⭕ “समान नागरिक संहिता” (Uniform Civil Code ) का प्रावधान हमारे संविधान में  आरंभ (1950) से ही है और इसे धीरे धीरे लागू करने की अनुशंसा अनुच्छेद 44 में की गयी है । परन्तु मुस्लिम वोट बैंक के लालच में व इमामों के दबाव में तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री नेहरु जी ने अनेक विवादों के बाद भी “समान नागरिक संहिता”  के प्रावधान को संविधान के मौलिक अधिकारों की सूची से हटा कर “नीति निर्देशक तत्वों” में डलवा दिया। परिणामस्वरुप यह विषय न्यायपालिका के अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर हो गया और वह अब केवल सरकार को इस क़ानून को बनाने के लिए परामर्श दे सकती बाध्य नहीं कर सकती। अनेक विवादों के बाद भी सुधार के लिए हिन्दुओ के पर्सनल लॉ होने के उपरांत भी 1956 में  हिन्दू कोड बिल ( Hindu Code Bill ) थोपा गया था। परंतु अन्य धर्मावलंबियों के पर्सनल लॉ को यथावत बनाये रखने की क्या बाध्यता थी जबकि उनमे भी आवश्यक सुधारों की आवश्यकता अभी भी बनी हुई  है। ऐसा क्यों नही हो सका इसका उत्तर धर्मनिरपेक्षता के बुर्के में ढक जायेगा।
⭕यह अत्यधिक दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि पिछले 30- 35 वर्षो में 5 -6 बार उच्चतम न्यायालय ने  समाज में घृणा, वैमनस्यता व असमानता दूर करने के लिए समान कानून को लागू करना आवश्यक माना है फिर भी अभी तक कोई सार्थक पहल नही हो पायी । लगभग 15-20  वर्ष पूर्व में किये गए एक सर्वे के अनुसार भी  84 % जनता इस कानून के समर्थन में थी । इस सर्वे में अधिकांश मुस्लिम माहिलाओं व पुरुषो ने भी भाग लिया था । संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ ने भी सन  2000 में समान नागरिक व्यवस्था के लिये भारत सरकार को  परामर्श दिया था। क्या यह राष्ट्रीय विकास के लिए अनिवार्य नहीं ? क्या “सबका साथ व सबका विकास ” के लिए एक समान कानून व्यवस्था बनें तो इसमें आपत्ति कैसी ?
⭕विश्व में किसी भी देश में धर्म के आधार पर अलग अलग कानून नहीं होते सभी नागरिकों के लिए एक सामान व्यवस्था व कानून होते है। केवल भारत ही एक ऐसा देश है जहां अल्पसंख्यक  समुदायों के लिए पर्सनल लॉ बनें हुए है। जबकि हमारा संविधान अनुच्छेद 15 के अनुसार धर्म, लिंग, क्षेत्र व भाषा आदि के आधार पर समाज में भेदभाव नहीं करता और एक समान व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करता है। परंतु संविधान के अनुच्छेद 26 से लेकर 31 तक से कुछ  ऐसे व्यवधान है जिससे हिंदुओं के सांस्कृतिक -शैक्षिक-धार्मिक संस्थानों व धार्मिक ट्रस्टो को विवाद की स्थिति में शासन द्वारा अधिग्रहण किया जाता आ रहा है । जबकि अल्पसंख्यकों के संस्थानों आदि में विवाद होने पर शासन कोई हस्तक्षेप नही करता….यह विशेषाधिकार क्यों ?
⭕ इसके अतिरिक्त एक और विचित्र व्यवस्था संविधान में की गई कि  अल्पसंख्यको को अपनी धार्मिक शिक्षाओं को पढ़ने की पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता रहेगी । जबकि संविधान सभा ने  बहुसंख्यक हिन्दूओं के लिए यह धारणा मान ली कि वह तो अपनी धर्म शिक्षाओं को पढ़ाते ही रहेंगे। अतः हिन्दू धर्म शिक्षाओं को पढ़ाने को संविधान में लिखित रुप में प्रस्तुत नही किये जाने का दुष्परिणाम आज तक हिन्दुओं को भुगतना पड़ रहा है।
⭕हमारे संविधान में अल्पसंख्यकों को एक ओर तो उनको अपने धार्मिक कानूनों (पर्सनल लॉ) के अनुसार पालन करने की छूट है और दूसरी ओर संवैधानिक अधिकार भी बहुसंख्यकों के बराबर ही मिले हुए है। फिर भी विभिन्न राष्ट्रीय योजनाओं और नीतियों जैसे परिवार नियोजन, पल्स पोलियो, राष्ट्रगान, वन्देमातरम् आदि  पर विशेष सम्प्रदाय का विपरीत व्यवहार किसी से छुपा नहीं है । परंतु पर्सनल लॉ के अन्तर्गत  उत्तराधिकार, विवाह, तलाक़ आदि में मुस्लिम महिलाओं का उत्पीड़न अमानवीय अत्याचार कहें तो गलत नहीं होगा।
⭕यह कैसी मुस्लिम धार्मिक कुप्रथा है जिसमे तीन बार तलाक़ की अभिव्यक्ति के अनेक रुपो में से किसी भी एक प्रकार से एक पुरुष अपनी पत्नी को तलाक दे देता है। परंतु उस पीड़ित मुस्लिम महिला जिससे निकाह के समय तीन बार “कुबूल है- कुबूल है -कुबूल है” कहलवाया जाता है , उसकी तलाक़ में कोई सहमति नहीं ली जाती तो क्या यह एकपक्षीय अन्याय नहीं हुआ ?  किसी भूल सुधार व पश्चाताप की स्थिति में (तलाक़ होने के बाद)  पुनः अपने पूर्व पति से निकाह के लिए हलाला जैसी व्यवस्था व्यभिचार को बढ़ावा देकर मानवीय संवेदनाओं का शोषण व चारित्रिक पतन की पराकाष्ठा ही है।अनेक बार हलाला की अत्यंत निंदनीय, व महिला का मानसिक व शारीरिक उत्पीड़न करने वाली रस्में पूरी करने के बाद भी पूर्व पति अपनी तलाक़शुदा पत्नी को पुनः स्वीकार नही करके जलालत की सारी सीमायें लांघ देता है। इसप्रकार सदियों से मुस्लिम महिलाओं को आत्मग्लानि भरा का जीवन जीने को विवश होना पड़ता है। मुस्लिम पुरुषों की ऐसी अधिनायकवादी सोच के कारण सामान्यतः पीड़ित मुस्लिम महिलायें “मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड” को  “मुस्लिम मर्द पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड” कहती है। अधिकाँश कट्टरपंथी व सेक्युलर कहते है कि सरकार को धार्मिक मामलो में हस्तक्षेप करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है। परंतु सरकार का अपने नागरिको को ऐसे अमानवीय अत्याचारों से बचाने का संवैधानिक दायित्व तो है ।
