Barbarities on Immigrants in Gulf Countries – website

Respected Colleagues:

Sub:  Barbarities on Immigrants in Gulf Countries – website

Recently, I met a young American gentleman  Jay Johnson, and he lived in Dubai and Saudi Arabia for several years. While he was in Dubai, he met and became friends with Indians, Pakistanis, and other Asian immigrants who were living there. Jay was amazed at all the hard-work these immigrants do, and yet they are consistently humiliated and abused. Their civil rights are non-existent, the work permit system is nothing but servitude, and, each month, several immigrants, both men and women, commit suicide. The salaries of many immigrants are unpaid, their living conditions are totally sub-standard, and many have gone mad.

Jay wants to bring the suffering of these immigrants to the attention of American law makers. Remember, without the support of the United States of America, these Gulf countries cease to exist.

There are six countries that abuse immigrants in a systematic way. They are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. There an organization called Gulf Cooperation Council, and these six countries comprise that group.

Jay is working on creating a lobbying firm in Washington, D.C. on behalf of these immigrants. Jay and his organization is demanding citizenship rights, religious freedom, and property rights for the immigrants.

As you all know, millions of our fellow countrymen are living in the Middle East, and majority of them are subjected to most brutal exploitation by the GCC member states.

If you can spare some time, please visit Jay’s web-site: www.gcchumanrights.org,

and his facebook page and become a fan.
