पुष्पेन्द्र जी बताते है कैसे Article ३५० और ३५ए हटा ई जा शकती है।
किन्तु SC जो करना चाहिये वो क्युं नहि करती है?

Article ३७० और ३५ ए को लोकसभा और राज्य सभा मे लाये के बिना संविधान मे डाला गया था, जो गलत रास्ता था। तो मेरा ये मानना है कि गलत रास्ते से डाले हुवे ३७० और् ३५ ए को निकालने के लिये उसको लोकसभा या राजसभा मे लाने की जरूफ़त नहि होनि चाहिये। राष्ट्रपती उसको एक मिनट मे निकाल शकते है.

तो वे ऐसा करे वो दबाव उनपर प्रजा लाए।
