तब् भी न कभी मुह खोल दर्द कहने वाली।

लेकिन, होता भूडोल, बवंडर उठते है,

जनता जब् कोपाकुल् हो भृकुटी चढ़ाती है,

सिहासन खाली करो की जनता आती है।

हुन्कारो से महलो की नीव उखड जाती,

सांसो के बल से ताज हवा मे उडता है,

जनता की रोके राह समय मे ताब् कहां?

वह जिधर चाहती, काल उधर ही मुडता है।

सबसे विराट जनतंत्र जगत का आ पहुंचा,

120 कोटि हित सिहासन तैयार करो,

अभिषेक आज राजा का नही, प्रजा का है,

120 कोटि जनता के सिर पर मुकुट धरो।

आरती लिये तु किसे ढुढता है मूरख,

मन्दिरो, राजप्रासदो मे, तहखानो मे,

देवता कही सडको पर मिट्टी तोड रहे,

देवता मिलेंगे खेतो मे खलिहानो मे।

धुसरता सोने से श्रृंगार सजाति है,

As told by someone from Tata Administrative Services: Few months after 26/11, Taj Group of Hotels owned by TATAs launched their biggest tender ever for remodeling all their Hotels in India and abroad.

Some of the companies who applied for that tender were also Pakistanis. To make their bid stronger, two big industrialists from Pakistan visited Bombay House (Head office of Tata) in Mumbai without an appointment to meet up with Ratan Tata since he was not giving them any prior appointment.

They were made to sit at the reception of Bombay house and after a few hours a message was conveyed to them that Ratan Tata is busy and cannot meet anyone without an appointment.

Frustrated, these two Paki industrialists went to Delhi and through their High Commission met up with than Commerce Minister Anand Sharma. Sharma immediately called up Ratan Tata requesting him to meet up with the two Paki Industrialists and consider their tender “enthusiastically”.

Ratan Tata replied…”you could be shameless, I am not” and put the phone down.

Few months later when Pakistani government placed an order of Tata Sumo’s to be imported into Pakistan, Ratan Tata refused to ship a single vehicle to that country. This is the respect and love for motherland that Ratan Tata has.

This is something that our current Politicians should learn from.

You got to stand up for something in your life…else you will fall for everything……….

भारत में अहिंसा के पुजारी का ढोंग करने वाले महात्मा गाँधी ने हिन्दुओ की सभा में हमेंशा यही श्लोक पढते थे लेकिन हिन्दुओ को कायर रखने के लिए गांधी इस श्लोक को अधूरा ही पढ़ता था जिससे हिन्दुओ का धार्मिक खून उबल न पड़े. इसमें कोई शंशय नहीं की अहिंसा बहुत ही स्वीकार्य और महान सोच है परन्तु उसी के साथ हिन्दुओ / सनातनियो को अपने धर्म की रक्षा (राष्ट्र धर्म,मानवता, प्रकृति, कर्त्तव्य रक्षा, समाज रक्षा, गृहस्थ रक्षा यानी जितने धार्मिक कर्तव्य हैं ) के आड़े आने वाली हर बाधा की समाप्त करने के लिए किया गया आवश्यक हिंसा उतना ही श्रेष्ठ है. अपने बंधू-बान्धवो की रक्षा राष्ट्र रक्षा का एक भाग जिसमे यदि हिंसा आवश्यक है तो करना श्रेष्ठ है.

ध्यान रहे ये श्लोक तब लिखे गए थे जब अब्रहमिक धर्म (ईसाई और इस्लाम) इस विश्व में आये ही नहीं थे, लेकिन सनातन धर्म इस जगत में कब से किसी को अंदाज़ा नहीं है और धर्म के लिए हिंसा का अभिप्राय सनातन धर्म के रक्षार्थ लिखा गया जिसमे एक तुलसी की भी पूजा की जाती है और दुष्कर्मो के लिए अनिवार्य मृत्यु का विधान है जिससे की समाज की भयमुक्त किया जा सके.

भारत में हमारी हिंदू विरोधी सरकारे भी हिन्दुओ को आधा ही श्लोक बताने की शौकीन हैं..कारन हिन्दुओ का शोषण जरी रखा जा सके.

इसीलिये इस श्लोक को नयी पीढ़ी के पास अंधाधुंध अग्रेषित करे.

A lot has been talked and written about the horrific recent gang rape in Delhi, as well as its aftermath. While the people reacted spontaneously and emotionally, there is a need to view this unfortunate incident in the light of the fast deteriorating law and order situation in the country. ‘Fear’ of the police as a deterrent to the criminals, seems to have disappeared. The reasons are obvious.

