IF THIS BILL IS PASSED HINDUS WILL BE TREATED AS CRIMINALS WORLD WIDE

Comments on Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill (PCTV)

IF THIS BILL IS PASSED HINDUS WILL BE TREATED AS CRIMINALS WORLD WIDE

KEY POINTS

1.     A Hindu against whom any Muslim/Christian/minority make any Complaint shall be presumed in law to be guilty by Police & Courts till that Hindu proves his innocence (Sec70, 71 & 73)

2.      An accused Hindu Shall have to be immediately arrested as all offences under this bill are non-bailable & cognizable (Sec 56)

3.      This law can be invoked only by a minority against Hindus.

4.      Accused Hindu shall not be informed who has complained against him (Sec 38) but police has to inform complainant progress of the case.

5.     A minority is not required to give any evidence to support his complaints against Hindus (Sec 70, 71 & 72)

6.     A Hindu refusing to do business with any minority shall be immediately arrested [Sec 3 (f) (i)]. Taking advantage of such anti – Hindu laws a minority can force a Hindu to sell /rent his property and even surrender his daughters to minorities.

7.      A minority cannot be punished for making even false complaints/ statement against Hindus (Sec 40)

The PCTV Bill (56 pages) is based on presumption that all Hindus are criminals and communal riots are always committed only by Hindus and never by minorities. This law can be invoked only against Hindus by minorities. Muslims, Christians called “the Group” in the bill (sec 3.e). If they commit violence and hate against Hindus they cannot be booked under this new law as they are exempt from it even though Hindus practice “ahimsa parmo dharma” – non violence is the highest religion as preached by Buddha, Mahaveer and Gandhi.

Under the PCTV Bill a Hindu against whom a Muslim including a Bangaladeshi Muslim infiltrator, a jehadi terrorist Muslim or a Christian or any minority makes a complaint he shall be presumed ab initio to be guilty of crimes; that Hindu shall have to be arrested as all crimes under this Bill are cognizable and non-bailable [Clause 56 of may 2011 version];  that Hindu shall have to prove his innocence before a Court;  that the Muslim or Christian making complaint is not required to give any proof or evidence to support charge against that Hindu;  that Hindu shall not be informed as to who has made complaint against him [Section 38]; during the pendency of the case the court can attach property of the accused Hindu even before he is found guilty [Sec 80, 81]. After this bill is passed any donation for religious charity made by a Hindu industrialist will invite great penalty and legal action against him. It is worst than Nazi Germany.

If a minority woman complains of rape against a Hindu, he shall be arrested and he shall have to prove that charge against him is false and that Hindu will not know which woman has made complaint. But if a Hindu woman is raped by a minority male then she has to prove charge of rape against that Muslim etc and her identity shall be told to her rapist. (Ind. Exp. 12.1.12) Arun Jaitly, Mamta Banarjee, Jailalita and Mayawati says that congress wants to establish its dictatorship through this bill.

Taking advantage of this bill a religious minority can force a Hindu to sell his property to him or rent his property to him; can force a Hindu to write off debts a minority owes to him. If a Hindu landlord evicts his Muslim tenant than he can be sent to jail by a false complaint of that tenant. If a Hindu factory owner suspends a Muslim employee for bad work he can be sent to jail by a false complaint of that employee in which no proof required. If a Muslim applies for a job the Hindu industrialist cannot refuse him. A minority can blackmail a Hindu industrialist and collect lacs of rupees from him. This bill will encourage Terrorist elements and pave the ground for Civil War in India. This is Anti-national, Anti-secular, Anti-Harmony, Anti- Democracy, Anti-Constitution, Anti-People and Anti Business. This bill is a violation of human rights of 95 crore Hindu hence we should appeal to the United Nations. Yet Mulayam Singh is supporting this will.

This Bill if enacted as a law shall give a legal weapon to every minority to send to jail for 10 years or more any Hindu. (Indian Express 12/1/12) The question arises why there is so much hatred against peace loving innocent Hindus. All this is because there is Muslim unity (Muslim Vote Bank) but No Hindu unity (Hindu Vote Bank).

Congress should pass this bill because this bill will create permanent hatred between majority and minorities, damaging the future of minorities. Hindus always desire the prosperity of Muslims through mutual cooperation resulting in real peace and prosperity of the country hence majority and minority should unite to throw away the conspiracy of this anti national bill. Muslim who has renounced religious hatred and violence is our dear brother.

Many minority institutions including Jemait-e-Ulema Hind are forcing congress for passing this bill. Hence congress will pass this bill saliently to win 2014 election with Muslim votes. Gulam Navi Azad said that govt. is committed to pass this bill.

Muslims are rising because they get unlimited fund, Hindus are shrinking because they don’t get any funds. Please join us and donate only this can protect your/our children and grand children.

Missionary activity divides nation

Missionary activity divides nation
Dramatic scandals routinely fill India’s media headlines about some poor victim from a remote area being exploited by upper strata Delhi elites. Yet there is no investigative journalism to uncover the inconvenient facts about certain NGOs that operate what amounts to a human trafficking industry. One reason for this conspiracy of silence is that the traffickers are linked with some politically connected NGOs that make noises in the metros ostensibly on behalf of the victims. In reality the noise made serves to cover up the sinister role of NGOs in this industry that brings Christianity to the remote villages in exchange for maids to Delhi.

The elaborate scheme works as follows. Christian missionaries in adivasi (indigenous, “tribal”) areas offer poor families an inducement that is hard to resist: If the family converts to Christianity, one of its young daughters will be sent as a domestic servant to Delhi or another metro.

The affiliated “agencies” in the metros collect placement fees up to Rs 50,000 per maid from the household that hires them. In between the point of “recruitment” and the point of placement there are intermediaries that “sell”, transfer and move the young, vulnerable person through the supply chain. Money is exchanged at each stage.

The agencies keep relocating the same girl from one employer to another every few months in order to collect their placement fee repeatedly. This disruption adds to the trauma of the young girl. The agency becomes, by default, her only hope of security, and in the process she becomes even more vulnerable to the agency’s exploitation. Delhi alone is estimated to have several thousands of such girls being brought every year.

The cultural gap between India’s adivasis and its metro elites is larger in many ways than the gap between people living in Delhi and New York. The victim often gets duped into thinking that she is headed for the good life of an Indian metro, and her parents are often hand in glove in selling her into such a scheme. The money given to the parents is a “down payment” to convert them, their daughter’s placement as maid being part of the transaction. Many churches also provide safe transfer of the girl’s monthly salary back to her parents, with a certain “donation” charged by the church for its services. All this is a package deal for “being saved”.

This end-to-end system functions like the old slave trade from Africa to America and other continents — in which the church had also played a major role. Today’s racket hides behind the mask of helping the downtrodden by finding them employment in a faraway place. By no means do I wish to imply that all abuses of maids from villages are the result of this system, but that fact that such a system exists outside the bounds of investigative scrutiny is noteworthy.

In the most recent episode of this tragedy, a woman executive working for a French multinational in Delhi has been arrested on charges of committing atrocities against a girl from the Santhal tribe of Jharkhand state. The maid comes from Sahibgunj, one of India’s poorest districts. The media is having a field day sensationalising this as child labour, even after the police confirmed that documents in her village show her to be over the age of 18. The girl had worked for this executive for only 3 months, prior to which she had worked in numerous other households in Delhi since age 15. So the child labour stage of her exploitation was done under several previous employers. But there is no investigation of the previous employers. Why?

The reason for authorities not pursuing the earlier employers is that the girl is a Christian convert from a very poor family; and uncovering the entire chain of events and parties involved would expose the nexus of the Jharkhand church, the political parties that use these poor folks as their vote bank, and various NGOs involved in so-called “human rights” programs. The placement agency in Delhi is run by a Christian woman with likely links to the Jharkhand Church. The media sensationalises the matter as an isolated, localised episode when in fact it deserves to be investigated as a system of mafia-like underground network.

Brinda Karat, the rabid voice of the Communist Party of India, swung into rapid action targeting the maid’s employer, but not wanting a broader inquiry into the supply network that originates in the remote villages where her party seeks support from the church and NGOs.

Many other political leaders also saw opportunity in this scandal to show support for dalit communities whose votes can swing elections. These remote villages are also infested with Maoists seeking to topple the Indian state. The political stakes are high and NGOs compete to prove their worth by claiming to champion the plight of the poor. The same NGOs also raise funds under various “noble” pretexts.
The media ought to act more responsibly than selling us Bollywood-style action drama. To expose the large criminal networks and attack the roots of the problem, they should emphasize some systemic changes. First and foremost, it should be declared illegal to offer employment or other material inducements for religious conversion of poor and vulnerable persons. In particular, the church, parents and agencies that are involved in peddling the labor of a person under age 18 should be prosecuted. This is the nexus where the focus of prosecution should be targeted when incidents of abuse are discovered.

At the same time, one should recognise the legitimate need for domestic servants in Indian metros. To serve this demand, agencies should have to be certified periodically that they are in compliance with all laws. This must include transparency of disclosure of the full details concerning every employee and employer served. There must be a mechanism by which the legal age of a potential maid can be formally ascertained and the agency must bear this burden prior to offering her as a candidate. All commissions and salary payments must be legalised.

The media must start educating the metro employers about the laws concerning minimum wages and others aspects. Right now most Delhi households lack such awareness, as the media has focused on sensationalism without its shouldering social responsibility or due diligence.

There are also many instances of exploitation in the reverse direction that should be noted: Elderly persons in Delhi are too often being criminally attacked by their domestic servants who threaten legal action with the help of NGOs, and thereby prevent the crime from being reported. I know of cases where a youth gang has repeatedly burglarised the house of an elderly woman living alone. The police have been reluctant to file charges because of the threat by NGOs that these youth criminals are protected as “minors”. This means tougher juvenile crime laws need to be enacted and enforced.

