Subject: What Harm Gandhi Did to India
Arun: I would like to know what harm was done to India by Gandhi.
Gandhi is the architect of HALF-baked partition. He tried to block partition that was good. When he failed to do so (which is not his fault) as Jinnah and Nehru could not be made to compromise, Gandhi went on to commit the greatest BLUNDER by insisting on half-baked partition. He also ignored the injunction of Qur’an, which calls upon Muslims to create a pure Islamic society. It is Gandhi who is responsible for getting millions of non-Muslims stuck in an Islamic state [W. Pakistan was left with about 25% non-Muslims and East Pakistan was left with about 45% non-Muslims]. What a nightmare! Millions of non-Muslims have suffered in Pakistan in various ways. Today Pakistan has less than 5% non-Muslims living under Islamic sword. In Bangladesh, it is about 25% non-Muslims (down from 45% in 1947) who can be raped and murdered any time. They are basically at the mercy of Muslims. India was left with about 15% Muslims in 1947 (with special protection under our pseudo-secular constitution, getting more so from time to time), and that % is about the same today. Muslims in tilting majority in many constituencies in India call more shots in India than any other group; and our policies are meant to protect, enrich and enhance pseudo-secularism. Gandhi’s double standard (he even asked Muslims to kill as many Hindus as they would like) is the father of pseudo-secularism as well.