Unfortunately, the police have given their professional abilities a go-by in favor of making money, kowtowing to the politicians and bureaucrats, and harassing the common people. While the police hierarchy must accept the blame, the political leadership and their bureaucratic advisors are equally responsible for this state of affairs, because all three entities are directly responsible for governance and interacting with the public.

The politician-bureaucrat-police nexus has crippled our nation’s potential to grow into a superpower. Now we seem to be headed towards ruin. Politicians’ platitudes, and the bureaucrats and the police patting each other’s back, appears weird, especially when the people are groaning under bad governance. In fact, the Delhi gang rape episode reflects the breakdown of the political, bureaucratic, and social and the police systems in our country; and the scant respect we have for women in our society. This rot, and the terrible wrongs being perpetrated on the people, needs to be stopped. While emotions are important, we need to look at the larger picture, and find both short and long-term solutions.

Police, and their acts of omission and commission, have brought us to such a pass that crimes are committed everyday with impunity; and they keep rising, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The media constantly highlights the steadily increasing crime graphs – the rich and the powerful getting away with the most heinous crimes; the inaction and inability of the police to curb crime; the widespread corruption in our police force; and the kowtowing of our police to the netas – but to little avail. The police needs a thorough revamping. Although the prevailing milieu has been subverted by the political leadership and the bureaucracy, it can still be brought back on track by the people; and it is heartening to see that the people have not given up. The repressive culture of the police in our country has existed for a long time. However, it has been deteriorating progressively, and now seems to have reached its nadir. Prior to Independence, the police, as an instrument of the colonial state, was widely used by our British rulers to ensure the continuity of the “Raj”. While it was a repressive force to curb dissent, the police was an efficient force in most other policing duties, from maintaining law and order, to investigations, to documenting cases correctly, to having an efficient intelligence network. It was also fairly supportive of the public.

The main reason for this was that it was led by good officers, mostly British, but some Indians, too; and a large number of mostly Captains, seconded from the army. It was on account of this that at least in Punjab a Captain was better known as a police officer than a military officer.

After Independence, as the political leadership deteriorated, so did the police. The netas became progressively more venal, only concerned with making a fast buck, institutionalizing corruption, and focusing only on elections. In this milieu, the co-option of the senior bureaucracy was almost axiomatic, as they were happy to join in the loot. This rot soon spread to the lower bureaucracy, and India transited from the ‘British Raj’ to the ‘License-Permit Raj’. The police soon joined the bandwagon and governance continued on its southward spiral.

The focus of the emotionally-charged nation after the shocking gang rape, is on more stringent laws and punishments, including the award of death sentences. However, mere enactment of laws would lead us nowhere. The need of the hour is to implement the existing laws, and a complete overhaul of the police system. Police reforms that have been hanging fire for decades need to be implemented. The politicians and bureaucrats do not want reforms, as they feel that this would reduce their powers and their ability to accumulate illegal money. Their chances of getting re-elected would also be seriously impaired as an impartial police force would ensure that the criminal elements in the political parties were steadily eliminated, and our future electoral process gets a long-awaited cleansing. If the reforms, including getting rid of weak and corrupt police persons, are decisively implemented, corruption would also reduce.

Today, the police are well ensconced in their inefficient, highly corrupt, abusive and violent avatar. That is the reason for major deterioration in police functioning. The only way the police can become an efficient and people-friendly force is for the politicians to introspect and desist from using the police in the improper way it is being used now.

The present system of selection of IPS officers must be discarded. Their selection and training must be on the lines of the army. It would instill discipline, character and leadership qualities in them. In the interim, there is a need to induct a substantial number of officers from the army at the level of Superintendent of Police (SP), whose services could be utilized to start the process of revamping the police force. The recruitment of the rank and file of the police must also be on scientific lines on merit, and not at the behest of the political leadership; for whom this is a good way of making money on the side, for consolidating their power centre, and for meeting promises made to kith, kin and party workers. Politicians would find dozens of reasons why the police reforms cannot be implemented. But the public will have to bite the bullet if we want an efficient and progressive police force that is people-friendly and disciplined.

This is elucidated from entirely personal observations over the years:

Muslims spread very insidiously. The modus operandi is the same. A couple of young unemployed but fanatical Muslim youth will come into a Hindu area, especially where there are temples and other signs of Hindu prosperity with intention of starting livelihood.

But more sinister is how the Islamists from their local mosques of their original areas use the synergy between the employment needs of these youngsters into their own machinations for long term takeover of the Hindu area. These youngsters come armed with loads of cash supplied to them thru forced zakat by these Islamists, and their first target is somehow to acquire a small shop in the predominantly Hindu area. And they will overpay over above the existing marketing rate to lure some poor Hindu business owner going through hard times; and the virus starts from there.