⭕आज के वैज्ञानिक युग में जब आधुनिक समाज चारों ओर अपनी अपनी प्रतिभाओं के अनुसार निरंतर प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर है तो उस परिस्थिति में तलाक़, हलाला व बहुविवाह जैसी अमानवीय कुरीतियों को प्रतिबंधित करना ही होगा। तभी मुस्लिम महिलाओं को व्याभिचार की गंदगी से बचा कर उनके साथ न्याय हो सकेगा और वे एक सामान्य जीवन सम्मान से जी सकेगी ? इसके विरुद्ध  उच्चतम न्यायालय में  एक पीड़ित मुस्लिम महिला शायरा बानो का विवाद विचाराधीन है । आजकल  जहां प्रिंट मीडिया में नित्य बड़े बड़े लेख छप रहें है वही टीवी न्यूज चैनलो पर भी तीन तलाक़ पर बड़ी बड़ी बहसें चल रही है।
⭕परंतु तीन तलाक़ के साथ ही  “समान नागरिक संहिता ” का विरोध करने वाले कट्टरपंथी मुल्लाओं को इन धार्मिक कूरीतियों के प्रति कोई आक्रोश नहीं आता ? अगर उनकी धार्मिक पुस्तकों में ऐसी व्यवस्था है तो उसमें संशोधन करके उन्हें अपने समाज को इससे बाहर निकालना चाहिये। “समान नागरिक संहिता” से इस कुप्रथा का कोई संबंध नहीं फिर भी मुल्लाओं ने मुस्लिम समाज में इसका एक ऐसा भय बना रखा है मानो की भविष्य में उनके शवों को भी दफनाने की प्रथा के स्थान पर कही जलाने की व्यवस्था न हो जाय ?
⭕ इस प्रकार के अज्ञानता से भरे रुढीवादी समाज को “अपना विकास और सबका साथ” तो चाहिए परंतु उसको ठोस आधार देने वाली “समान नागरिक संहिता” स्वीकार नहीं,  क्यों ? यह कहां तक उचित है कि राष्ट्र में सुधारात्मक नीतियों का विरोध केवल इसलिए किया जाय कि कट्टरपंथी मुल्लाओं की आक्रमकता बनी रहें और अमानवीय अत्याचार होते रहें ? जबकि मुस्लिमों को  देश में ढोंगी धर्मनिरपेक्षता के बल पर अनेक लाभकारी योजनाओं से मालामाल किया जाता आ रहा है। फिर भी वे अपनी दकियानूसी धार्मिक मान्यताओं से कोई समझौता तो दूर उसमें कोई दखल भी सहन नहीं करना चाहते।
⭕अनेक प्रकार से अल्पसंख्यकों को निरंतर पोषित करने की नीतियों के लिए सरकार पर दबाव बनाये रखने की मुस्लिम मानसिकता में कभी कोई परिवर्तन होगा ? क्या यह आक्रामकता उनकी भारत को दारुल-इस्लाम बनाने की वर्षो पुरानी घिनौनी महत्वाकांक्षा की ओर एक संकेत तो नहीं ? कुछ मुल्लाओं और मौलवियों ने तलाक़, हलाला व बहुविवाह आदि में संशोधन व सुधार की चर्चाओं में  ऐसा होने पर  देश में गृह युद्ध जैसी स्थिति होने की चेतावनी भी दी है। क्या ऐसी धमकी देना राष्ट्रद्रोह नहीं ?
⭕यहां एक और विचारणीय बिंदु यह भी है कि मुस्लिम समुदाय ने अपराधों पर अपने धार्मिक कानून शरिया को अलग करके भारतीय दंड संहिता को ही अपनाना उचित समझा है। क्योंकि शरिया में अपराधों की सजा का प्रावधान अत्यधिक कष्टकारी है। फिर भी “समान नागरिक संहिता” का विरोध करना इन कट्टरपंथियों का जिहादी जनून है ।
⭕”समान नागरिक संहिता” ऐसी होनी चाहिये जिसका मुख्य आधार केवल भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिये और कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी धर्म, जाति व सम्प्रदाय का हो सभी को सहज स्वीकार हो।जबकी विडम्बना यह है कि एक समान कानून की मांग को साम्प्रदायिकता का चोला पहना कर हिन्दू कानूनों को अल्पसंख्यकों पर थोपने के रुप में प्रस्तुत किये जाने का कुप्रचार किया जा रहा है।
⭕यह बहुत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि 1947 में हुए धर्माधारित विभाजन के पश्चात भी हम आज लगभग 70 वर्ष बाद भी उस विभाजनकारी व समाजघाती सोच को समाप्त न कर सकें बल्कि उन समस्त कारणों को अल्पसंख्यकवाद के मोह में फंस कर प्रोत्साहित ही करते आ रहे है। हमारे मौलिक व संवैधानिक अधिकारो व साथ में पर्सनल लॉ की मान्यताए कई बार विषम परिस्थितियां खड़ी कर देती है , तभी तो उच्चतम न्यायालय  “समान नागरिक संहिता” बनाने के लिए सरकार से बार-बार आग्रह कर रहा है।
⭕”राष्ट्र सर्वोपरि”  की मान्यता मानने वाले सभी यह चाहते है कि एक समान व्यवस्था से राष्ट्र स्वस्थ व समृद्ध होगा और भविष्य में अनेक संभावित समस्याओं से बचा जा सकेगा। यह भी कहना उचित ही होगा कि भविष्य में असंतुलित जनसंख्या अनुपात के संकट से भी बचने के कारण राष्ट्र का धर्मनिरपेक्ष स्वरुप व लोकतांन्त्रिक व्यवस्था भी सुरक्षित रहेगी और जिहादियों का बढ़ता दुःसाहस भी कम होगा ।
⭕अब सरकार का दायित्व है कि इसको लाने के लिए राजनैतिक इच्छाशक्ति के साथ संविधान की मूल आत्मा व सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के विभिन्न निर्णयों के आधार पर एक प्रारुप तैयार करके राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर व्यापक परिचर्चा के माध्यम से इस कानून का निर्माण करवायें। निःसंदेह  आज देश की एकता, अखंडता, सामाजिक व साम्प्रदायिक समरसता के लिए  “समान नागरिक संहिता” को अपना कर विकास के रथ को गति देनी होगी।

“साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव एक मृग मरीचिका”

▶ क्या गांधी जी का देश बताने वाले साम्प्रदायिक सद्भावना की बात करके कभी उस सौहार्द को बना पाएं या गांधी जी भी कभी उस मृग मरीचिका को खोज पायें? अनेक महापुरुषों के कथनों से भी यही सत्य छलकता रहा कि हिन्दू- मुस्लिम एकता संभव नहीं अर्थात साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव कहने व सुनने में अच्छा लगता है पर इसकी दूरी अनन्त है। पाकिस्तान के जनक मोहम्मद अली जिन्नाह ने भी कहा था कि हिन्दू मुस्लिम दो अलग अलग विचारधाराएं है और इनका एक साथ रहना संभव नहीं। जब मुसलमान जिहादी दर्शन का अनुसरण करेंगें और गैर मुस्लिमों पर अत्याचार या उनकी धार्मिक आस्थाओं पर निरंतर आघात करते रहेँगेँ तो कब तक कोई अपने अस्तित्व की रक्षा में उनके विरोध से बचता रहेगा ? अतः ये कैसे कहा जा सकता है कि हमारा देश सदियों से सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव की मिसाल रहा है ? इतिहास को झुठलाया नहीं जा सकता । भारत के कोने कोने में आप मुगलो की बर्बरता के निशान आज भी देख सकते है। क्या साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव के लेखो व भाषणों से कोई इसको समझने के लिए तैयार होगा ? सन 1947 में देश के विभाजन का मूल कारण हिन्दू-मुस्लिम धर्म पर ही आधारित था।

▶आज समाज जागरुक हो गया है। अब असत्य व अन्याय सहकर प्रताड़ित होंते रहने का समय नहीं, हिंदुओं ने एक तरफा हुए अपने ही सगे-संबंधियों के भीषण कत्लेआमो को झेला है । उन्होंने अपनी भीरुता और कायरता से हज़ारों मंदिरो को विंध्वस होते देखा है और साथ ही अपनी व देश की अनन्त सम्पदा को लुटवाया है। अत्याचारों से चीखती -विलखती बहन बेटियों की चीत्कार को आज भी भुलाया नहीं जा सकता। कब तक इतिहास के काले पन्ने सार्वजनिक नहीं किये जायेंगें? एक वर्ग दूसरे वर्ग को लूटता रहें , उनकी बहन बेटियों को उठाता रहें, उसकी दुकान -मकान आदि सम्पति को जलाता रहें तो वो कब तक चुप रहकर क्यों कर सद्भाव की बड़ी बड़ी बातें कर पायेगा ? जबकि “द पॉलिटिक्स ऑफ कम्युनिलिज्म 1989″ की लेखिका एवं मुस्लिम स्कॉलर जैनब बानो के अनुसार यह स्पष्ट होता है कि 75% साम्प्रदायिक दंगों की शुरुआत मुसलमान ही करते है । दशकों पूर्व जब भिवंडी ( महाराष्ट्र) में हुए दंगो पर 14 मई 1970 को जनसंघ के नेता के रुप मे श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने जो कहा उसके कुछ अंश… ” डेढ साल में हुए प्रमुख दंगो के कारणों की जांच एवं उसके विवरण भारत सरकार के द्वारा तैयार एक रिपोर्ट में उपलब्ध है। उस काल मे 23 दंगे हुए और मंत्रालय की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार उन 23 दंगों में से 22 दंगों का प्रारंभ उन लोगों ने किया जो अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के माने जाते है।” (बही पृष्ठ-254)। ऐसे में साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव एक मृग मरीचिका से अधिक और कुछ नही।

