the bloodthirsty aftermath of the death of the king various factions jockeyed for power in the name of his sons – The Dogra brothers found themselves arranged against the Sandhawalia sardars of the Majha region. In the feuding the Dhian Singh and his son were murdered as well as the third Dogra brother Suchet Singh – Gulab Singh the sole surviving brother retreated towards his home base in Jammu after making a larger payment to the Sikh kingdom. The Sandhawalias took the clandestine support of the British in these struggles even to the extent of intriguing with the enemies of the states whilst the Dogras were campaigning in Gilgit and in Tibet to spread the empire.
In the following Anglo Sikh wars Gulab Singh cited the treachery of the Sikh sardaars in not providing military help to them on the very understandable grounds that they had slaughtered his brothers, his nephew and his son
The Sandhawalias and Majithia families made peace with the English and today remain one of the most influential families in Punjab
Ranjit Singh’s army had Hindus from the hill regions, trained sepoy battalions from Bhojpur and Bihar, Hindu Gurkhas and many Brahmin generals like Mokham Chand, Diwan chand, Ram Dyal, Mul Raj, Sawan Mal etc all of whom fought and died for the Sikh Empire.
Sikh historians have placed the entire blame on the Hindus
MYTH: The Sikhs had an independent state before their defeat by the British and this is the basis of modern day support for Khalistan
FACT:
The rise of the Sikh Confederacy in the mid to late 1700’s was under the rise of 12 major groups known as Misls – geographically they were arranged variously under regional leaders from the Majha, Doab and Malwa areas.
The Malwa area (today – Ludhiana, Patiala, Fardikot, Nabha, Jind etc) were governed by 5 misls with the prime leadership under the Rajahs of Patiala – they contained more than half of the Sikh population.
They first allied with the Afghans giving submission to Ahmed Shah Abdali (1759-1769)
They then supported the Indian Afghans (Rohillas) in their wars with the Maratha Empire (1772-1788)
They then gave their support to the Maratha Empire under the leadership of Mahadji Sindhia
(1785)
They then supported the British in the Anglo Maratha wars in 1803-1805
They refused to join the nascent Sikh empire under Ranjit Singh
They fought with the British against the Khalsa army in the Anglo Sikh wars and slaughtered the majority of the Budha Dal – the core of the army
However the Sikhs today place the blame on the fall of the Sikh Empire on the Hindus
MYTH : The Sikhs saved the whole of India (read the Hindus) from conversion to Islam
This is probably the most repeated and best known myth
FACT:
The Sikhs were only able to exert effective control over Punjab in around 1770 – even at this stage the Afghans were able to penetrate a few more invasions
FACT :
By 1735-1740 the majority of India made been conquered by the Marathas under their war leader Baji Rao –
The Rajput states were independent by the early 1700’s after their meeting at the Lake Pushkar
The hill regions were independent by the early 1700’s
The Braj region ( south of Delhi) was under the control of the Hindu Jats by the 1750’s
In 1758 the Maratha general Pandit Raghunath Rao defeated Timur Shah Abdali near Lahore and detachments chased the Afghans to Peshawar. He stopped at Amritsar after defeating the Pathans and his troops cleansed the golden temple and lake which had been desecrated by the Muslims – He then made an offering of 1.25 lakh rupees to the temple
The Sikhs ignore all of the above and claim that the ‘ungrateful’ Hindus owe them everything
MYTH ; that the references to the names of Hindu Gods and Goddesses in the Sikh scriptures are not really those same Hindu Gods
FACT ;
Then why have the need to utilise those very names – Why not use neutral terms like Waheguru which are clearly identified as being Sikh ?
Whatever the origins of the usage of names of Rama, Murali, Gopal, Gobinda, Krisha Chadni etc by the time of Guru Nanak these were very clearly identified with the Hindu religion without a shadow of doubt – If the Gurus were making a clean break with Hinduism as is suggested by the neo Sikh scholars then why use terms which would cause such confusion ?
MYTH: Sikhism was a complete break from both Hinduism and Islam
FACT:
Guru Nanak was born in a region which was majority Muslim by the early 1500’s – yet his entire teachings seem to draw from Hindu sources and to a Hindu audience. Very scant references from Islamic usage are utilised in clear contrast to the almost endless usage of Hindu terminology, cosmology and theories.
The Sikhs were almost universally referred to as Hindus by others until the late 1800’s
MYTH ; The Brahmins have always been enemies of Sikhs and are hostile to Sikhism
FACT :
Many Brahmins in fact were Sikhs
In fact the title of Bhai was first given to a Brahmin family from kiratpur from which came Bhai Gurdas, Bhai Budha, Bhai Mati Dass and Bhai Sati Dass –
Their nephew wrote the earliest known Sikh Maryada – Chaupa Singh Chhiber with Kesar Singh – The head of Ranjit Singh’s bodyguard was Brahmin
The descendants of this family fought against British rule – Bhai Paramananda also head of the Hindu Mahasabha and Bhai Mahavir has been the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
Today the same Brahmins are reviled under a deluge of race hate and caste hate from Sikhs bordering that of Nazi Germany’s depiction of the Jews – Most have now lost all links with Sikhism
MYTH: The Hindus betrayed their mother tongue of Punjabi be declaring Hindu to be their main language
FACT :
Pre 1947 Punjab – Punjabi language was primarily written in Urdu or Persian script – Many of the Hindus began utilising the Devenagari script to write Punjabi
Gurumukhi was used solely for Sikh religious scriptures.
The Sikh religious and political bodies lobbied for the imposition of Gurumukhi on all the population despite the Sikhs not being in a majority in the province.
Eventually Punjab was divided again to appease the Sikhs
