An Affidavit for Quitting Islam

[ ] a public or private meeting of respectable Vedic people

that I renounce Islam religion and culture.

The reasons for quitting Islam are:

My ancestors were Hindus who were forcefully converted to Islam. As there is now no force in free and democratic India for anyone to hold on to a particular religion, I feel there is no reason for me to hold on to my current Islamic faith.

India is a land of the Vedic dharma and culture since many millenniums. Islam has invaded here with force and brutality. My Hindu ancestors loved this land, its dharma and culture which were taken away from them by forcefully converting them under threat of death, and worse. I am born in this land and now want to return to my original ancestral Vedic religion and culture which my ancestors were denied.

While Gita (Hindu dharma) gives a lot of freedom of thought, speech and action, Islam (Koran, Hadith and Sira) does not give any such freedom

From now on I and my immediate family

will not visit any mosque, madressa, mullah, imam, or any Islamic religious authority like the Muslims do

will not visit to any Islamic pilgrimage place for religious purpose.

will not read Koran or Hadith as a faithful Muslims, and will not go to listen the recitation of Koran

will not celebrate any Muslim holidays

will not participate in celebration of any Muslim holiday

will not circumcise my children unless necessary for any health reason

will not behave like a Muslim in the social events like birth, death, marriage, divorce, etc.

will uphold and respect the common law of the Vedic land, and will not ask for any separate law as the Muslims ask for Shari’a

will give up dressing like a Muslim

will give up typical Muslim manners

may not convert to any religion, but if I do, I will choose a dharma (e.g. Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Bhakta, or Buddha dharma) that is grown in this Vedic land

will respect genuine Vedic gurus, saadhus and scriptures like the Vedas, Upanishads, 18 Puranas, six Darshan Shastras, many Smritis, Ramayan, Mahabharat, Gita, Tirukural, etc. I understand that Bhagavad Gita is the Book of Hindu dharma, and Hindu dharma is universal for mankind

will respect all Vedic Devas, Devies, or God

will respect the Vedic pilgrimage places, rivers like Ganga, Yamuna etc., mountains like Himalaya, Kailash, etc., temples like Jagannath, Dwarika, etc.