▶क्या यह भी सत्य नही है कि स्वतंत्र भारत की वर्तमान राजनीति अल्पसंख्यकों के नाम पर मंत्रालय व आयोग गठन करके वर्षो से नित्य नई नई योजनाओं द्वारा मुसलमानों पर अरबों रुपया लुटाती आ रही है? ऐसी विचित्र परिस्थितियों में अनेक प्रकार से अपने अधिकारों से वंचित होने वाले बहुसंख्यक हिन्दू समाज से यह आशा करें कि वह साम्प्रदायिक सौहार्द के लिए उदाहरण बन कर राष्ट्र की एकता और अखंडता बनायें रखें ? यह भेदभावपूर्ण नीतियां भारतीय राजनीति में एक जोंक की तरह चिपक गई है । इससे क्या हमारे लोकतांन्त्रिक मूल्य स्वस्थ व सुरक्षित रह पायेंगे ?

▶यहां पिछले वर्षों में हुई कुछ घटनाओं का उल्लेख करना भी अनुचित नही । ग्रेटर नोएडा के एक गांव बिसाहडा (दादरी) जिसमे 28 सितम्बर 2015 की रात को धार्मिक आघातों पर हुई घृणा से एक धर्म विशेष (मुसलमान) व्यक्ति की मृत्यु होने से मीडिया व राजनीति को एक धारदार हथियार हाथ लग गया था। समाज की ढोंगी धर्मनिरपेक्षता इस धार को अपने अपने अनुसार उचित अनुचित की फ़िक्र न करते हुए प्रयोग कर रही थी । विभिन्न साहियकारों ने इसके बहाने सरकार को घेरने व उसको बदनाम करने के लिए धीरे धीरे अपने पुरस्कार लौटाने आरंभ कर दिये थे। परंतु उसमें प्रमाण पत्र के साथ साथ मिलने वाली धनराशि भी सम्मलित थी या नही, अभी किसी ने स्पष्ट नहीं किया है। इस प्रकरण को सांप्रदायिकता के परिणाम से हुई हिंसा के लिए उस पर आक्रोश दिखाने का एक नाटक समझा जाये तो अनुचित नही होगा ? क्योंकि इस घटना के सहारे अनेक षड्यंत्रकारी तत्व भारत की छवि को देश-परदेश में धूमिल करके उत्तर प्रदेश की अखिलेश सरकार को कटघरे में खड़े करने के स्थान पर केंद्र में मोदी जी की सरकार पर आरोप-प्रत्यारोप लगाने लगे। इसमें सबसे अधिक सक्रियता उन स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओं ने दिखाई जो नियम विरुद्ध बाहरी देशों के धन पर फल-फूल रही थी और जिनको केंद्रीय सरकार जांच के घेरे में ला रही थी। इन संस्थाओं के कर्ताधर्ताओं ने देश और विदेश में भारत की धर्मनिरपेक्षता और साम्प्रदायिक सद्भावना पर भयंकर संकट का झूठा प्रचार किया। साथ ही अनेक मानवाधिकारवादियों को भी भ्रमित करने में सफल हुए। इन षड्यंत्रकारियों को कुछ माह बाद बिहार के चुनावों में बीजेपी की हार से बड़ा संतोष मिला था। इस प्रकार साम्प्रदायिकता के नाम पर राष्ट्रवाद को झुठलाना एक सामाजिक चुनौती बनती जा रही है।

▶यह भी नही भुलाया जा सकता कि कश्मीर, मालदा, कैराना व शामली के समान देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में मुसलमान अपनी संख्या बढ़ा कर वहां रहने वाले हिन्दुओं पर अनेक दुर्व्यवहार व अत्याचार करते है। जिससे पीड़ित हिन्दू वहां से पलायन करने को विवश हो जाते है। इस प्रकार देश के हज़ारो क्षेत्रो में मुस्लिम बहुल बस्तियां विकसित होती जा रही है। जिनको कोई “मिनी पाकिस्तान” कह देता है कोई “मौहल्ला पाकिस्तान” बना देता है। जबकि विभिन्न हिन्दू बहुल बस्तियों में कम संख्या में रहने वाले मुसलमान भी कभी पीड़ित नही होते बल्कि सहिष्णु हिन्दुओं से प्रेम व सम्मान ही पाते है।

▶राष्ट्रवाद को झुठलाने की एक और घटना जब सितम्बर 2008 में बटला हाउस (दिल्ली) में आजमगढ़ के आतंकियों को मारा गया तो उसमे दिल्ली पुलिस के शूरवीर इंस्पेक्टर के बलिदान को ही संदेहात्मक बना दिया और (छदम्) धर्मनिरपेक्षता के नाम पर मुस्लिम आतंकियो के घर आजमगढ़ जाने की नेताओं में होड़ ही लग गयी थी। यहा तक समाचार आये थे कि उस समय सत्ता के शीर्ष को नियंत्रित करने वाली सोनिया गांधी ने भी आजमगढ़ के आतंकवादियों पर आंसू बहायें थे । सितंबर 2008 की इस घटना के बाद से आज तक आजमगढ़ के कट्टरपंथी मुसलमान और उलेमाओं की टोली जंतर-मंतर (नई दिल्ली) में प्रतिवर्ष सितंबर माह में विरोध प्रदर्शन करके आतंकियों को निर्दोष और हुतात्मा महेश चंद्र शर्मा के बलिदान को व्यर्थ प्रमाणित करना चाहती है। क्या यह कट्टरता साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव बनने देगी ?