I have anticipated such NGO-backed crimes within India since the 1990s when I first became aware of foreign nexuses intervening in India’s so-called tribal areas. It was a Harvard Roundtable Conference on Indology sponsored by Infinity foundation where I found that Western scholars had become very interested in Indian communities belonging to the “Munda” family of languages. The thesis formulated was that the Munda people were the only indigenous peoples of India. They were first invaded by the “foreign Dravidians” coming from the Middle East, and later on both the Munda and the Dravidians got invaded by the “foreign Aryans”. Thus, Indians were classified into layers with the intention of empowering one group against the others. In my earlier book, Breaking India, I mention some important US based interventions through this type of anthropology and linguistics work.

The Santhal community where the maid in the latest scandal comes from is one of the largest communities in what is called India’s “tribal belt”. Most anthropological studies on them were done by Christian missionaries since British times. The colonial-evangelical lens used was the same as for other non-Christian peoples that were encountered outside Europe, and many of its prejudices have become accepted by modern Indians. The “tribals” are considered “pagans” because they believe in “animism”, meaning that they consider all of nature as inhabited with divine spirit. (Ironically, the latest trend among Western thinkers is to appropriate these very ideas into Judeo-Christianity, using fancy new terms like “panentheism” and “immanence” after studying Hindu philosophy on which such ideas are based.) These villages have been a hotbed for missionary activities for the past few centuries, and this intensified in 1914 when the first complete translation of the Bible into the Santali language was finished by a Norwegian missionary.

Clearly, the battle for fragmenting Indians has entered a new phase. “Tribal” Indians will be increasingly exploited in various ways in the guise of bringing them human rights. The media’s framing of such episodes as “secular” crimes of an isolated kind is a shallow and inadequate treatment of what is much deeper and multilayered. This issue has far reaching implications.

Narinder M Kukar M.D

Holliness Baba Ramdev

Honorable Subramananyan Swami

Respected Organizers and Distinguished Guests,

It is an Honor and a Privilege for me to address you

Today Hindus are at a watershed of history and our actions today will decide whether Hindus in India will get their equal rights as a citizen or slide into some new dark age, which may be worse than thousand years of Islamic barbaric rule of the past.

It is important to understand bad conditions just don’t happen , the attacks on Hindus and Hinduism is not haphazard. It is orchestrated at the highest levels of the government of India, surreptitiously in collaboration with some foreign Islamic countries through monetary influence and religious beliefs of few people in power in India. Unless Hindus understand this sinister collaboration, the religion won’t be able to defend itself.

Mahatma Gandhi said, “politics without principles is a social sin.”  Most of the politicians in India are the greatest sinners, figuratively and in reality. India can boast to be in the top tier of most corrupt nations of the world.

We can’t keep blaming others for our plight, in the end the fault is ours, the Hindus for not standing up to their rights. Hindus have to assert themselves or be a by stander of its own demise, that is what happened to Kashmiri Hindus, Pakistani and Bangladeshi Hindus. Their women raped in presence of their husbands and children, property confiscated, coerced conversion to Islam, temples burnt and destroyed.

If you have trouble believing what I said, go to Google human rights commission reports and United States congressional reports, Hindu American Foundation reports, The Guardian ( British News Paper) ;”Bangladesh: a portrait of covert Genocide”. Don’t look for it in the Indian government reports or the Indian News media. It is a rare Indian Newspaper in United States which has the courage to print some truth about the plight of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Our gripe is not with the Muslims, our preoccupation with them is our problem. One can’t reason with   unreasonable person, Dialogue with Muslims is a waste of time. In 1930 Sir Winston Churchill, former British prime minister said, “While the Hindu elaborates his argument, the Muslim sharpens his sword” After close to hundred years, It is true even today.

I blame the trustees of Hindu temples and the Hindu religious leaders for their inaction and negligence in educating its followers and helping them in their- endures to achieve what is rightfully theirs. It should be their solemn duty to help Hindus as they draw their funds and power through The Hindu worshippers. They as keepers and leaders of Hindu faith should do everything within their power to ensure that Hindus should have equal rights in India.

We as Hindus should demand of their help and leadership and they must be willing to give and lead. We as Hindus should organize satyagrah, at all levels of government. Mahatma Gandhi through satyagrah could get the British to quit India, we should be able to force the government of India to grant equal rights to Hindus.

It is no time to be on the defensive, it is time to be on the offensive:

1.  We demand equal rights for the Hindus in admissions to institutes of higher learning and jobs

2. We demand Hindu temples funds should be under control of the donors like other religious institutions, not govt appointed Trustees,

3. We demand Government help should be based on merit and need, not religion or caste.

4. We demand from the government of India to catch the Muslim culprits who set fire to the Hindu pilgrims train at Godara, those who killed Hindus in Muzzafar Nagar recently, the Muslim minister who ordered the police officers not to intervene and let Hindus be massacred by the Muslim mobs.

5. We demand legal actions against the police officers who failed to perform their duty in Muzzafar Nagar massacre of Hindus

6.  We Demand to bring to justice state officials in south  India who are using Hindu temple funds to convert Hindus to Christianity.

It is no time to be on the defensive, it is time to be on the offensive, peacefully and through Satyagrah, relentlessly, persistently and Nationwide. A society gets what it concentrates on.

When a Hindu goes to the temple, it is a private and mostly silent connection between the devotee and its creator. Some body in the temple has to teach Hindus about Hinduism. You don’t learn by just visiting and sitting in the school building without a teacher to teach you. Our Mandirs must teach on a regular basis about Hinduism and our spiritual leaders must lead and help  us in acquiring equal rights for Hindus, initially in India and then in other parts of the world.

Thank you for your attention

The Greatest Non-Violence Civil Disobedience Took Place Over 530 Years Ago By Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu Against Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi Who Had Put A Ban Against Sankirtan Movement:

History What Was Taking Place

In Bengal Under Moslem Rulers

Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi angrily came to one home in the evening, and when he saw Kirtan going on, he broke a Mrdanga and spoke as follows: “For so long you did not follow the regulative principles of the Hindu religion but now you are following them with great enthusiasm. May I know by whose strength you are doing so? “No one should perform Sankirtan… Today I am excusing the offense and returning home.  The next time I see someone performing such Sankirtan, certainly I shall chastise him by not only confiscating all his property but also converting him into a Mohammedan.”

Devotees greatly shocked that they were forbidden to chant Hari Nam.

Let us see what was taking place in Bengal before the appearance of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. This commentary is narrated by A. C. Bhaktivident Sri Swami Prabhupad, the Founder of Hare Krishna Temple (ISKCON) and giving, side by side, commentaries on the present day deploring oppressive pathetical conditions of Hindus inside Pakistan in the hands of fanatic Muslims and what took place during the British transition in Bangladesh:

“Nawab Hussein Shah was at the time (1498-1511) the independent king of Bengal. After gaining the throne of Bengal (technically called Masnada), he declared himself Saiyada Husen Al Uddin Seriph Mukk.  After his death, his eldest son, Nasaratsa, became King of Bengal (1521-1533). This king was very cruel. He committed many atrocities against the Vaisnavas.

From the aggression of Vaiktiyara Khiliji in Bengal until the time of Mohammad Megistrate Chand Kazi, Hindus, or the followers of the Vedic principles, were greatly suppressed. Like the Hindus in present-day Pakistan, practically no one could execute the Hindu religious principles freely. Chand Kazi was surprised on whose strength Hindus were freely chanting the Hare Krishn Maha-Mantra. Therefore, it must have been by the strength of someone else that Hindus were so daring……but with the presence of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, they actually began following the regulative principles according to His order. To convert a Hindu into a Mohammedan was an easy affair in those days. If a Mohammedan simply sprinkled water on the body of a Hindu, it was supposed that the Hindu had already become a Mohammedan. During the transition of the British in Bangladesh, many Hindus were converted into Mohammedan by having cows’ flesh forcibly pushed into their mouths…. In this way, the Mohammedan population in India increased. None of the Mohammedan s came from outside…. Emperor Aurangzeb also inaugurated a tax that Hindus had to pay because of their being Hindus. Thus, all the poor Hindus of the lower class voluntarily became Mohammedans to avoid the tax. In this way, the Mohammedan population in India increased. Muslim Magistrate Chand Kazi threatened to convert the people into Mohammedans by the simple process of sprinkling water on their bodies.”

Nityanand Prabhu to Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, “You see my Lord, how the heart of each devotee of Navadvip surges with eagerness and enthusiasm! Lord, Navadvip’s devotees stand before you each team composing of 21-devotees: four people playing mrdangas, one leading the chanting of Hari Nam, sixteen others striking karatals, responding to the leading chanter.

Brave devotees commanded to march ahead. Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu instructed devotees to take the first step towards the house of Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi. Those great-empowered devotees were there to march towards Kazi house against his orders. They were like brave soldiers marching without fear who had great trust on the Lord. They had forswears all their attachments and all their bonds behind – even the love of his own life marches with him freed of all illusory ties. Each devotee was marching like a yogi with a single purpose; a soldier has only one aim in war … Victory!

Devotees with full trust in Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu had their aim Victory over the order of Kazi hindering the Sankiran movement. But It was not victory over an enemy called Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi but Dharm over unrighteousness — of ethics  over unethical conduct — of justice over injustice — of truth over falsehood. Devotees loaded with these great knowledge and wisdom marched forward like an army, passing from each nook and corner of the Navadvip (composed of nine small cities) performing Kirtan, On the order of the Lord, great devotees of the Lord were marching towards that goal i.e. Victory over the evil. They were full of enthusiasm and total faith and trust on the Lord. This was the greatest battle fought without raising a single weapon against Kazi’s order for stopping Sankirtan movement.

Their weapons were mrdangas, karatals and Hari Nam Chanting of Hare Krishn Hare Krishn, Krishn Krishn Hare Hare; Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Hare for the Lord’s nonviolent civil disobedience to the order of Kazi. Devotes had great confidence that the God is always with Dharma and Truth. With such great understanding, devotees were marching with the resounding vibration of the Hare Krishna Mantra, dancing ecstatically on the enchanting sound of midranges and karatals. No power on earth could defeat these great devotees who were marching with full of enthusiasm, with one aim of victory to lead the world away from darkness to light and away from ignorance to enlightenment. Those powers bestowed upon them by the mercy of the Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and so they were marching towards the house of Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi with full trust and confidence.