Initially, after acquisition, these young men will be one of the sweetest people to interact as they slowly start winning the confidence of the local Hindus in and around their shops. They will give extra donation to Hindu festivals and even sport tilak and eat prasaad. Then slowly they will buy a second shop, again overpaying; and this will continue. Dekhte-dekhte in a few years time they will start owning a fair share of the small businesses in the area. That’s when their demeanor will change.

The same polite young men who came a few years back, would now morph into hardcore intolerant Jehaadis and start threatening their Hindu neighbors. They will also go on an exponential breeding program, and completely take over the area in decade or two. Palakkad, Ooty, Guruvaayoor and many other Hindu areas in this country (Bhaarat) have thus become hardcore Muslim areas. Once a new area has been taken over, once again a couple of young Muslim men from this new area will seek their fortunes in newer Hindu areas. This will go on and on till Hindus are completely driven out of their own homelands.

Moral of the story is that Hindus should not allow Muslim businesses to start in their areas.

The non-Muslims do have legal right to enter these areas, and so they need to exercise that freedom with unity. — The democracies of the world need to declare Islam illegal. Has the UPA government covertly given foreign missionaries a free hand to proselytise and convert ‘heathens’ in India? Persons seeking passport services in November 2012 were startled to discover that, without any discussion in Parliament or in public, the UPA Government has quietly relaxed restrictions on the entry and stay of foreign missionaries coming to the country. These restrictions were enforced on the recommendations of the Niyogi Commission, appointed to investigate the activities of missionaries in Madhya Pradesh, which submitted its report to the Union Government in 1956.

This backdoor act has set alarm bells ringing in many quarters. The news is true. The missionary visa is issued to those going to India “for a religious purpose”. It takes up to three months to process, and the duration of stay is decided by the Government of India, which means it is open to discretion!

A visit to the passport office website and visa service clearly states, at Item 17: Missionary Visa: Visa to foreign missionaries, other than those holding No objection to return to India Endorsements, are granted only after clearance by concerned Ministry/ Department in India.

This is further clarified in Item 24: Registration: Foreigners entering India on Student visa, Employment visa, Research visa, Missionary visa valid for more than 180 days are required to get themselves registered with the concerned Foreigners Registration Office within 14 days of their arrival in India. Foreigners holding any other type of visa valid for more than 180 days do not require registration if the period of their stay in India on each visit is less than 180 days. However, they must register themselves within 180 days of arrival if the period of their continuous stay exceeds 180 days. It is also learnt that the Government has decided to end the requirement for Protected Area Permit (PAP) needed by foreigners visiting Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland, three States where the church is well entrenched since the colonial era, and where the missionaries want to expand the separatist agenda.

It is pertinent that the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs does not mention the ‘Missionary Visa’ at all. Nor does the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) where foreigners must register themselves if staying beyond 180 days, mention the Missionary visa. This is revealed only in the passport section, and is thus not known to the public at large, but word would have been spread through the international network of the church. The consular services of the Indian missions abroad would have received instructions regarding the processing of Missionary visa.

The creation of a special category of visa for missionaries may legitimately be considered as official patronage for Christian conversions in India. This violates the Constitutional provision that the State would have no religion, and would treat all citizens as equal without discrimination on grounds of caste, religion, gender, or any other reason. The Missionary visa in effect makes India a country where the State – or at least the regime of the day – has declared Christianity as a State-promoted and favored religion, which has to be privileged even in violation of the Constitution and the nation’s foundational ethos.

Hitherto, foreign missionaries have entered India by the back door, on tourist visas, and have been deported if caught preaching or proselytizing, as this is contrary to the stated objectives of their visa. Foreigners who joined the missionary-directed protests at Kudankulam nuclear plant were also rounded up and swiftly deported on grounds of violating their visa protocol.

Now, however, the Indian Government is offering a carte blanche for foreign missionaries to undertake conversion activities with impunity. All that the various church denominations have to do is ensure a regular stream of padris to avail of the Missionary visas on continuous basis, and thus the respective churches can have an unending supply of foreign missionaries to enthrall their target audiences. This is bound to ensure higher funding of Indian missions by foreign agencies engaged in proselytisation.

It is truly astonishing that despite so many brutal experiences with missionaries, most notably in the north eastern states and Orissa, where two respected sadhus, Swami Shanti Kali and Swami Laxmanananda, were gunned down with AK-47 rifles for resisting conversions, not to mention the painful legacy of the Goa Inquisition, the UPA sees fit to encourage missionaries to descend upon India and convert vulnerable groups. Politically, the entry of foreign missionaries also has the potential to destabilize the districts and state where missionaries operate, as has been seen in several places.