▶इससे अधिक भयावह व दर्दनाक घटनायें भी देश में होती रही है पर एक तरफ़ा देखने की प्रवृति का चलन बने रहने से स्वस्थ व निष्पक्ष विचार की सोच लुप्त होती रही है । साम्प्रदायिक सौहार्द की बात कहने वाले केवल कट्टरपंथियों के पक्ष में खड़ें रहकर ढोंगी धर्मनिरपेक्षता की आड़ में उदार हिन्दू समाज व राष्ट्रवाद को कोसने से बाज़ नही आते। अनेक देशद्रोही व मुस्लिम साम्प्रदायिकता के घृणित दुष्प्रभावों के समाचार आते रहते है पर देश के गणमान्य लोगो ने उस पर कभी प्रतिक्रिया नहीं करी । ऐसी अनेक चुभने वाली सूचनायें व समाचार दिलों से निकले नहीं है। हमारा मीडिया उत्तर प्रदेश के मुज़फ्फरनगर , बिजनौर, बरेली, लखनऊ, कानपुर, सहारनपुर,आगरा आदि में हुए पिछले पांच वर्षों के सांप्रदायिक दंगों की स्वस्थ पत्रकारिता से बचता आ रहा है।

इसी प्रकार पश्चिम बंगाल के बर्द्धमान , मालदा व धूलागढ़ आदि में पिछले वर्षों की मुस्लिम साम्प्रदायिकता के नंगे नाच की अनेक घटनाओं पर न जाने किस बोझ तले स्वस्थ पत्रकारिता का परिचय नही मिलता ?

जबकि मुस्लिम आतंकियों व धार्मिक भावनाओं पर आघात पहुँचाने के वशीभूत हुई किसी मस्लिम की मौत पर मीडिया जगत ऐसे व्यवहार करता है मानो कि हिंदू समाज ने मुस्लिम आतंकवादियों से भी बड़ा अपराध कर दिया हो .

▶यह सत्य है कि इस्लाम का जिहादी दर्शन आक्रान्ताओं को ही बढ़ावा देता है जबकि भारतीय दर्शन सद्भाव की बात करके वसुधैव कुटुंबकुम्ब की धारणा को बल देता है ।

परंतु आत्मस्वाभिमान मिटा कर आत्मघात सहकर अपने अस्तित्व को समाप्त करके जिहादियों के दारुल-इस्लाम के सपने को साकार करना या स्वीकार करने का सद्भाव ही भारतीयों को क्यों सिखाया जाता है ?

क्या अफगानिस्तान, पाकिस्तान , बंग्ला देश व कश्मीर में हिन्दुओ को सम्पूर्ण विनाश की ओर ले जा रहें जिहादियों के अंदर बैठे शैतान को कभी कोई नष्ट करने की सोचेगा ? आज पूरी दुनिया इसी जिहादी मानसिकता से जूझ रही है।

मुजफ्फरनगर, बिसाहड़ा, मालदा व धूलागढ़ जैसे काण्ड पुनः न हो इसके लिए किसी की भी धार्मिक भावनाओं पर आघात नहीं हो ऐसा कौन सुनिश्चित करेगा ?

अतः जब तक जिहादी दर्शन व इस्लामिक शिक्षाओं में आवश्यक परिवर्तन नहीं होगा तब तक साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव की बात करना व लिखना मृग मरीचिका ही बनी रहेगी .

As someone who was born in Delhi and lived in the Central government’s housing colonies in New Delhi area, I had no interaction at all with any member of Muslim community in my formative years.

 

The imagery of a Muslim man in my mind was that of Mohammad Rafi, the playback singer with a divine voice, Naushad Saab, the musician who was interviewed multiple times on TV by Tabassum in her famous Doordarshan program called ‘Phool Khiley Hain Gulshan Gulshan’, Nawab Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, the Captain of the Indian cricket team, and of course the crème de la crème among the Indian hockey players- Aslam Sher Khan, Zafar Iqbal and Mohammad Shahid. And then there was this fabulous star of Bollywood who was fading fast and yet he commanded respect from one and all, the thespian Dilip Kumar or Yusuf Khan.

I was asked by an elderly Muslim shopkeeper to close down my free coffee stall. He gently told me that the mood of the people was not upbeat and free coffee distribution would appear offensive to them as India has won the match.

 

Since there was no Muslim boy or girl who was my classmate in school or in college and even when I went to pursue my Master’s degree, I had not shaken hands with a Muslim till I was about 21 years of age.

 

My first interaction with Muslim community was in 1985 in Rampur in central Uttar Pradesh. I was a Trainee Sales Promoter at Foods Specialties Limited (Now Nestle India) and was promoting coffee drinking habit among Indians living in smaller towns.

 

I had set up a small stall outside a Kirana store and was demonstrating to people the easy way of preparing a cup of hot coffee with condensed milk called ‘Milkmaid’. There was this usual hubbub in the market, perhaps the market was called Shadab bazaar, and there were many men and some women who had gathered around my tiny kiosk to learn the art of making instant coffee.