Some devotees while dancing and chanting Hari Nam ecstatically, suddenly some  would speak loudly “Hari Hari” and all devotees would repeat “Hari Hari”; some devotees would speak “Hari Bolo, Hari Bolo” and suddenly everyone resounded “Hari Bolo Hari Bolo.” Then there were some devotees spoke Har Har Mahadev and Jai Ganesh. The band of devotees went on marching towards Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi, like the army of Bhagwan Ram reaching to settle score with Ravan.

Hindus hearing the chanting of Hari Nam and penetrating sounds of mrdangas and karatals, welcomed the Lord by coming down on the streets from their houses and bowing down to get blessings of the Lord who had appeared to save Hindus to exercise their right to worship without fear, rather to be converted to Islam. The god and goddesses were bestowing their blessings upon the marching devotees and praying for the Lord’s success over the evil order of Kazi against worshipping. Well this was the greatest show on earth at the time. Devotees wearing Bhagwa color seamless Chadars and scarf hanging over each devotee’s necks read Hari Bolo, Hare Krishna.

The team of these devotees brightens up atmosphere like the shining bright orange glow around the sun. Many teams of devotees each team consisting of 21-devotees were exhibiting the scenes of heaven on earth. Both smiling happy Hindu and Muslim children followed the army of devotees and chanting with the devotees Hari Hari. Navadvip’s Children were having pleasure seeing the greatest show on earth of devotees dancing and chanting. Children joined in dancing and chanting speaking in their sweet voices Hari Bolo, Hari Bolo. The sound of Hari Hari repeated by small children made the Hari Nam Sankirtan sweeter in the Lord’s march towards Kazi’s house. Some devotees suddenly would speak the slogans Holy Cow Holy Cow, they are Mother Holy Cows. Devotees enjoyed repeating Holy Cow Holy Cow, they are Mother Holy Cow. Well all children, Hindu or Muslim alike, repeated the same: Holy Cow Holy Cow, they are Mother Holy Cow. Many Muslim families were welcoming the Lord’s mission by bowing down to the Lord’s feet for seeking blessings.

Their aims were to destroy sinners and to spread the light of Dharm, the Lord Sri Caitanya’s army of devotees dancing and chanting in 21-devotee team marches on. The glory was upon them from the Lord Himself. In the evil darkness of rampant sin – a new flame was lit. Lord Sri Caitanya’s army of devotees, dancing and singing marches on to rid this earth of evil in the vow Lord Sri Caitanya had sworn – and until the deed is done — Rest is a word unknown! These great devotees were moving with great courage to destroy the tyrant – who rules over the wicked demons. Now draws nigh the momentous time.

He that Lord has sworn to slay, who can save him! The Lord sets forth to slay his demoniac nature with reasoning, who can save him! Devotees march on, like mighty warriors, each vying with the other in bravery, strength and trust on the Lord. Lord Gaurasundra Himself danced in the rear party, and Sri Nityanand Prabhu moved with Lord Caitanya’s dancing. Performing kirtan in this way, circumambulating through every nook and corner of the city, with faith, trust, understanding and enthusiasm with one aim Victory, the army of devotees. The army of devotees of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhy marches on with chanting and resounding vibrations of mrdangas and karatals reached to the door of Kazi for Freedom of Dharm, for Freedom of Religion, for Freedom of Thought, for Freedom of Discourses and Speech; For Freedom Assembly, for Freedom of Chanting, for Freedom of Spiritual progress, for Freedom of Yog Meditation, for Freedom to listen and read Vedic texts without fear. Glory to our Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprahu whose mercy gave these freedom to Hindus after defeating Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi who bowed down to the lotus feet of the Lord for forgiveness.

Read inside auspicious spiritual challenge to Muslim Magistrate Kazi by Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu over 530 years ago.

  • Mohammedan Magistrate Chand Kazi accepted defeat from Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Muslim Magistrate told the Lord: “Our scriptures have developed only recently, and they are certainly not logical and philosophical. I know that our scriptures are full of imagination and mistaken ideas.” “The reasoning and arguments in the scriptures of the meat-eaters are not very sound,” the Muslim Magistrate Kazi concluded.”
  • The Kazi said: When I went to the Hindu’s house, broke the drum, and forbade performance of congregational chanting, IN MY DREAMS THAT VERY NIGHT I SAW A GREATLY FEARFUL LION, ROARING VERY LOUDLY…… Therefore, I must destroy you! Being very much afraid of Him, I closed my eyes and trembled.”
  • Orderly spoke to Mohammedan Magistrate Kazi: “After coming to me, the Orderly said, “WHEN I WENT TO STOP THE CONGREGATION CHANTING, SUDDENLY FLAMES STRUCK MY FACE…….”
  • LORD SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU TALKING TO A DEAD SON OF A DEVOTEE.
  • LORD SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU TELLING THE TIGER to dance and chant Hare Krishna in Khari Khanda, deep forest in Bengal.
  • Lord Caianya Mahaprabhu spoke to Mohammad Megistrate (Kazi): “Cow killers are condemned to rot in hellish life for as many thousands of years as there are hairs on the body of the cow.”
  • The Lord said, “You drink cows’ milk; therefore the cow is your mother. The bull produces grains for your maintenance; therefore he is your father.”
  • Mohammedan Magistrate Kazi HUMBLY BOW DOWN TO THE LORD FOR MERCY – tears flowed down from his eyes. HE IMMEDIATELY TOUCHED THE FEET OF THE LORD AND SPOKE THE FOLLOWING SWEET WORDS: “Only by your mercy have my bad intentions vanished. Kindly favour me so that my devotion may always be fixed upon you.”
  • Hare Krishna saved by our Master

From the book Sri Caitanya Caritamrta Adi-Lila Volume 3 – TEXT 178 – TEXT 223

REMEMBER: TODAY WE COULD NOT CONTINUE TO DO FREELY HARI NAM Kirtan and to HEAR DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS OF LORD SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU (Chanting or listening to discourses on Bhagavad-Gita), HAD “HARI NAM SANKIRTAN” MOVEMENT PERMANENTLY KILLED BY THE ORDER OF MUSLIM MAGISTRATE CHAND KAZI?

Over 530 years ago, Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu started the greatest nonviolent disobedience movement in India to the order of Mohammad Magistrate Chand Kazi in order to kill Islam demoniac behavior with reason and argument. Following in the footsteps of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, whenever there are obstacles “Dharm Movement” should kill the opposition, without violence, with reason and argument and thus must stop their demoniac behavior.

SWAMI PRABHUPAD JEE, THE FOUNDER OF ISKCON – HARE KRISHNA MOVEMENT PURPORT: “The demons of the time tried to obstruct Sankirtan Movement started by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Similarly, demons are trying to obstruct the Sankirtan movement we are executing all over the world. Such orders stopping Sankirtan in the streets of the world’s great cities have been imposed upon our members. In most cities of the western world, the police have arrested us many times but we are nevertheless executing the order of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Such incident took place in the past, five hundred years ago, and in fact that they are still going on.” From the book Sri Caitanya Caritamtra Adi-Lila Volume 3.

READ THE DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS “IN ACTION” FROM SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU AND SRI KRISHN BHAGWAN IN ACTION IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN PEACE, HAPPINESS, TRANQUILITY, THE HARMONIOUS EXISTENCE AND GROWTH OF SPIRITUALITY – if no action performed to stop “criminal imposition” under the names of various famous irreligions (considered as religion), one looses the divine qualities. Those who have decided to equate Dharm with Adharmic irreligious practices, they are doomed and there is no deliverance for them to go back to Spiritual Planets upon giving up the material dress suffering indefinitely.

Also read inside the conclusion of Bhagwan Sri Krishn and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu “There is no deliverance for wicked souls.” That is a fact.

The following verses were spoken over 530 years ago by Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu to Mohammedan Magistrate (Kazi), translated in English from Bengal:

TEXT 165: Lord Caianya Mahaprabhu spoke: “Since you Mohammedans can not bring killed animals back to life; you are responsible for killing them. Therefore, you are going to hell; there is no way for your deliverance.”

TEXT 167: Lord Caianya Mahaprabhu spoke: “There are many mistakes and illusions in your scriptures. Their compilers, not knowing the essence of knowledge, gave orders that were against reason and argument.”

TEXT 166: Lord Caianya Mahaprabhu spoke to Mohammad Megistrate (Kazi): “Cow killers are condemned to rot in hellish life for as many thousands of years as there are hairs on the body of the cow.”

PURPORT: “The Sastras (books) of the Yavanas, or meat eaters, are not eternal scriptures. They have been fashioned recently, and they contradict one another. The scriptures of the Yavanas are three: The Old Testament, The New Testament, and the Koran. When the scriptures of the Yavanas namely, the Old Testament, the New Testament, and the Koran cannot properly answer inquisitive followers, naturally those advanced in the scientific knowledge and philosophy loose faith in such scriptures. They are not eternal like the Vedic knowledge and they are not very sound and transcendental. …From the book Sri Caitanya-Caritamrta, Adi Lila Volume 3, Pages 340-348

Bhagwan Sri Krishn speaks to His dear friend Arjun: “Those miscreants who are grossly foolish, who are lowest among mankind, whose knowledge is stolen by illusion, and who partake of the atheistic nature of demons do not surrender unto Me.” Bhagavad-Gita Chaper 7:15

Bhagwan Sri Krishn speaks in His conclusion on Chapter 18 Bhagavad-Gita to Arjun: “Give up all varieties of sinful activities, all sorts of religions and beliefs, surrender unto Me with total understanding and I will protect you from all calamities.”

Did Sri Krishn Bhagwan tell Arjun that He would clean his sins or die for his sins, etc.?

Those who pose themselves religionists without any consistent Gyan (knowledge) as such for material gain do not accept the full plan or correct path of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. They have no idea of God; they simply manufacture their own worldly plans and consequently complicate the problems of “self and others” material existence in their vain attempts to solve them. Remember Material Energy (Nature) is very powerful and it can resist the unauthorized plans of the demons, atheists and baffle the knowledge of manipulators, scheming and imposing wrong ideas in their various planning. These kinds of crooks are described with the word “MISCREANTS.”