The missionary visa is nothing but a blatant attack on India’s foundational ethos, civilisational integrity, and Hindu community which is the target of missionary machinations. It assaults the fundamental right of the Hindu community not to be trespassed upon by evangelists and to practice their native faith in peace and dignity.

In sharp contrast to its solicitude towards Christian missionaries, the UPA’s attitude towards the Hindu community is best gauged from the attempt to impose the draconian Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill, 2011.

One wonders if the haste to encourage missionaries to descend upon India has anything to do with the well known rejection of Christianity in large parts of the Western world.

India nation has finally woke up

The nation has finally woken up from its slumber. There appear to be some glimmer of hope and signs of changes in the wake of Delhi Gang rape.

Below two stories are the indications as to what the mindset of the people in high positions is today and how they are reacting.

The Delhi gang rape has awakened public conscience. Now mere condolences will not work. We need concrete steps. Stricter laws against rape. The center and state governments should involve chief justices of the Supreme Court and high courts to expedite cases related to crime against women, including rape, for speedy justice. People of all religions and sects should inculcate ‘good values’ in their children. Society should also change its mindset towards women. The ad and film industry needs to introspect as well.

1. In Indian law, Public-Interest Litigation (PIL) is a litigation for the protection of the public interest. PIL may be introduced in a court of law by the court itself, rather than the aggrieved party or another third party. The PILs come in the backdrop of the nation-wide outrage over December 16 brutal gang-rape and assault of a 23-year-old woman in Delhi, who died in a Singapore hospital on December 29.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear a PIL filed by a former woman IAS officer Promilla Shanker seeking directions from the government to ensure safety of women and conducting fast-track court proceedings in all rape cases.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Altamas Kabir will hear on Thursday the PIL which will seek suspension of MPs and MLAs who are still on the job accused of cases of sexual offenses where a charge sheet has been filed against them for crime against women. There is a need to decriminalize politics and surely a serious effort has to be made to stop people who have serious charges of sexual assault against them from contesting elections.

2. Delhi gang rape: Lawyers refuse to defend men accused of crime

NEW DELHI: Lawyers at a Delhi court hearing the case of the fatal gang-rape which has shocked the nation said on Wednesday they would refuse to defend the men accused of taking part in the assault and murder.

Hearings are expected to begin on Thursday at the Saket district court in south New Delhi, where police will formally present a 1,000-page charge sheet against the six-person gang.

“We have decided that no lawyer will stand up to defend the rape accused as it would be immoral to defend the case,” Sanjay Kumar, a lawyer and a member of the Saket district bar council, told AFP. Kumar said the 2,500 advocates registered at the court have decided to “stay away” to ensure “speedy justice”, meaning the government would have to appoint lawyers for the defendants.

There are missionaries who wear dhotis, put a mark on their heads and wear saris to trick the Hindus..

They play harmonium, tabla and sing bhajans like the hindus ,, only they use Christ in the songs..

The Hindus think it is wonderful and invite them in our temples to sing…

Are we helping them in their mission?

Badly beaten Indian gang rape victim dies.

“I want to live, Mujhe bacha lo, main jeena chati hoon.”

Fighting with great fortitude and courage after sustaining grievous injuries, the 23-year-old gang- rape victim “Nirbhay Damini” who had expressed her intention to live and wanted her tormentors to be brought to justice has very sadly died. Not only has the family lost a daughter and a sister, every Indian where ever they are living in the world is today feeling the sense of loss. She fought valiantly for her life against this brutal and beastly behavior and shameful incident.

“Nirbhay Damini” may just be a name now. It is not her death, but the death of humanity in our country. Safety of women is a prerequisite of any civilized society. The Vedic society, where women as a tradition are regarded as Goddess, demands equality and greatest respect for women.

Hinduism is the only religion in the world of gender equality and where God is worshiped in feminine form as well. Among the many societies that can be found in the world, we as Indians have the most regard for women as per our Vedic culture. The Vedic tradition has always held a high regard for the qualities of women, and has retained the greatest respect within its tradition, and woman is honored as a Goddess; and our heads must hang in shame today for this young girl; the brave daughter of India had to go through.

(It is shame to the Vedics if the Vedics do crimes like rape, but it is a matter of anger against the criminals most of whom are the followers of the anti-Vedic invaded ideologies; and the Vedics need to unite and act against these ideologies. – Skanda987)