 

By coincidence, an India-Pakistan One day international match too was taking place on the same day. I think it was being played somewhere in Middle-east and Pakistan had bundled out India at a very paltry score. Pakistan’s number one bowler Imran Khan had picked up six wickets and Pakistan was expected to win the match with much ease. There was a sense of excitement in the air. The shopkeepers, nearly all of them Muslims and those loitering around seemed happy to hear the commentary on All India radio.

However, something gloriously unexpected happened in the cricket field and Pakistan batsmen squandered their chance of an easy win and lost to India rather dramatically. And when Kapil Dev clean bowled the last batsman of the Pakistan team, a pall of gloom descended at the Rampur bazaar.

 

I was asked by an elderly Muslim shopkeeper to close down my free coffee stall. He gently told me that the mood of the people was not upbeat and free coffee distribution would appear offensive to them.

 

I still remember feeling terrorized even though no one tried to intimidate me in any manner but the feeling of despondency among the locals of Rampur was very much evident and that made me very scared. This was the question that kept rankling in my mind for Was I in my own country or in an enemy territory? many days after the incidence. I was disappointed with the Muslims of Rampur in the year 1985.

 

Muslim leaders in various parts of Hindustan have made light of the claim that Ram indeed was born at a place where we think he was born. Some of them have even questioned the existence of Ram.

 

I had all along thought that they were my countrymen who believed in Allah instead of believing in Ram like I do. This view was reinforced when I made friends with Khan, my colleague in the PSU oil company at Allahabad. What I also learnt was that his father was a science teacher in Bhagalpur and my friend had four more siblings. Since I and Khan shared a room, I learnt that he, a first-class Engineering graduate, had fixed notions about society and religious practices. He believed that children were God’s gift to mankind and family planning was a funny, phony notion. This coming from a young graduate engineer whose father was a teacher seemed very strange to me. I thought that Khan was a fine, educated young man but with a very conservative mindset.

 

A year later, I got married and I invited Khan and my other colleagues for a meal at my new place. He accepted the offer with enthusiasm. Khan, however, refused to eat the goat meat or chicken that was cooked by my wife. Upon my prodding, Khan said that unless he was convinced that the poultry and the meat were cut in ‘Halal’ way, he would not eat them. He said it in a matter-of-fact manner, without any fuss or inhibition. This reinforced the image of Muslims being very orthodox in my mind, in my subconscious mind at least.

 

And then in 1993, I was posted in Jammu and Kashmir and in my three-year stint in J&K, I was unable to visit Kashmir, a part of my own country due to the terrorism of fundamentalist Muslims who had overtaken the valley. It was clear to me that even if these terrorists were limited to a few hundred, they had the support of the majority of the Muslims residing in the valley. Nearly all the Hindus have driven away from the valley.

 

I left J&K in 1995 and by then I was convinced that wherever Hindus were in minority and Muslims were in majority, Hindus had to live in a state of fear. Even outside India, there was a significant population of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh but by and by the Hindus were reduced to a minuscule minority in Bangladesh and in Pakistan. On the other hand, the percentage of Muslims living in India hasn’t dwindled at all. And I thank God for that.

But what pains me that Hindus are actually living in a state of unease in many a district in West Bengal, Assam and in Kerala wherever Muslims are an overwhelming majority.

I look back in time and I find that a Hindu Prime Minister’s capitulation to the vote bank politics ensured that an old Muslim woman Shah Bano was denied a paltry alimony that she was entitled to receive from her husband, as the concept of alimony was not approved by the tenets of Islam. This after the Supreme Court of India had ruled that the old woman was well within her rights to claim and receive alimony from her ex-husband.

 

I travel back in recent time to find that our civil society torchbearers held rallies to save Afzal Guru, the enemy of the nation, from the hangman’s noose. They held demonstrations and freedom marches in favor of Umar Khalid, the man who raised slogans against our country.

I travel a few weeks back in time and find that Mayawati, a former CM of Uttar Pradesh was boasting that she would field at least one hundred Muslim candidates for the assembly elections, just to prove that she cared for their welfare. And that the poster boys of Congress and Samajwadi party were openly canvassing for the votes of Muslims.

 

As a Hindu and as an Indian, I belonging to the majority community felt that I was being ignored in the process. As if I, a part of the population that comprises 80% of India, didn’t exist.

I also find that the TV commentators keep deriding Yogi Aditya Nath, the newly elected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He is referred to as a ‘Hindu monk’ and a ‘Hindu sanyasi’ by the likes of Tavleen Singh. His choice of clothes and the color of his attire are ridiculed.

 

In the past, I had never advocated that a Ram temple should be built at the site where the mosque was razed to the ground in 2002. I had even sympathized with my Muslim brothers and sisters who felt aggrieved after the disputed structure was felled by overzealous Hindus. But a lot has changed since 2002.

 

The 9/11 happened in the United States and 26/11 happened in Mumbai. The Muslim terrorists have caused havoc in many places in Europe and in Turkey and in Nigeria and even in their own countries like Pakistan and many more.

 

Now my heart has started telling my mind that a temple had stood at that very site in Ayodhya and it was razed to the ground and a mosque built upon the foundation of the temple. So, the Hindus have the right to build a grand temple at the site where a mosque stood till 2002.

My heart yearns for a Ram temple in Ayodhya. I have joined the chorus that “If a Ram temple will not come up in Ayodhya, will it then be built in Azerbaijan?”