LORD SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU, an incarnation of God Sri Krishn, appeared 530 years ago. To reveal the secret of what real love is, Bhagwan Sri Krishn came to the earth in the guise of His own devotee as Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu with His chief associates Nityanand, Advait, Gadadhar and Srivas. He taught how to develop love of Godhead simply by chanting Hari Nam and dancing in ecstasy.

The quality of the Godhead appearance confirmed by the three modes of auspicious actions stated by Bhagwan Sri Krishn Himself to His dear friend Arjun some 5,200 years ago in Bhagavad-Gita 4:7-8 as written below.

LORD SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU’S APPEARANCE MATCHES-UP WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THREE TOP MOST ACTIVITIES OF GOD’S INCARNATION AND THUS CONFIRMING GOD SRI KRISHN INCARNATED IN THE GUISE OF HIS OWN DEVOTEE. Lord Sri Catanya Mahaprabhu challenged the miscreants, reestablished the principles of religion and thus delivered devotees, allowed to do Sankirtan, Chanting, and Mediation and to listen and read Vedic Texts. Before His appearance, Hindus could not practice the Dharm activities openly. Just like in present Saudi Arabia and most Islamic countries, one cannot even light a candle outside on porch on the day of Diwali or Christmas. No government has strictly approached these goons to stop their madness.

GOD SRI KRISHN SPEAKS TO HIS DEAR FRIEND: “Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharat, and a predominant rise of irreligion – at that time I descend Myself to annihilate the miscreants, to reestablish the principles of religion and to deliver the pious, millennium after millennium.” Bhagavad-Gita Chapter 4:7-8

Well see what was taking place in Bengal before the appearance of Lord Sri Catanya Mahaprabhu.

Therefore it must have been by the strength of someone else that Hindus were so daring……..but with the presence of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu they actually began following the regulative principles according to His order. In this way the Mohammedan population in India increased.

FACT: The swine (pig) that eat the feces do not care to accept sweet made of Ghee (clarified butter). That is the nature of miscreants, not accepting the consistent perfect teachings lay down by Bhagwan Himself. Miscreants confuse the issue by mixing, here and there, ingredients, which are contradictory to the perfect Science of Self Realization. It is like hitting his own feet with his own Axe not realizing that he is chopping his own roots of spirituality thus halting to ascend back to Real Home upon giving up this temporary human dress. “Conditioned Souls” exhibit these kinds of activities.

The following taken from the book Sri Caitanya Caritamtra Adi-Lila Volume 3 Text 121 – Text 224 (Pages 322 – 373):

TEXT 121: Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu ordered all the citizens of Navadvip to chant Hare Krishn mantra, and in each and every home they began performing Sankirtan regularly.

TEXT 124: Hearing the resounding vibration of the Hare Krishn mantra, the local Mohammedans, greatly angry, submitted a complaint to Mohammad Megistrate (Kazi).

There are couple of names mentioned of this Muslim Magistrate: Maulana Sirajuddina and Habibara Rahamana The districts of Nadia, Islampur, Bagoyan were all under the Zamindar mamed Hari Hoda. Descendants of Chand Kazi are still living in the vicinity of Mayapur.

TEXT 125 -126: Chand Kazi angrily came to one home in the evening, and when he saw Kirtan going on, he broke a Mrdanga and spoke as follows: “For so long you did not follow the regulative principles of the Hindu religion but now you are following them with great enthusiasm. May I know by whose strength you are doing so?

TEXT 127-128: Chand Kazi angrily spoke: “No one should perform Sankirtan… Today I am excusing the offense and returning home.  The next time I see someone performing such Sankirtan, certainly I shall chastise him by not only confiscating all his property but also converting him into a Mohammedan.”

TEXT 129: After saying this Kazi returned home, and the devotees, greatly shocked that they were forbidden to chant Hare Krishn, submitted their grief to Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu.

TEXT 130: Lord Sri Caitanya ordered, “Go perform Sankirtan! Today I shall kill all the Mohammedans!”

MEANING: “Dharm Movement” should kill the opposition, without violence, with reason and argument and thus must stop their demoniac behavior.  That is what Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu did by starting the nonviolent civil disobedience movement against the order of Muslim Magistrate Chand Kazi.

TEXT 132 – TEXT 133: Understanding the anxiety within people’s minds, the Lord called them together and spoke to them as follows: “In the evening I shall perform Sankirtan in each and every town. Therefore you should all decorate the city in the evening.”

PURPORT OF SWAMI SRI PRABHUPAD: “At that time, Navadvip was composed of nine small cities. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu wanted to perform Kirtan in each of these neighboring towns. He ordered the city decorated for the function.

TEXT 134:  “In the evening burn torchlights in every home. I shall give protection to everyone. Let us see what kind of Kazi comes to stop our Kirtan.”

TEXT 135: In the evening, Lord Gaurasundra went out and formed three parties to perform kirtan.

PURPORT OF SWAMI SRI PRABHUPAD: “During Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s time, one party was composed of twenty-one men: four people playing Mrdanga, one leading the chanting, and sixteen others striking Kartals, resounding to the leading chanter….”

TEXT 136 – TEXT 137: In the front party danced Thakr Haridas, and the middle party danced Advita Acharya with great jubilations. Lord Gaurasundra Himself danced in the rear party, and Sri Nityanand Prabhu moved with Lord Caitanya’s dancing.

TEXT 139: Performing Kirtan in this way, circumambulating through every nook and corner of the city, they finally reached the door of the Muslim Magistrate Kazi.

TEXT 141: The loud sound of the chanting of Hare Krishn mantra certainly made the Muslim Magistrate Kazi very much afraid, and he hid himself within his room. Hearing the people thus protesting, murmuring in great anger, the Kazi would not come out of his home.

TEXT 143 TEXT 144: Thereafter, when Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu reached the Kazi’s house, He sat down by the doorway and sent some respectable persons to call for the Kazi.  When the Kazi came, his head bowed down, the Lord gave him proper respect and a seat.

TEXT 145: In a friendly way, Lord said, “Sir, I have come to your house as your guest, but upon seeing Me you hid yourself in your room. What kind of etiquette is this?”

TEXT 146 – TEXT 147: The Kazi replied: “You have come to my house in a very angry mood. To pacify You, I did not come before You immediately but kept myself hidden.” “Now that You have become pacified, I have come to You. It is my good fortune to receive a guest like Your Honor.”

TEXT 153: The Lord said, “You drink cows’ milk; therefore the cow is your mother. The bull produces grains for your maintenance; therefore he is your father.”

TEXT 154: The Lord said, “Since the bull and cow are father and mother, how can you kill and eat them? What kind of religious principles is this? On what strength are you so daring that you commit such sinful activities?”

TEXT 158: Kazi challenged Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, “In your Vedic scriptures there is an injunction for killing a cow. On the strength of this injunction, great sages performed sacrifices involving cow killing.”

TEXT 159: Refuting the Kazi’s statement, the Lord immediately replied, “The Vedas clearly enjoin that cows should not be killed. Therefore any Hindu, whoever he may be, does not indulge in cow killing.”

TEXT 165: Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu spoke: “Since you Mohammedans can not bring killed animals back to life; you are responsible for killing them. Therefore, you are going to hell; there is no way for your deliverance.”

TEXT 167: Lord spoke: “There are many mistakes and illusions in your scriptures.

TEXT 168 – TEXT 169: After hearing these statements by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, the Kazi, his arguments stunned, could not put forward any more words. Thus, after due consideration, the Mohammaden Magistrate Chand Kazi accepted defeat and spoke as follows: “My dear Nimai Pandita, what You have said is all true. Our scriptures have developed only recently, and they are certainly not logical and philosophical.”

TEXT 170 – TEXT 171: Kazi further spoke: “I know that our scriptures are full of imagination and mistaken ideas.” “The reasoning and arguments in the scriptures of the meat-eaters are not very sound,” the Muslim Magistrate Kazi concluded.” Upon hearing this statement, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu smiled and inquired from him as follows:

TEXT 172 – TEXT 173 – TEXT 174: Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu inquired from Kazi addressing him material uncle (Mama): “I wish to ask you another question. Please tell Me the truth. Do not try to cheat Me with tricks. I your city there is always congregational chanting of the holy name. A tumultuous uproar of music, singing and dancing is always going on.  As a Mohammedan magistrate, you have the right to oppse the performance of Hindu ceremonies, but now you do not forbid them. I cannot understand the reason why.”

TEXT 175 – TEXT 176: The Kazi said: “Every one calls You Gaurahari. Please let me address You by that name.” “Kindly listen, O Gaurahari! If you come to a private place, I shall then explain the reason.”

TEXT 177: The Lord replied: “All these men are My confidential associates. You may speak frankly. There is no reason to be afraid of them.”

LION APPEARING IN DREAM OF MOHAMMEDAN MAGISTRATE CHAND KAZI:

TEXT 178 – TEXT 179: The Kazi said: When I went to the Hindu’s house, broke the drum, and forbade performance of congregational chanting, in my dreams that very night I saw a greatly fearful lion, roaring very loudly, his body like a human being’s and his face like a lion’s.”

TEXT 180: Kazi further narrated his dream to the Lord: “While I was asleep, the lion jumped on my chest, laughing fiercely and gnashing His teeth.”

TEXT 181 – TEXT 182 – TEXT 183: Kazi further narrated his dream to the Lord: “Placing his nails on my chest, the lion said in a grave voice: “I shall immediately bifurcate your chest as you broke the Mrdanga drum! You have forbidden the performance of My congregation chanting. Therefore, I must destroy you! Being very much afraid of Him, I closed my eyes and trembled.” Seeing me so afraid, the lion said, ‘I have defeated you just to teach you a lesson, but I must be merciful to you.”

