SC को काम करने के लिये विवश कराने का कौन सा कायदा और विधी है ? अगर है, तो वो विधी करो . अगर नहि है, तो वो कायदा और विधी बनाओ . तब तक हजारोन् हिन्दू SC के सामने इकट्ठा हो कर अपनी मान्ग रक्खें।