 

I am gripped with Islam-o-phobia and I appeal to my Muslim countrymen to help me get rid of it. I ask them to let me have (We the Hindus do not need permission from any anti-Vedic to build Rama temple, or do anything else in our own homeland Hindustan. – Skanda987) my Ram temple. This will assuage my broken heart somewhat.

 

The wounds of Kashmir will not heal until Hindus go back to their homes in the valley but the effect of assault that my mind suffered when the Lordships sat up at midnight to see if Yakub Menon could be saved, would abate.

However, in retaliation, no Hindu has ever questioned if Allah ever existed. This is because we have a deep sense of respect for Allah. (No, the characteristics and qualities and desires of Allah as provided in Koran, Hadith and Sura are not like as given in the Vedic scriptures of Supreme God. We just respect the freedom of thought—that we don’t mind if Muslims think that way about Allah or haven; but as long as they do not impose their will upon us. While Islam does not give freedom to address god with any other name than Allah, we have many names of god. – Skanda987) He is ours as well. In fact, he is as much ours as He is of Muslims.

 

It is the time that a majority of Muslims come out of the stranglehold of their clerics and start a Give It Up hashtag on twitter for giving up the land in Ayodhya.

 

Let this be the end of a controversy and the beginning of a new era.

[A number of online services are charging “divorced” Muslim women thousands of pounds to take part in “halala” Islamic marriages, a BBC investigation has found. Women pay to marry, have sex with and then divorce a stranger, so they can get back with their first husbands.]

 

Farah – not her real name – met her husband after being introduced to him by a family friend when she was in her 20s. They had children together soon afterwards but then, Farah says, the abuse began.

 

“The first time he was abusive was over money,” she tells the BBC’s Asian Network and Victoria Derbyshire program.

 

“He dragged me by my hair through two rooms and tried to throw me out of the house. There would be times where he would just go crazy.”

 

Despite the abuse, Farah hoped things would change. Her husband’s behavior though became increasingly erratic – leading to him “divorcing” her via text message.

 

“I was at home with the children and he was at work. During a heated discussion he sent me a text saying, ‘talaaq, talaaq, talaaq’.”

 

“Triple talaaq” – where a man says “talaaq”, or divorce, to his wife three times in a row – is a practice which some Muslims believe ends an Islamic marriage instantly.

 

It is banned in most Muslim countries but still happens, though it is impossible to know exactly how many women are “divorced” like this in the UK.

 

“I had my phone on me,” Farah explains, “and I just passed it over to my dad. He was like, ‘Your marriage is over, you can’t go back to him.'”

 

Farah says she was “absolutely distraught”, but willing to return to her ex-husband because he was “the love of my life”.

 

She says her ex-husband also regretted divorcing her.

 

This led Farah to seek the controversial practice known as halala, which is accepted by a small minority of Muslims who subscribe to the concept of a triple talaaq.

 

They believe halala is the only way a couple who have been divorced, and wish to reconcile, can remarry.

Halala involves the woman marrying someone else, consummating the marriage and then getting a divorce – after which she is able to remarry her first husband.

 

But in some cases, women who seek halala services are at risk of being financially exploited, blackmailed and even sexually abused.

 

It’s a practice the vast majority of Muslims are strongly against and is attributed to individuals misunderstanding the Islamic laws around divorce.

 

But an investigation by the BBC has found a number of online accounts offering halala services, several of which are charging women thousands of pounds to take part in temporary marriages.

 

‘Desperation’

 

One man, advertising halala services on Facebook, told an undercover BBC reporter posing as a divorced Muslim woman that she would need to pay £2,500 and have sex with him in order for the marriage to be “complete” – at which point he would divorce her.

 

The man also said he had several other men working with him, one who he claims initially refused to issue a woman a divorce after a halala service was complete.

 

There is nothing to suggest the man is doing anything illegal.

 

The BBC contacted him after the meeting – he rejects any allegations against him, claiming he has never carried out or been involved in a halala marriage and that the Facebook account he created was for fun, as part of a social experiment.

 

In her desperation to be reunited with her husband, Farah began trying to find men who were willing to carry out a halala marriage.

 

“I knew of girls who had gone behind families’ backs and had it done and been used for months,” she says.

 

“They went to the mosque, there was apparently a designated room where they did this stuff and the imam or whoever offers these services, slept with her and then allowed other men to sleep with her too.”

 

But the Islamic Sharia Council in East London, which regularly advises women on issues around divorce, strongly condemns halala marriages.

 

“This is a sham marriage, it is about making money and abusing vulnerable people,” says Khola Hasan from the organization.

 

“It’s haram, it’s forbidden. There’s no stronger word I can use. There are other options, like getting help or counselling. We would not allow anyone to go through with that. You do not need halala, no matter what,” she adds.

Farah ultimately decided against getting back with her husband – and the risks of going through a halala marriage.

 

But she warns there are other women out there, like her, who are desperate for a solution.

“Unless you’re in that situation where you’re divorced and feeling the pain I felt, no-one’s going to understand the desperation some women feel.

 

“If you ask me now, in a sane state, I would never do it. I’m not going to sleep with someone to get back with a man. But at that precise time, I was desperate to get back with my ex-partner at any means or measure.”

सुरेश चव्हाणके ने इसके बाद बताया “मैं 12 साल से लगातार जिहादियों की करतूत बताता आया हूँ, बसपा भी चली गयी, केंद्र में कांग्रेस रही, सपा भी यूपी में रही, पर कभी जिहादियों पर कारवाही नहीं की गयी . पर मैंने संभल में जिहादियों की करतूत दिखाई और योगी जी ने रात को 3 बजे, रातों रात 20 जिलों से पुलिस संभल में भेजी, और 18 जिहादियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया, और 450 से अधिक जिहादी फरार है .”