TEXT 184 – TEXT 185: Kazi narrates his lion’s dream to the Lord: “On that day, you did not create a very great disturbance. Therefore I have excused you and not taken your life.” “But if you perform such activities again, I shall not tolerate. At that time I shall kill you, your entire family and all meat-eaters.”

TEXT 186 – TEXT 187: Kazi describes his dream: “After saying this, the lion left, but I was very much afraid of Him. Just see the marks of His nails on my heart!” After this description, the Kazi showed his chest. Having heard him and seen the marks, all the people there accepted the wonderful incident.

TEXT 188: The Kazi continued: “I did not speak to anyone about this incident, but on that very day one of my Orderlies came to see me.”

MOHAMMEDAN MAGISTRATE CHAND KAZI’S ORDERLIES WHO WENT TO STOP CONGREGATIONS, FLAMES STRUCK THEIR FACES BURING BEARD, FACE AND CAUSING BLISTERS ON CHEEKS:

TEXT 189 – TEXT 190:  KAZI NARRATING TO THE LORD “After coming to me, the orderly said, “When I went to stop the congregation chanting, suddenly flames struck my face. My beard was burned, and there were blisters on my cheeks. Every orderly who went to stop the congregation chanting of Hari Nam gave the same description.”

TEXT 191: Mohammedan Magistrate Kazi humbly bow down to the Lord for mercy and said, “After seeing this, I was very much afraid. I told the Orderlies not to stop the Congregation chanting but go sit down at home.”

TEXT 192 – TEXT 193: The Kazi said: “Hearing this decree, then all the meat-eaters came to submit a petition, complaining, ‘After this order, there will always be unrestricted congregational chanting in the city. In this way, the religion of the Hindus will increase unlimitedly. There are always vibrations of “Hari! Hari!” We do not hear anything but this.”

TEXT 194 – TEXT 195: Kazi narrating to the Lord what meat-eaters came to tell the Kazi: “One meat-eater said, ‘The Hindu say, “Krishn, Krishn,” and they smile, cry, dance, chant….” “Vibrating ‘Hari, Hari,’ the Hindus make a tumultuous sound. If the king (patasaha) hears it, certainly he will punish you.’

PURPORT OF SWAMI SRI PRABHUPAD: “Patasaha refers to the king. Nawab Hussein Shah was at the time (1498-1511) the independent king of Bengal. Formerly he was the servant of the cruel Nawab of the Habso dynasty, named Mujahphar Khan, but somehow or other he assisinated his master and became the king himseld. . After gaining the throne of Bengal (technically called Masnada), he declared himself Saiyada Husen Al Uddin Seriph Mukk.  After his death , his eldest son, Nasaratsa, became King of Bengal (1521-1533). This king was very cruel. He committed many atrocities against the Vaisnavas. As a result of sinful activities, one of his servants from the Khoja group killed him while he was praying in the mosque.”

Well that is what happens. When they forcefully convert Hindus to Muslims and rape their wives, daughters, sisters in front of male folks, those so-called converted Muslims truly take revenge and take care of those who had governed them with orders.

TEXT 196 – TEXT 197: The Kazi said to the Lord: “I then inquired from these Yavanas, ‘I know that these Hindus by nature chant “Hari, Hari.” “The Hindus chant the name of Hari because that is the name of their God. But you are Mohammedan meat-eaters. Why do you chant the name of the Hindus’ God?”

TEXT 198 – TEXT 199 – TEXT 200: Kazi informing to the Lord: “The meat-eater replied, ‘Sometimes I joke with the Hindus. Some of them are called Krsndas, and some are called Ramdas. They always chant Hari, Hari. Since that time, my tongue also always vibrates the sound Hari, Hari. I have no desire to say it, but still my tongue says it. I do not know what to do.”

TEXT 201 – TEXT 202: “Another meat-eater said, ‘Sir, please hear me. Since the day I joked with some Hindus in this way, my tongue chants the Hare Krishna hymn and cannot give it up. I do not know what mystic hymns and herbal potions these Hindus know.”

TEXT 215: The Kazi said to Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu: “I know that Narayan is the Supreme God of the Hindus, and I think that You are the same Narayan. This I feel within my mind.”

TEXT 216 – TEXT 217 – TEXT 218: After hearing the Kazi speak so nicely, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu touched him and smilingly spoke as follows: “The chanting of the holy name of Krishn from your mouth has performed a wonder – it has nullified the reactions of all your sinful activities. Now you have become supremely pure. Because you have chanted three holy names of the Lord – Hari, Krsna and Narayan – you are undoubtedly the most fortunate and pious.”

TEXT 219 – TEXT 221: AFTER THE MOHAMMEDAN MAGISTRATE CHAND KAZI HEARD THIS, TEARS FLOWED DOWN FROM HIS EYES.

TEXT 222: The Lord said to the Kazi, “I wish to beg you for one favour in charity. You must pledge that this Sankirtan movement will not be checked, at least in the district of Nadia.”

TEXT 223: THE KAZI SAID: “TO AS MANY DESCENDANTS AS TAKE BIRTH IN MY DYNASTY IN THE FUTURE, I GIVE THIS GRAVE ADMONITION: NO ONE SHOULD CHECK THE SANKIRTAN MOVEMENT.”

TEXT 224: Hearing this, the Lord got up, chanting “Hari! Hari!” Following Him, all the other Vaisnavas also got up, chanting the vibration of the holy name.

TEXT 227 – TEXT 228: One day the two brothers Lord Nityanand Prabhu and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu were dancing in the holy house of Srivas Thakur. At that time calamity took place – Srivas Thakur’s son died. Yet Srivas Thakur was not at all sorry.

LORD SRI CAITANYA MAHAPRABHU TALKED TO DEAD SON:

TEXT 229: Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu caused the dead son to speak about knowledge. Then the two brothers personally became the sons of Srivas Thakur.

PURPORT BY SWAMI SRI PRABHUPAD: The incident described as follows by Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur in his Amrt-pravaha-bhasya. One night while Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was dancing with His devotees  at the house of Srivas Thakur, one of Srivas Thakur’s sons, who was suffering from some disease, died. Srivas Thakur was so patient, however, he did not allow anyone to express sorrow by crying, for he did not want the Kirtan going on at his house to be disturbed. Thus Kirtan continued without a sound of lamentation. But when the Kirtan was over, Caitanya Mahaprabhu, who could understand the incident declared, “There must have been some calamity in this house.” When He was then informed about the death of Srivas Thakur’s son, He expressed His regret, “Why was this news not given to Me before.” He went to the place where the son was lying dead and asked him, “My dear boy, why are you leaving the house of Srivas Thakur?”

THE DEAD SON IMMEDIATELY REPLIED, “I was living in this house as long as I was destined to live here.  Now that the time is over, I am going elsewhere, according to your direction. I am Your eternal servant, a dependant living being. I must act only according to your desire. Beyond your desire, I cannot do anything. I have no such power.”  Hearing these words of the dead son, all the members of Srivas Thakur’s family received transcendental knowledge. Thus, there was no cause for lamentation. This transcendental knowledge is described in Bhagavad-Gita (2.13). Tatha dehantara-praptir dhiras tatra na muhyat: hen someone dies, he accepts another body; therefore sober persons do not lament. After the discourse between the dead boy and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, funeral ceremonies were performed, and Lord Caitanya assured Srivas Thakur, “You have lost one son, but Nityanand Prabhu and I are your eternal sons. We shall never be able to give up your company.” This is an instance of a transcendental relationship with Krsna. We have eternal transcendental relationship with Krsna as His servants, friends, fathers, sons… When the same relationships pervertedly reflected in the material world, we have relationships as the sons, fathers, friends, lovers, masters or servants of others, but all these relationships are subject to termination within a definite period. If we revive our relationship with krsna, however, by the grace of Sri Caitnaya Mahaprabhu, our eternal relationship will never break to cause our lamentation.

TEXT 230: Thereafter the Lord charitably bestowed His benediction upon all His devotees.

ENCOUNTERED WITH A TIGER AND TIGER STARTED DANCING

Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu while passing through the dense forests of Bengal, Khari-Khanda, with his devotee encountered a tiger. The devotee thought that now we were gone. But Lord incarnate of Bhagwan Sri Krishn as a devotee told the tiger, why were you sleeping, chant Hare Krishn Hare Krishn Krishn Krishn Hare Hare; Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Hare? Hearing the Lord Tiger started dancing. Swami Sri Prabhupad had described this incident in his many discourses explaining great powers of the Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu even taming the crude.

Sri Caitanya-caritamrta, written by the great Saint Krsnadas Kaviraj Gosvami shortly after Lord’s disappearance, vividly describing Lord Sri Caitanya’s blissful pastimes and probes deeply into His profound spiritual philosophy. The translations and purports, the explanation of the verses from Bengla to English, are the work of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedant Sri Swami Prabhupad, the Founder of Hare Krishna (ISKCON) and also our Master’s Guru who appeared in our Master’s dreams several times.

Here it will be necessary to write about a full time Hare Krishna devotee from Singapore living in one of the USA temple. Our Master called him several times asking him to send verses of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s challenge to Mohammedan Magistrate Kazi via postal service. After many phone calls, his promises turned out full of empty words. One day over 33 years ago, our Master drove to Hare Krishna temple some 40 miles from his place. Sunder Gopal was doing Pooja and expected the Master to wait. After a while, this devotee from Indian origin opened the door and expected our Master to find those verses from the several big volume books of Sri Caitanya Caritamara each consisting of 100s of pages. There are about 14-15 volumes on the life sketch of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Our Master had the impression that he would help him find the verses but he evaded and left our Master in the room expecting him to go through each volume to find those verses. It was like finding a needle in a haystack. Well, the mercy of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu bestowed upon our Master. As soon as he sat, his fingers captured the right volume and the page opened. Within two minutes, he had those verses. Our Master came out of the room asking Sunder Gopal to make copies of those pages. Sunder Gopal made surprising jesters “oh you found the verses so quickly. How did you do that?” Our Master spoke that Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was a lion among the jackals. He wanted the world to know what the purpose of His appearance was. Instead saying that was right to exhibit the past times and glory of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Sunder Gopal had the guts to tell our Master “Hope you are not going to tell these verses to others.” Our Master was shocked to hear from the so-called Hare Krishna’s devotee who tried to hide these top most secrets of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s pastime – The most important reason to awaken the souls giving spiritual strength to Hindus who were unable to do kirtan, chant and worship due to Islamic oppressive activities. For the fear of loosing their houses and properties, for the fear of forceful conversion to Islam by pushing the dead bodies of murdered cows in their mouths, Lord Sri Caitanya, God Sri Krsna Himself, appeared as a devotee to emphasize and revive the teachings of Dharm and Sankiran Hari Nam movement. Great Master A.C. Bhaktivedanta Sri Swami Prabhupad translated these books for the English speaking world and just within 3-4 years of his passing away, the false devotees started hiding the Truth and the real essence of Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s mission and His pastimes. They were in the mood to equate Bible, Koran, Jesus, Mohammad and all inconsistent hocus-pocus ideas with the perfect science of Bhagavad-Gita and other Vedic texts, and therefore the following teachings of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu could not be digested – were coming on their in their new desperate pursuits mixing, matching and confusing that all religions teach the same.

Are Murderers of cows are the same as Saviors of the Cows; Is Krishn is the same as Kans; Is Ram is the same as Ravan. If that is the case, then there is no need to stop the rascals – just simply chant and eat Prasad and be happy superficially. That is the very reason for loosing devotees. If everything is the same, ask them to go install pictures of Bhagwan Ram in Churches and Mosques. In the year 1986, the same fools published in Janmaasthmi’s magazine, free distribution to public: 99 beautiful names of Allah.

Every cow killed by these religious orders, these devotees must never forget that they are sharing the Karma i.e. Karm by approving those religions subscribing to murder animals and eat them to.

Let us form the Sena of Bhagwan Sri Krishn. Each battalion has 21 Dharm Protector Khatriyas, carrying posters exhibiting the murders of animals and directly related to mass ecological imbalance. Save Mother Earth; Save Mother Nature; Save Mother Holy Cows, without them most infants will not have the transition to boyhood. Posters must also read that each infant born on this planet earth is a Hindu before their demoniac ignorant parents push through the mouth of helpless child dead bodies of the murdered cows and other animals.

VEGAN FOUNDER DAVID BLASTED BY OUR MASTER ACHARYA SRI CHARAN DAS JI MAHARAJ IN THE YEAR 2010 FOR MISLEADING HUMANS AGAINST THE NATURAL LAWS BINDING ALL SOULS UNIFORMLY:

Remember, infants on this material world  could not do transit to boyhood, without feeding exclusive diet i.e. Milk and Milk alone, not pig bone, not apple but one diet milk alone – most infants live on Holy Mother Cows’ milk which is in abundance – goat milk is not in abundance. Milk from Holy Mother Cow is very close to Human-mama. Also each child drinking milk to sustain growth gets milk from human-mama and substituted with holy mother cow and both provide milk from flesh and blood whether human-mama or holy cow mother. Vegan game is over. Ask them if they push the pig bone in the mouth of infants. What the fools will cause? Choke the infants to death. Drop by drop infant relish Holy Mother’s cow milk which is plenty and sufficient for most infants. Well cow’s milk is close to the human’s mama milk and is the reason for building face tissues, eyes, skin, muscles, bones and growth with that blessed milk containing all nutrients, calcium and protein. Well an infant does not have teeth, cannot chew and, therefore, by arrangement of Bhagwan Sri Krishn milk is the exclusive diet for all infants on our planet earth. Bhagwan Sri Krishn had exhibited the past times carrying Gau-Matas in the jungles of Gokul-Vrindavan as a cowherd boy with Sri Balram and other cowherd boys as His friends. That is why we call Sri Krishn Bhagwan with His childhood name Gopal, the caretaker of Holy Mother Cows. These are the greatest assets for keeping up with the humans’ survival.

Well our Master had chided this fabricated person David who had started misleading Americans by starting a newly formed Vegan society so people will be intimidated against the Vegetarian life style. This is what he told our Master when encountered “Oh, Vegan don’t drink milk and its by-products because it comes from the flesh and blood, Vegan also do not eat eggs.”

Well our Master blasted David by saying: “Sure; he was misleading big times ignoramuses so they do not forsake Bible methods and its studies.” Our Master spoke to the President of Vegan society, “You were creating false propaganda giving the impression that Vegetarians were fond of eating eggs. Though you knew well Vegetarians were emphasizing in sixties and seventies that one must not eat no meat, no fish, and no eggs. This prompted you to start the independent Vegan society just to counter American youths to change over to Krishn consciousness. Thus, you created your phony scheming giving ideas to your Vegans’ members as if Vegans were on higher pedestal than vegetarians were. David, now listen and pay heed. First, vegetarians are strictly vegetarians and they do not eat eggs. Second, did you drink your Mama’s milk as an infant?”

OH, WELL DAVID WAS CORNERED.

Our Master asked, “Is milk from human-mama not coming from flesh and blood by nature law? Is it not the same phenomena to all women across the globe regardless of color, breed, nationality, speech, cast, creed, beliefs, and religion affiliation? With your Vegan society, you tried to deceive your members even the Natural Universal Laws. Does a child need milk or apple in the mouth? Try to feed the apple to an infant; you will choke him/her to death.”

David spoke his mind that milk came from abused cows. They fed growth hormones in cows’ feed and injected with estrogens.

Well our Master agreed the abuse. Then he asked David, “What it had to do with your Vegans’ negative propaganda luring members by such false statement that Vegans do not drink milk and milk’s by-products because milk comes from flesh and blood. This is absolutely against the Natural Laws. As explained earlier the human-mama is live full of flesh and blood. Most infants will die in the absence of milk. Therefore, your society is totally misleading its members by giving false impression against the very natural laws sustaining all lives on planet earth. Naturally, by drinking the milk of human-mama and or holy mother cow, do you cut their heads?”

Our Master asked David, “Is it the mistake of nature or cows that demoniac humans abuse cows? Nature by the arrangements of God Sri Krshn has provided plenty of cows to provide milk to all infants. If humans abuse the system then you must go after those who are doing violence against Holy Cows rather lure members with wrong propaganda as explained. This can stop immediately if you catch the source of “violence and abuse,” inflicted upon the animals. You know consciously that the clear source is Bible and Koran, which have prompted their believers and faithfuls to eat what they call soulless animals. Well that is the underlying problem. You have done a very serious manipulation against humanity depriving them the Truth of Natural Laws by implanting Vegan society. Under the Vegan scheming ideas, you have locked them up in Bible methods rather exposing that Bible is the single most source prompting believers to enjoy Bar-be-que. Rather exposing the basis of abuse of animals, you preferred to twist the real issue by confusing with the words: ‘since animals come from flesh and blood, Vegans do not drink milk and eat its by-products,’ as if you were one step over the Vegetarian concept of Holy Cow.”

Our Master told David to go to India and learn the art of cooking for various products and sweets made out of milk instead of depriving them with the consistency of Natural Laws.

Our Master had published many years ago a book on Natural Human Diet vs. Vegetarians/non-Vegetarian vs. Vegans. The truth is that all humans must subsist upon the Natural diet. Brits when they entered in India were shocked to see that most people of India were subsisting upon Natural diet. Brits were meat eaters and never had heard that a country who they wanted to subdue into Christianity was having great regard and compassion for animals, not killing and not eating shocked them in their consciousness; confused them and even made some arrogant military personnel angry for not subsisting on the dead bodies of the murdered animals. Here it was a great challenge for Christianity to seep into Nature Worshippers. Well to answer back in England and for the sake of news media, they simply devised two categories of food: Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian. Animals are not the food for humans due to bodily structure.

To devotees of ISKCON and other confused people: The question arises, if everything is O.K., and then there is no need for Bhagwan’s (God’s) appearance from time to time. Do not make a mockery of Dharm science. You are also adding negative Karma i.e. Karm by supporting those institutions subscribing to killing so called soulless animals and eating them too.

HUMANS’ BODIES DESIGNED SIMILAR TO HARBIVORE

ANIMALS BY THE ARRANGEMENTS OF ALMIGHTY:

•  Human and herbivore do not have claws like carnivore.

•  Human and herbivore perspire through skin pores while carnivore through the tongue.

• Flat rear molars in human and herbivore are for chewing while carnivore has sharp grinding teeth.

• Carnivore has 20 times stronger stomach’s acid to digest hard toxic substance like other animals’ flesh, while human and herbivore has 1/20 the strength of hydrochloric acid in comparison to carnivore’s stomach acid.

•Intestinal tract  in both human and herbivore is 12 times the body length while carnivore has only 3 times his body length so that he can pass the toxic substances quickly before he gets cancer of the stomach and or cancerous polyps of the intestinal.

“WHAT AN (OFFAL) AWFUL WAY TO DIE!”

IS GOD TO BE BLAMED OR THOSE HUMANS WHO HAVE DECIDED TO REMAIN IGNORANT UNDER THE SPELL OF THE SEMITIC TEXTS?

In 1814, 2nd US President Mr. John Adams, who had accepted the Hindu way of life, wrote to the third President of the USA, “The Sage of Monticello,” Thomas Jefferson, about the doctrine of the science of birth and death (reincarnation). After revolting against the Supreme Being, some souls were hurled, John Adams wrote, “down to the region of total darkness.” They were then, the statement said, “released from prison, permitted to ascend to earth and migrate into all sorts of animals, reptiles, birds, beasts, and men, according to their rank and character, and if they passed without reproach their several graduation, they were permitted to become cows and men. IF AS MEN, THEY BEHAVED WELL… THEY WERE RESTORED TO THEIR ORIGINAL RANK AND BLISS IN HEAVEN.” Letters to Thomas Jefferson, March 1814, Correspondence of John Adams.