सुरेश चव्हाणके ने बताया की, संभल पहुंची पुलिस ने वहां स्थानीय शिव मंदिर 35 साल बाद खुलवाया, 1 पुलिस वाले ने उस मंदिर में शिवलिंग के दर्शन किये और 35 साल बाद उसपर जल चढ़ाया गया . पुलिस वाले ने ही सुरेश चव्हाणके को बताया “मुझे उम्मीद नहीं थी पर योगी सरकार के बाद ये मुमकिन हो सका.”

सुरेश चव्हाणके ने कहा की, योगी आदित्यनाथ मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में नहीं बल्कि ईश्वर के दूत के रूप में पहुंचे है , और अब लग रहा है की हिन्दुओ का शोषण बंद होगा, और उत्तर प्रदेश बच सकेगा .

Why do Hindus in Partitioned India need the Muslims’ approval to construct Sri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya? (WE SHOULD BE ASKING THEM TO GO TO THEIR PAKISTAN, INSTEAD!)

Hindus are STUCK (SHAME!) at Ayodhya. What should they do now?

And if any mischief-monger creates trouble, then the jail is the place for him, or Pakistan.

Let us ASSERT ourselves on our own patch. Concede the Muslims as much attention as the HINDUS receive in Bangladesh!

Those who wish to avoid “provoking” the Muslims, or wish to avoid confrontation, should KNOW that one day, inevitably, the BATTLE for Delhi will begin. And there is a WARNING for the Hindus:

It means that the Hindus behaved like the lambs when we had to defend Lahore and Chittagong, Gilgit and Baltistan!

It means that we had to INSIST on “population exchange” simultaneously at the time of withdrawal of the Indian Army from Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Quetta and Karachi!

To match the PROWESS of an alien and ever hostile minority, if the Hindus have to learn some MARTIAL arts, then so be it!   “Dump Gandhi. Go for Gobind!”

Sticking to “Gandhian” patriotic vacuum, & his “Ahimsa Parmo Dharma”, will mean the unconditional SURRENDER of Delhi eventually!

We let them stay. We did not throw them out. We appeased and pleased them all the time. We gave them one third of India without a single condition. We kept them home as “brothers”. So, by ISLAMIC logic, now the chickens have come home to roost!

By Law of Nature if one wishes to survive on one’s own territory, one will have to be STRONGER than all the enemies who wish to exterminate him (as in Lahore!) or force him out of his home (as in Srinagar!) put together.

So, the Hindus need to know “MARTIAL ART” (be strong or FIGHTING FIT) in the land where the Muslims are posturing in front of Sri Ram Mandir.

“मुसलमानों का अनावश्यक विरोध”

महोदय/महोदया,

 

जब यह सर्वविदित ही है कि अनेक साक्ष्यों के आधार पर अयोध्या स्थित “श्री राम जन्मभूमि मंदिर” सिद्ध हो चूका है । फिर भी इस्लामिक कट्टरपंथियों की दूषित व घ्रणित प्रवृति के कारण यह विवाद अभी सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के विचाराधीन है । अतः अभी संभावित सकारात्मक निर्णय की प्रतीक्षा करनी होगी ।

ऐसे में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के माननीय न्यायाधीश का सुझाव कि “अयोध्या मंदिर विवाद को आपस में सुलझा लिया जाय” क्या स्वीकार्य होगा ? समझदार व सभ्य समाज विवादों को हल करने के शान्तिपूर्ण विकल्प ढूंढते है, परंतु जिस समाज का दर्शन पृथक संस्कृति को ही नकारता हो और अपनी घृणित सोच से उनके मान बिंदुओं को खंडित करके उनकी भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाना ही हो तो कोई क्या करें ?

इन जिहाद पिपासुओं की मानसिकता मंदिर जैसे धार्मिक विवादो पर कभी भी मध्यम मार्ग नहीं अपनायेगी ? हम कब तक मुस्लिम पोषित राजनीति से आत्मस्वाभिमान को ठेस पहुँचा कर जिहादियों के सपने पूरे करने के लिये अपने अस्तित्व को ही संकट में डालते रहेंगे ? कब तक बहुसंख्यकों की सरकार अल्पसंख्यको की अनुचित मांगों को मान कर बहुसंख्यकों का उत्पीड़न करती रहेंगी ?

याद करो जब 1985 में एक मुस्लिम तलाकशुदा बुजूर्ग महिला शाहबानो बेगम को जीवन निर्वाह के लिये धन देने को उसके पति को सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया था । तब मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथियों के दबाव में आकर कांग्रेस की पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार के तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी ने1986 में संसद द्वारा विधेयक पास करके कानून बनाया और मुसलमानों को अपनी तलाक़ शुदा पत्नी को खर्चा देने की बाध्यता से मुक्त कर दिया था।

अतः इस प्रकरण को ध्यान में रखते हुए केंद्र की राष्ट्रवादी सरकार को अपनी प्रबल इच्छाशक्ति से करोड़ों हिन्दुओं की आस्थाओं के प्रतीक “भगवान श्री राम” का अयोध्या में भव्य मंदिर बनवाने के लिए आवश्यक विधेयक लाकर समस्त विवादों को पूर्ण विराम लगाना होगा।