Let us analyze in detail, the meaning behind Mr. John Adams’ letter to Mr. Thomas Jefferson:

First, understand the evolution is taking place in our daily life (Read further in the end). The evolution is of soul’s consciousness, not of matter. Matter is dead –lifeless. As long as the driver is in the automobile, the automobile can be driven. Once he comes out of the automobile, the automobile is dead. Similarly, human body or animal body is dead, without the presence of driver (soul). Soul is gone, i.e. the person living in that particular body is now gone, left behind nine (9)-gate material body. Nature Worshippers have always cremated dead bodies because all elements merge into nature. They are fire-to-fire, air to air, water to water, earth to earth, ether to ether. Vedas state that the material body consists of fiv

Was Akbar Great?

Subject: Was Akbar Great?

A new tele-serial have just started on television on Love story of Jodha Akbar, Peaceful reign of Akbar. The brain behind this serial wants to prove that Akbar was a symbol of Hindu-Muslim unity, as he married Hindu princess. But in reality Rajputs of those days have lost the legacy and self pride of their fore-fathers Baapa Rawal and Maharana Sanga except Maharana Pratap who did not send his daughter to Akbar’s Harem but also challenged Akbar in Haldi Ghati with his limited resources and manpower. Maharana Pratap self pride accepted hard life in Jungles instead of seats in Akbar’s durbar. I am providing references from Book Akbar the great Mougal (1542-1605) published in 1917 by Historian Vincent Smith, an English historian which proves that Akbar was a fanatic of radical belief, merciless to enemy, anti Hindu in mindset, drunkard and arrogant .

Akbar earned title of Ghazi by killing already half dead Hindu King Hemu and celebrated his victory by making tower by heads of slain.

Hemu’s artillery, which had been sent on in advance was captured by the vanguard of Akbar’s army in a preliminary engagement. But, even after that loss, the Hindu general still possessed an immense superiority of strength. He relied especially on his 1,500 war elephants, in accordance with ancient Hindu tradition. Each army was drawn up in three divisions. On November 5 Hemu succeeded in throwing both the right and the left wings of his opponents into confusion, and sought to make his victory decisive by bringing all his ‘ mountain-like elephants ‘ to bear on the centre of the enemy, commanded by Khan Zaman. Probably he would have won but for the accident that he was struck in the eye by an arrow which pierced his brain and rendered him unconscious. An Indian army never could survive the loss of its leader, on whose life its pay depended.

Hemu’s soldiers at once scattered in various directions and made no further attempt at resistance. Hemu’s elephant, which had fled into the jungle, was brought back by Shah Kuli Khan Mahram, and its unconscious rider was placed before the Protector and Akbar, who had ridden up. During the battle the young prince had been kept at a safe distance in the rear, and Bairam Khan had left the conduct of the fight to his lieutenants.

Bairam Khan desired Akbar to earn the title of Ghazi, Executor Slayer of the Infidel, by fleshing his sword on the captive. The boy naturally obeyed his guardian and smote Hemu on the neck with his scimitar. The bystanders also plunged their swords into the bleeding corpse. Hemu’s head was sent to Kabul to be exposed, and his trunk was gibbeted at one of the gates of Delhi.

The pursuit of the defeated army being vigorously pressed, the victors next day, without halting, marched straight to Delhi, which opened its gates to Akbar, who made his entry in state. Agra also passed into his possession. In accordance with the ghastly custom of the times, a tower was built with the heads of the slain. Immense treasures were taken from the family of Hemu and his aged father was executed.

Akbar married Bairam khan’s wife who was his protector and raised him from childhood.

In 1557-8, the Bairam ladies of the royal family arrived safely from Kabul and Khan rejoined Akbar at Mankot. Akbar marched out a stage to Salima meet them, and was much comforted by the reunion; Begam from Mankot the army marched to Lahore, halting on the way at Jalandhar, where Bairam Khan married Salima

Begam, an accomplished young lady, the daughter of

Humayun’s sister, and consequently a grand-daughter of

Babur and cousin of Akbar. After the fall of Bairam Khan, Akbar married her himself. She lived until 1612, and always ranked as one of the most important ladies of the court.

Merciful Akbar?

Akbar’s annexations were the result of ordinary kingly ambition supported by adequate power. The attack, devoid of moral justification, on the excellent government of Rani Durgavati was made on the principle which determined the subsequent annexations of Kashmir, Ahmadnagar, and other kingdoms. Akbar felt no scruples about initiating a war, and once he had begun a quarrel he hit hard and without mercy. His better nature made itself felt after victory had been secured. Until then his proceedings were much the same as those of other able, ambitious, and ruthless kings.

Rani Durgavati made a gallant defense, but many of her fate soldiers, apparently terrified by the might of the invader, deserted and left her to fight the enemy with inadequate forces. Her final stand was made between Garha and Mandla, now in the Jabalpur District. Mounted on a mighty elephant, she led her men with the utmost bravery until disabled by two wounds from arrows. Choosing death rather than dishonor, she stabbed herself to the heart, so that her end was as noble and devoted as her life had been useful’

Killing of Kafirs nothing more than a play

An extraordinary incident which occurred in April while the royal camp was at Thanesar, the famous Hindu place of at pilgrimage to the north of Delhi, throws a rather unpleasant Thanesar upon Akbar’s character. The sanyasis, or fakirs, who assembled at the holy tank, were divided into two parties, which Abu-1 Fazl calls Kurs and Puris. The leader of the latter complained to the king that the Kurs had unjustly occupied the accustomed sitting-place of the Puris, who were thus debarred from collecting the pilgrims’ alms. Neither party would listen to friendly counsel. Both factions begged permission that the dispute might be decided by mortal combat. The desired leave having been granted, the hostile crowds drew up in line, and the fight began with swords, one man on each side advancing in braggart fashion and starting the fray. Swords were discarded for bows and arrows, and these again for stones.

Akbar, seeing that the Puris were outnumbered, gave the

signal to some of his more savage followers to help the

Weaker party. The reinforcement enabled the Puris to

drive the Kurs into headlong flight. The vanquished were pursued and a number of the wretches sent to annihilation. The dead are said to have been about twenty. The chronicler unctuously adds that ‘ the holy heart, which is the colourist of destiny’s worship, was highly delighted with this sport. The other historians tell us that the numbers originally engaged were two or three hundred on one side and five hundred on the other, so that with the reinforcement the total came to about a thousand. The author of the Tabakat agrees with Abu-1 Fazl that ‘ the Emperor greatly enjoyed the sight

It is disappointing to find that a man like Akbar could

encourage such sanguinary sport and even wantonly

sacrifice the lives of his own soldiers who had no interest in the quarrel.

Massacres by Akbar at Chittodgarh

The jauhar sacrifice completed before the final capture

of the fortress was on a large scale, although far smaller massacres than on previous occasions, if the traditional numbers can and be believed. The fires were kindled in three distinct places, belonging respectively to members of the Sisodia, Rathod and Chauhan clans. Nine queens, five princesses, their daughters, as well as two infant sons, and all the chieftains families who happened not to be away on their estates perished either in the flames or in the assault. Abu-1 Fazl estimates that three hundred women were burnt. During the course of the following morning, when Akbar made his entry, eight thousand Rajputs, vowed to death, sold their lives as dearly as possible and perished to a man.

Akbar, exasperated by the obstinate resistance offered to his arms, treated the garrison and town with merciless severity. The eight thousand Rajput soldiers who formed the regular garrison having been zealously helped during the siege by 40,000 peasants, the emperor ordered a general massacre, which resulted in the death of  30,000. Many, however, were spared and made prisoners.

It is said that Akbar estimated the total of the Rajput dead by collecting and weighing the ‘Brahmanical cords ‘(janeo or zandr), which it is the privilege and obligation of high caste men to wear. The recorded amount was 74|- mans of about eight pounds each.

Akbar drunken freak

A queer story related by Abu-1 Fazl describes an incident which happened at or near Surat. One night, we are told, there was a select drinking-party, and the talk turned upon the disregard for life shown by the heroes of Hindostan. It was said that two Rajput rivals would run from opposite sides against the points of a double-headed spear, or two spears, held by third parties, so that the points would transfix both of the rivals and come out at their backs; Akbar, who could not pretend to have a rival, announced, to the horror of his fellow revelers, that he would fight his sword. He fixed the hilt into the wall, and was about to

transfix himself by rushing against the point, when Raja Man Singh ‘ with the foot of fidelity ‘ kicked down the sword, and in doing so cut his sovereign’s hand. Akbar promptly knocked down Man Singh and squeezed him hard. Saijdd Muzaffar, one of the merry party, was obliged to go so far as to twist Akbar’s injured finger, in order to make him loosen his hold on the throat of Man Singh, whom he would have choked in his rage. The opportune wrench opened Akbar’s wound, but that soon healed. Akbar must have been shockingly drunk. He appears to have had the good sense not to resent the rough measures by which his friends saved him from himself, and it is wonderful that two historians should have had the candor to record the scandalous affair.

Although the uncritical panegyrists of Akbar make no mention of his drunken bouts, and his published sayings include phrases condemnatory of excess in wine, it is certain that for many years he kept up the family tradition and often drank more than he could carry.

Inhuman torture by Akbar

Cruel On the arrival of the emperor at his capital, Husain Kuli Khan (Khan Jahan) waited on him with his prisoners. The eyes of Masud Husain Mirza had been sewn up, and Akbar was credited with kindness because he directed them to be opened. The other prisoners, nearly three hundred in number, met with little mercy. They were brought before Akbar with the skins of asses, hogs, and dogs drawn over their faces. Some of them were executed with various ingenious tortures, and some were released. It is disgusting to find a man like Akbar sanctioning such barbarities. His philosophy sometimes failed to curb the tendency to cruelty which he inherited from his Tartar ancestors. The severities practiced did not finally extirpate the Mirza trouble, which soon broke out again in Gujarat.

Always it was Gain of Islam

Badaoni, the historian, who was then one of Akbar’s court chaplains or Imams, had begged leave of absence to join in the holy war, in which he took part as a follower of Asaf Khan. His description of the battle is the most detailed and accurate extant. He enjoyed himself, in spite of the scorching heat and air like a furnace which made men’s brains boil in their skulls. At one stage in the fierce struggle Badaoni asked Asaf Khan how he could distinguish between the friendly and the enemy Rajputs, and was assured in reply that he could not do wrong if he shot, as sportsmen say, ‘ into the brown ‘, because, as the commander cynically

Observed, ‘ On whichever side they may be killed, it will be a gain to Islam ‘.

Badaoni gladly took the advice, and was soothed by an inward conviction that he had attained the reward due to one who fights against infidels. He also had the pleasure of observing that the son of Jaimall, the hero of Chitor went to hell and that there was much other ‘ good riddance of bad rubbish.

There are many such instances from life history of Akbar to support our stand.

Even if intellectual terrorists draw him as peace loving and popular king of Hindu majority of country but they cannot change the History by their cheap methods.

When Corporations rule the World

From: devindersingh < >

Subject: When Corporations rule the World

Extract from chapter X of the book:

Funds generated by businesses (by which I mean profits, funds in business foundations and contributions from individual businessmen) must rush by multinationals to the aid of liberty….to funnel desperately needed funds to scholars, social scientists, writers, and journalists who understand the relationship between political and economic liberty. – William Simon, former secretary of the US Treasury Department.

U.S. corporations Entered the 1970s besieged by a serious economic challenge from Asia and a rebellious anti consumerist youth culture. Their dream of global hegemony in tatters they mobilized their collective political resources to regain control of the political and cultural agenda. Their methods included a combination of sophisticated marketing techniques, old-fashioned vote-buying, funding for ideologically aligned intellectuals, legal action, and many of the same grassroots mobilization techniques that environmental and consumer activists had used against the corporations during the 1960s and the 1970s. The Major goals were deregulation, economic globalization, and limitation of corporate liability – in short, to enlarge corporate rights and reduce corporate responsibilities. And their campaign continues in full force.

In a 1980 speech, PLF’s (Pacific Legal Foundation – a business-organized and funded legal center created in 1973) managing attorney Raymond Momboisse turned reality on its head by attacking environmentalists for their “selfish self-centered motivation…; their ability to conceal their true aims in lofty sounding motives of public interest; their indifference to injury they inflict on masses of mankind; their ability to manipulate the law and the media; and, most of all, their power to inflict monumental harm on society”.

In 1970, only a handful of Fortune 500 companies had public affairs offices in Washington; by 1980 more than 80 percent did.

In the United States, the 170,000 public relations employees engaged in manipulating news, public opinion, and public policy to serve the interests of paying clients now outnumber actual news reporters by bout 40,000 – and the gap is growing (Published 2001). These firms will provide paid operatives posing as “housewives” (Tina Ambani?) to present corporate views in public meetings, and place favorable news items and co-ed pieces in the press. A 1990 study found that almost 40 percent of the news content in a typical U.S. newspaper originates from public-relations press releases, story memos, and suggestions. According to the Columbia Journalism Review, more than half of The Wall Street Journal’s news stories are based solely on press releases.

Corporate libertarianism – an ideology whose claims and promises are as false and self-serving as the claims of cigarette companies that nicotine is not addictive and cigarette smoke poses no health hazard – has become the dominant philosophy of our political culture and of our most powerful institutions.

— In TheBecoming@yahoogroups.com, “devindersingh” wrote:

Further extract from chapter IV of the book by David C. Korten:

Much of America’s history has been shaped by a long and continuing struggle for sovereignty between people and corporations. Corporate interests have figured prominently in how the United States has defined its national interests. Even as its economic power declined compared with that of Japan and Europe, the United States remained the dominant player in shaping international institutions such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the World Trade Organization. As we shall see in following chapters, corporate interests have figured prominently in how the United States has defined its national interest in relation to these and other global institutions. Thus the history of corporate power in the United States is more than purely national significance. America was born of revolution against the abusive power of the British kings and the chartered corporations used by the crown to maintain control over colonial economies.

The English Parliament, which during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries was made up of wealthy landowners, merchants, and manufacturers, passed many laws intended to protect and extend their private monopoly interests. One set of laws, for example, required that all goods imported to the colonies from Europe or Asia first pass through England. Similarly, specified products exported from the colonies also had to be sent first to England. The Navigation Acts required that all goods shipped to or from the colonies be carried on English or colonial ships manned by English or colonial crews. Furthermore, although they had the necessary raw materials, the colonists were forbidden to produce their own caps, hats, and woolen and iron goods. Raw materials were shipped from the colonies to England for manufacture, and the finished products were returned to the colonies.

These practices were strongly condemned by Adam Smith in The Wealth of Nations. Smith saw corporations, much as he saw governments, as instruments for suppressing the beneficial competitive forces of the market. His condemnation of corporations was uncompromising. He specifically mentioned them twelve times in his classic thesis, and not once did he attribute any favorable quality to them. Typical is his observation that: “It is to prevent this production of price, and consequently of wages and profit, by restraining that free competition which would most certainly occasion if, that all corporations, and the greater part of corporation law, have been established”.

It is noteworthy the publication of The Wealth of Nations and the signing of the U.S. Declaration of independence both occurred in 1776. Each was, in its way, a revolutionary manifesto challenging the abusive control of markets to capture unearned profits and inhibit t local enterprise. Smith and the American colonists shared a deep suspicion of both state and corporate power. The U.S. Constitution instituted the separation of governmental powers to create a system of checks and balances that was carefully crafted to limit opportunities for the abuse of state power. It makes no mention of corporations, which suggests that those who framed it did not foresee or intend that corporations would have a consequential role in the affairs of the new nation.

The Corporations that were chartered were kept under watchful citizen and governmental control. The power to issue corporate charters was retained by the individual state rather than being given to the federal government so that it would remain as close as possible to citizen control. Many provisions were included in corporate charters and related laws that limited use of the corporate vehicle to amass excessive personal power. The early chapters were limited to a fixed number of years and required that the corporation be dissolved if the charter were not renewed. Generally, the corporate charter set limits on the corporation’s borrowing, ownership of land, and sometimes, even its profits. Members of the corporation were liable in their personal capacities for all debts incurred by the corporation during their period of membership. Large and small investors had equal voting rights, and interlocking directorates were outlawed. Furthermore, a corporation was limited to conducing only those business activities specifically authorized in its charter. Charters only those business activities specifically authorized in its charter. Charters often included revocation clauses. State legislators maintained the sovereign right to withdraw the charter of any corporation that in their judgment failed to serve the public interest, and they kept close watch on corporate affairs. By 1800, only some 200 corporate charters had been granted by the states.

In the nineteenth century an active legal struggle emerged between corporations and civil society regards the right of the people, through their state governments, to revoke or amend corporate charters. Action by state legislators to amend, revoke, or simply fail to renew corporate charters was fairly common throughout the first half of the century. However, this right came under attack in 1819 when New Hampshire attempted to revoke the charter issued by Dartmouth College by Kind George III before U.S. independence. The Supreme Court overruled the revocation on the ground that the charter contained no reservation or revocation clause.

Outraged citizens, who saw this decision as an attack on state sovereignty, insisted that a distinction be made between a corporation and the property rights of an individual. They argued that corporations were created not by birth but by the pleasure of state legislatures to serve a public good. Corporations were therefore public, not private, bodies, and elected state legislators thereby had an absolute legal right to amend or repeal their charters at will. The public outcry led to a significant strengthening of the legal powers of the states to oversee corporate affairs.

As late as 1855, in Dodge v. Woolsey the Supreme Court affirmed that the constitution confers no inalienable rights on a corporation, ruling that the people of the states have not released their power over the artificial bodies which originate under the legislation of their representatives… Combinations of classes in society…united by the bond of a corporate spirit…unquestionably desire limitations upon the sovereignty of the people…But the framers of the Constitution were imbued with no desire to call into existence such combinations.

Creating a Hindu Vote Bank is the top priority of the present day.

From Babu Suseelan < >

Creating a Hindu Vote Bank is the top priority of the present day.

The Hindus of Bharat realize, and are angry, that they are being humiliated by Muslims in different places. They are also angry that the political parties are supporting the Muslims in their mischievous anti Hindu activities. And still it is strange that when election comes, the same oppressed Hindus vote for the same political party or the same person who has humiliated them. All the elected Muslim representatives, who so ever party they belong to, are anti Hindus; and work for the betterment of Islam (which is anti-Vedic) in Bhaarat. They hate Hindus openly, and brazenly insult Hindus by their anti Hindu and pro-Islam activities. Yet strangely enough they get elected in next election by the votes of the same Hindus who are humiliated by the Muslim leaders.

How this phenomenon happens? It so happens because there is not a single political party or a Hindu leader who guides the Hindus in this issue. (However, at this time in 2013, there is hope for the Hindus with Baba Ramdev ji. -Skanda987.)  Everybody and every party is blindly chanting the mantra of secularism which compels the forgetful and helpless Hindus to oversee the misdeeds of the Muslim leaders and pro-Muslim parties; and they vote for them. The Hindus are rather bullied to vote for Muslims. For this the pro-Muslim parties, the secular leaders, secular parties, secular media, secular administration and secular intellectuals, and as a whole our secularism in our constitution, are responsible. (Secularism is a Western medicine of Europe against Christianity. We do not need that secularism because we the Vedics are inherently tolerant of all the tolerant faiths. -Skanda987.)

What should a Hindu activist do in this respect? He should strive for creating a Hindu Vote bank. He should go door to door and request a Hindu to vote only for him who promises to work for Hindu interest. A Hindu voter should be prepared to ask a simple question to his candidate before election. That is, “whom will you support when there is an act of anti Hindu incidence committed by a Muslim, the oppressor/aggressor Muslim or the oppressed/victim Hindus? This question should be asked preferably in a public gathering and the answer should be published in the local news paper. If the answer is in favor of the Hindus then the Hindus should vote for the same candidate which so ever party he belongs to. If the answer is negative, the Hindus should discard the candidate which so ever party he may belong to. A Hindu activist should tell the Hindu voters that they should not vote for a Muslim candidate which so ever party he may belong to. This is because a Muslim candidate can never work for the interest of the Hindu, reason being it is against the Quran to act favorably towards non-Muslims.
